There is disclosed a nozzle for texturing thread by a gaseous fluid stream. The nozzle is provided with a first duct for guiding the thread and a second duct for feeding the gaseous fluid and opening at an angle or skewed into the first duct. The section of the first duct is angular; to the exit end of the first duct there is attached a texturing bridge formed by a tube provided with a longitudinal recess which is directed opposite to the exit end of the first duct.

The invention relates to the production of chemical fibers, in particular to devices for producing body-loop yarns.
A device for producing body-loop filaments is known, comprising a processing channel for supplying threads made in the housing, several channels for supplying a gas stream, and a resonance chamber mounted at the outlet of the processing channel. {, 1 J
Closest to the proposed one is a device for producing 'volume loop loops, comprising a processing channel for supplying filaments arranged in an enclosure located at an angle, a channel for supplying a gas flow thereto and a cylindrical resonant chamber mounted at the outlet of the processing channel £ 2].
The disadvantage of this device is the fragility due to wear of the nozzle.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities and increase service life.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the processed channel has a rectangular section,; and the resonance chamber is made in the form of a tube with a through longitudinal groove located opposite to 0 of the output of the processing channel, and the axis of the resonance chamber is perpendicular to the axis of the processing channel. In FIG. 1 shows a front view of the device; in FIG. 2 - the same, top view 15 with the cover removed; in FIG. 3 - channel in cross section.
The device comprises a housing 1 with a processing channel 2 for supplying filaments, a channel 3 for supplying a gas stream and Φ located at an angle to the processing channel having a rectangular cross-section.
The housing 1 is detachably connected to the cover 4. Channels 2 and 3 can be made in the cover 4.

At the exit of channel 2 is a cylindrical resonance chamber ‘5, which is made in the form of a tube 6 with a through longitudinal groove 7 located opposite the output of the processing channel.
The axis of the resonance chamber 5 is perpendicular to the axis of the processing channel.
The device operates as follows.
The thread enters the channel 2, where it is influenced by the gas flow directed through the channel 3. The thread is separated by the gas stream into individual fibers and is ejected in such a state into the longitudinal groove 7, where looping and weaving of the individual fibers occurs. Thus, the thread is shortened, and its volume increases. The degree of shortening is carried out by the ratio of the feed rate and the speed of removal of the thread. The body-loop thread is removed either through the groove 7 or through the cavity of the tube 6.
The use of the proposed device allows to increase the service life of the nozzle.

Claim
1. A device for producing body-loop filaments, comprising a processing channel made in the housing, 5 for supplying filaments, a channel for supplying a gas stream located at an angle to it, and a cylindrical resonance chamber installed at the outlet of the processing channel, characterized in that , in order to expand technological capabilities and increase service life, the processing channel has a rectangular cross section, and the resonance chamber is made in the form of a tube
15 with a through longitudinal groove located opposite the outlet of the processing channel.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the resonant chamber is perpendicular to the axis of the processing channel.
