专利说明:

The invention relates to a technique for applying paint and varnish POKETITII using a small roller, in particular to the device for pressing the roller.
A device for squeezing a small roller is known, comprising a pipe-shaped chamber closed at one end and having an opening for inserting roller 1 on the anti-roll side.
This device is complex, requires the use of a mechanical drive, which makes it expensive to manufacture and has little convenience in use.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and improve ease of use. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for pressing the small Vshyk, containing a tubular chamber, closed at one end and having an anti-refill side on the side, enter the camksks.
To the center of the camera is from its open end, and camera 1 has at least one external physical surface of the roller, equipped with elements that increase its coefficient of friction.
The spacer elements are made in the form of two pairs of longitudinal ribs protruding on the inside
to the surface of the chamber wall and located at least along part of the length of the chamber in pairs and in parallel.
 have flat or concave
15 longitudinal edges for holding the roller, KOTOEX: i.e. located on the same circle.
The diameter of the circumference of the longitudinal edges of the ribs
20 is smaller than the outer diameter of the roller in the undeformed position of the ribs.
The ribs are made as part of the chamber wall.
In addition, the opening for the introduction
25 the roller is formed by a flexible circular edge, the maximum diameter of which is equal to the external diameter of the roller.
FIG. 1 device with rollers, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. Ij in FIG. 3 - device, general aird. The device for sensing the roller is formed by a tubular chamber 1 with a cylindrical wall 2, closed at one of its ends with a bottom 3 and having an opening 4 at its other end, limited by the circular flexible edge 5 and intended for inserting the small roller 6 into chamber 1 The bending circular edge is made with a diameter less than or equal to the outer diameter of the roller b to allow rough pre-pressing of the roller b when it is inserted into chamber 1, however the presence of this flexible edge is not necessary and the hole e 4 may have a diameter greater than the diameter of the roller for which the camera is intended to be used. Chamber 1 is formed by two parts 7 and 8, which are welded together along the junction BB. Each of parts 7 and 8 is provided with hollow ribs 9 and 10, which are molded together with chamber 1 parts. Each of edges 9 and 10 is formed by walls 11 and 12. The longitudinal ribs are connected on one side to the cylindrical wall 2 of chamber 1 and on the opposite side are connected by a longitudinal edge 13 in such a way that the walls 11 and 12 of the ribs ensure the continuity of the cylindrical wall 2 and limit the cavity 14 open to the outside. 2 is thus discontinuous along its peripheral part along the length of the ribs, the latter passing only part of the length of the cylindrical wall 2 in such a way that the latter has zones 15 and 16 at its opposite ends, where wall 2 is continuous and provides the device with the necessary rigidity. In addition, the ribs 9 and 10, each at its end adjacent to the hole 4, have an inclined edge 17, the edges 17 defining guide surfaces for the roller which converge from the open end of the chamber 1 to its center. In this case, the edges are made in pairs parallel and set in pairs in rows, and the longitudinal edges 13 of the stops of the edges in the pressed leg are arranged along arcs of the same circle 18 centered about the axis of the chamber 1. In addition, the edges are made of a material that allows them to be elastic deformation relative to the non-deformed position, in which the long edges 13 are located around a circle 18 having a diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the roller being pressed, to a position where longitudinal edges 13 take a position around the circle 19, limit emoy diameter roller. Other modifications are possible, such as the shape and location of the spacer devices, their material and camera material, its method of manufacture, etc. For example, a camera may contain on its upper surface means for increasing the coefficient of friction, for example, rings made of rubber or similar material, which prevents the camera from slipping over the surface on which it is rolled. A device for squeezing a small roller operates as follows. A small roller saturated with paint is introduced into chamber 1 through aperture 4 bounded by a flexible circular edge 5. Since the bending circular edge 5 has a diameter less than or equal to the outer diameter of the roller 6, rough passage from the roller 4 occurs when the roller passes through the hole 4 the roller b when it is inserted into the chamber 1. At the same time, the roller, slippery, rests on the longitudinal edges 13 of the ribs 9 and 10, causing their elastic deformation, and the converging surfaces of the edges 17 ensure easy introduction of the roller into the camera 1, regardless of its external diameter. The camera 1 is made of waterproof material in order to serve as a container for soaking the roller while it is not being used. After the roller is fully inserted into the chamber 1, it is filled with water in a vertical position, flush with the edge 5 of the hole 4. When it becomes necessary to reuse the roller for painting, water is poured out of the chamber and then quickly rolls the chamber in one and the other direction along any existing in the presence of a flat surface, holding the camera-roller kit by means of a roller handle. As the ribs compress the roller, the latter is brought in along with the chamber, and the mixture of water and paint that it contains is removed by centrifugal force and collected in the internal cavity without splashing out. Then, a mixture of water and paint collected in this way is poured through the opening 4 and, if necessary, the roller pressing operation is resumed. Thus, a device for squeezing a small roller with its own, constructive simplicity and low cost
