    [0006] 従来か ら、紙パ ッ ク類の開 口方法に 引 っ ぱ り 舌片 を 用 い る 方法 ほ提案 さ れ て い る が、 そ の す べ て が物理 的錤 に よ る 舌片 の係止か 、 接着 と 称 し て も 舌片 と容 器の接着方法、 材質 の明示が な く 、 追試 し て も実行 し え な い 未完成 の思 い つ き 的発案 のみ で あ っ た。
    [0007] 例示す れ ば、 実用新案出願公開昭 53- 103428号、昭 63 - 91425号の如 く 紙容器 に取 り つ け部 を設置 し た り、 昭 52-131338号の如 く 単に貼着 と 記載 さ れ て い る の みで、 そ の舌片の材質や接着剤組成の明示が な く 、 実際、 公開公報 に基づ き 追試す る と 実用 出来ず、発 明の基本で あ る誰で も 確認 し う る発明の表現 と な つ て い な い の で あ る。
    [0008] 本発明 は 、 こ れ ら 不確実な思 いつ き 発案 を廃 し、 舌片 の材質、接着剤の組成 を 明示 し、牛乳な ど紙パ ヅ ク類の確実な鬨ロ方法を提供す る も ので あ る。 発明の鬨示
