(54) DEVICE FOR ALIGNING SHEETS IN JWCTOBblX MACHINES
one
The invention relates to a device for aligning sheets in sheet machines, in particular printing machines. The device is located at the surface table of the machine. It consists of front marks of the side stop with a leveling mechanism and a holder acting against the tension force.
In the person of DE-PS 583 2kk, a device for aligning sheets is known. The device consists of a mobile suction and a fixed nozzle located opposite the suction at the patch table. Using a suction sheet, the side edge is sucked to the side stop, while at the same time a holding force is created on the sheet by a nozzle.
This holding force should prevent the sheet from twisting from the positions occupied by the front marks under the action of the tension force.
Negative with this device is that it is difficult to adjust the pressure at the suction cup and the nozzle; This adjustment depends on the type of paper (from cardboard to thin printed paper) and the number of revolutions of the machine. The suction pressure must be calculated so that the sheet is sucked by the suction, but so that when the side edge collides with the side abutment a loop is formed
, Q between the sheet and the suction cup.

Claims (1)
[1]
The vacuum in the nozzle must be less than the pressure in the suction cup; however, it must be sufficient to perceive the moment of rotation of the sheet formed by pressure. Along with the hardly controllable suction pressure, the exact fulfillment of the assignment by the suction nozzle is also questioned. A 0–20 front mark gate, prior to or during the tensioning process, is not possible with this device, as this would result in sheet twisting. 39 Furthermore, it is bad that the sheet slides through a nozzle during tension. From this, scratches appear on the sheet, which have a negative effect on quality, especially when the sheet is already printed. Such a device is known as DE-PS 617108.. According to this publication, the device according to DE-PS 583 244 is improved in that (in that the braking nozzle is located near the side edge of the sheet. During the side tensioning process, the suction nozzle opening partly no longer overlaps the sheet, as a result of which air is sucked and a decrease in pressure occurs. With regard to the reduction in the quality and the installation of the pressure of the suction cup, this device has similar disadvantages, as does the device according to DE-PS 583 24 Another device for lateral equilibrium is known from - 278 449. For lateral equilibrium and according to this publication there is on both sides of the overlay table one suction gate, both gate have a forced connection and stop, that is, while the single gate does not have a sheet, the other pushes it or vice versa. suitable for stretching the sheet in lateral alignment, since the distance between the two gates is always constant. From DD-PS 126721 a suction-tensioning tire is known, by means of which the sheets can be pulled to the stop. This tire is designed in such a way that there is no loop between the suction cup and the sheet, after fitting either side edge to the side stop, which is advantageous for side tension. A suction tire, however, is not suitable in order to, along with lateral tension, also tension the entire sheet or prevent it from twisting. The purpose of the invention is to create a sheet alignment device which is simple in design and easily adjustable. The object of the invention is to create a device for dl. aligning the sheets, with which the sheet is laterally stretched without a loop between the sheet and the holder, so that paper grades can be precisely aligned, without the sheet being twisted or the quality of the sheet is reduced. According to the invention, the problem is solved in that the suction cup, which is parallel to the front marks, is spring-loaded. In lateral stretching, the sheet is held by a spring-loaded suction cup without twisting, and the suction pressure does not affect the magnitude of the braking force. The braking force is determined by the spring force. Leaf-free sheet maintenance allows the lapel of the weight-bearing front marks already at the beginning or during the stretching process. Thus, the absolute time for each clock machine that is available for the front brand tops, is greater, so that the acceleration values and thus the effective inertia forces are small. In addition, the stretching time can be increased. A prerequisite for solving the problem is that the holding power of the suction device of the lateral stretching device overcomes the force of inertia of the suction and the force of the springs. Since the holding forces of the suction cups have no influence on the force of impact and deceleration, the suction pressure can be calculated enough for HIGH1 THEM. The springs, subject to different forces of inertia of sheet materials of maximum format and maximum power of the machine, can be optimized so that only small forces act on the side face. An important advantage of the invention is that the sheet is not scratched or smeared with a suction cup, so that the quality is not reduced. FIG. 1 shows an invoice table with a side draw device and a holder on top; in fig. 2 is a section through the side-draw device and the holder. FIG. Figure 1 shows an overlay table 1 of a printing press, onto which sheets 2 are fed in a cascade form not shown here. The front marks 3 are located in front of the overlay table, and on the side of the overlay table 1 are the lateral draw unit k, which is designed as a suction-drawing tire. On the contrary, the holder 5 is located. The suction-pulling tire consists of a suction pipe 6, spring-loaded 7 compression spring on the suction pipe 6 of the suction 8 and limiting spring travel of the stop 9, which is fixed on the suction pipe 6. The suction pipe is mounted movably in the holder x 10, which are firmly attached to the surface of the sto 1 1. A bolt 11 is firmly attached to the suction pipe 6, on which the drive lever of the gear mechanism not shown here is mounted to drive the suction pipe 6. In the area of the suction-pulling tire k there is a side stop 13 with an invoice mark. The holder 5 consists of a suction pipe 6, a holding element 8, made like a suction cup 8 and a spring 17, which presses the suction cup 8 against the stop .3. The suction pipe 6 support bracket 15 is firmly mounted to the overlay table 1, the suction cup 8, 8 through the hole 16 1b in the suction tube 6, 6 is connected to a surface not shown here connected to the suction tube 6.6 The suction is in the plane of the overlay table 1j for mounting the suction cup 8, 8 in the overlay table 1, grooves 1.8, 18 are provided. Springs 7, 17 are interchangeable, so that the spring forces can be varied depending on the paper, size and speed. Instead of one holder, several holders 5 can be mounted in series or in parallel with the overlay table 1. The suction cup can be replaced with a gripper that clamps the sheet at the side edge and moves with this sheet 2, the principle of the device is as follows. The leveling sheet 2 of the sheet cascade is supplied to the front mark 3 and is aligned on its front edge (see FIG. 1). Then, through the suction pipe 6, 6, suction air 8, 8 is sucked in, suction is applied to the sheet 2 and a tension movement which is realized by the driving lever 12, the sheet 2 is provided with the side edge 19, and the invoice mark It provides reliable leading the sheet 2 to the side stopper 13. When the sheet strikes, the suction pipe 6 moves further to its final position, while the suction cup connected to the force-closure sheet 2 stops and pulls the compression spring 7. At the beginning of the process of pulling the suction cup 8, koto It is also connected to the first sheet 2 with a force fit via the suction pipe 6dvizhets fixed against the force of the spring 17 in the direction of pulling. Through the suction cup 8, as a result, a sheet force is supplied to the sheet 2, the magnitude of which is determined not by the pressure of the suction, but by the spring 17. As a result of the action of said counter force, the sheet 2 between the suction cups 8, 8 pulls up and the suction cup 8 synchronously moves with the suction cup 8 In addition, after the end of the pulling process, the suction cup 8 is returned to its original position by the spring 17. The twisting of the sheet is intercepted through the guides of the suction 8 on the suction pipe 6 with corresponding forces on the support, After finishing. the suction air pulling process is turned off, the force closure between the suction cup 8, 8 and the sheet 2 is removed, and the suction cup 8, 8 and the suction pipe 6 return to their original position. Claims The device for leveling foxes in sheet machines, in particular printing machines, consists of foot marks, a side pull mechanism and a counter holder with a suction cup, differing in that the 3-pin slide moves parallel to the front marks and is spring-loaded.
