专利摘要:
1521817 Intake manifolds MASCHINENFABRIK AUGSBURGN RNBERG AG 10 June 1976 [10 June 1975] 24094/76 Heading F1B In order to improve cylinder charging by reflected pressure waves and remove the effect of valve overlap between different cylinders, the induction pipes of a V8 naturally-aspirated I.C. engine are connected via inlet porting 1a ... 8a to respective pairs of cylinders having their crank timing 270 degrees or 450 degrees out of phase. The induction pipes 10-13 terminate in a chamber 14 and are of equal length. Corresponding exhaust pipes are collected together into main pipe 19, the diameters and lengths of the exhaust and inlet pipes being such as to produce maximum assistance to the volumetric efficiency at selected engine speeds. The firing order of the embodiment is 1-5-7-2- 6-3-4-8, there being a 90 degree crank angle phase difference between each firing.

gas exchange topics for a known technical solution; in fig. - changing the filling ratio i depending on the speed h for a known technical solution and when implementing the gas exchange system in accordance with the invention; figure 5 - common intake manifold of the 1st and 3rd cylinders.
Cylinders 1-8 contain inlet 9-t6 and outlet connections, respectively.
The inlet pipes 9 and P (Fig. 1) of cylinders 1 and 3 are united by a common intake manifold 25, the pipes 10 and 19 of cylinders 2 and A by a collector 2b., / 1 pipes 13 and 1A of cylinders 5 and 6 - a collector 27, pipes 15 and 16 cylinders 7- and 8 - manifold 28 о
Common intake manifolds 2528 are combined with a compensation capacity of 29 o
The inlet pipes 17 and 19 of the cylinders 1 and 3 are united by a common exhaust manifold 30, the pipes 18 and 20 of the cylinders 2, and A by the collector 31.
Common exhaust manifolds 30-31 are connected by exhaust pipe 32.
The exhaust nozzles 21 and 22 of the cylinders 5 and 6 are united by a common exhaust manifold 33, the nozzles 23 and 2k of the cylinders 7 and 8 are manifold 3.
Common exhaust manifolds ZZ-Z combined exhaust pipe 35
When the workflow is implemented, wave processes occur in the inlet and outlet pipes 9-16 and 17-2A, respectively, an example of which is shown for the cylinder in FIG. Wave processes are shown in cylinder 3 — curve 36, in inlet pipe 11 — curve 37 and in exhaust pipe 19, curve 38 The opening time of the intake valve (not shown) of cylinder 3 (FIG. 1) is shown in FIG. O with an interval of 39.
Fig. 3 shows the like curves in Fig. 2 in the case of implementing a known technical solution for the same time interval.
The curve kQ (Fig.) Shows the change in the filling ratio 9 depending on the speed P when implementing the invention and with the nature of the flow of wave processes in accordance with Fig. 2
The curve (fig. 2) shows the change in / change of the filling ratio 2 depending on the turns r) when pea-, a known technical solution is used and the nature of the wave processes proceeding in accordance with fig. 3.
The suction manifolds 25-28 (Fig. 1) are made approximately equal to the average length of 42 (Fig. 5) in the areas between the inlet section and the section of the central section, which halves the area between the points if5 and connecting pipes, for example, 9 and 1K
Thus, in the process of implementation of the workflow at the time of filling the cylinders 1-8 over the time interval 39 (Fig. 2, the pressure drop in the inlet and outlet nozzles
9-16 and (fig, 1, respectively, bude: t greatest in the area from
TDC internal dead center (FIG. 2). to the outdoor dead point of the NNT in comparison with the curves of the same name on the FGSZ that implement the known gas exchange system,
As a result of the greater pressure drop, the filling ratio increases, which is indicated by curve 0 (Fig.) Compared to krieg / yr C, which occurs when the known gas exchange system is implemented.
Thus, the implementation of the gas exchange system made in accordance with the invention makes it possible to improve the filling of the cylinders of free-suction eight-cylinder V-shaped internal combustion engines with the order of operation of cylinders 1-5 7-2-6-3-i -8.

Invention Formula
1, The gas exchange system of a free-suction eight-cylinder V-shaped internal combustion engine with the order of operation of the cylinders 7-2-6-3- -8, containing inlet and exhaust manifolds of the cylinders connected respectively to the intake and exhaust manifolds, characterized in that in order to improve the filling of the cylinders, the common collectors combine in pairs the inlet and outlet pipes of the cylinders 1 and 3, 2i. 5 and 6, 7 and 8 with displacement in order of the distance from each other by 270 and iSO degrees of rotation of the crankshaft. 2 o System non. tons of flux so that the total suction manifolds are communicated with the compensation capacitance and partially placed into it at different depths, i 3. The system of nn.t and 2, 6 f is because the suction manifolds performed at 29
27 k6 is of equal average length on | Sections-1 between the inlet section and the section that halves the zone between the connection points of the branch pipes. Sources of information taken into account for the examination 1. Patent of France N 1569972, cl. F 02 B 27/00, published 1968.
