专利摘要:
Individual cables are provided with lateral ridges to be snapped behind noses of cutouts in rails by means of which the winding is assembled and retained. The rope-ladder-like assembly is installed by placing the cable portions, resembling the rungs, into grooves of the stator core, also having noses behind which the cable ridges are lodged.

(5 STATOR LINEAR MOTOR WITH A THREE-PHASE WELD OF AC VOLTAGE
The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of stators of linear electric motors with a three-phase AC winding.
The stator of a linear electric motor with a three-phase alternating current winding, is laid in the grooves of the inductor by bending around its ends and fixed in the slots by fasteners,
The disadvantages of this device are the great laboriousness and complexity of installation. Also known is a linear electric motor stator with a three-phase alternating current winding, comprising an inductor with grooves and a winding arranged in the slots, consisting of electrical cables having at least one drive and an outer sheath of insulating material and fastened together with fasteners 21.
The disadvantage of this stator is a rather complicated installation.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify installation.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the insulating sheath of the cable of a three-phase AC winding has elastic protrusions along the entire length, and corresponding slots for accommodating the said projections are made in the slots of the linear electric motor inductor 10 of the motor.
In addition, the fastening elements, which fasten together the cables of the stator coils of the linear electric motor, can be made in the form of strips running along the winding along its entire length and having grooves that correspond in profile to the grooves with
20 notches in the inductor.

[1]
FIG. 1 schematically shows the stator winding of a linear electric motor, top view; in fig. 2 winding with. fasteners; in fig. 3 slot inductor of the stator of the linear electric motor with the cable laid in it and the fastening element mounted on the cable. The stator of a linear electric motor contains a winding made of three separate cables 1, 2 and 3. The cable has a sheath C of insulating material. This shell has an external profiling, which approximately corresponds to the shape of the grooves of the linear motor inductor. The sides of the sheath k are located protrusions 5 and 6, which are designed in such a way that they can elastically spring, and in the installed position of the winding enter into the corresponding recesses of the grooves and thus secure the corresponding cable of the winding in its groove. Cable winding conductors can be arbitrarily shaped in cross section (a cable with a rectangular cross section of conductors is shown in Fig. 3. A suitably pressed polyvinyl chloride can be used as a material for the sheath. However, you can also use polyethylene, polyurethane, polypropylene or rubber for this. By means of this the shells and the spring-loaded protrusions 5 and 6 eliminate the need for isolating the grooves and additional fastening elements. Assembly of the winding cables into a single unit is shown in Fig. 2. With the help of tapes 7 and 8, which are provided with recesses 9, secure the winding cables during their preliminary manufacture. The notches in the strips 7 and 8 may have an approximate shape of the grooves of the inductor 10 into which such winding should fit. The protrusions 5 and 6 of the cable sheath into the corresponding recesses 11 and 12, made in the fastening tapes 7 and 8. It is advisable to choose the dimensions of the notches 9 of the tapes somewhat smaller than the dimensions of the notches of the inductor slots in order to prevent damage to the cables by the sharp edges of the inductor. Tapes 7. and 8 are best made from suitable plastic such as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene. They must have sufficient mechanical strength, and at the same time not violate the natural flexibility of the winding, which must be wound onto a spool for transportation in assembled form. If the material of the tapes is not E8 4 has sufficient tensile strength, then the tapes can be provided with reinforcing yarns 13 and H, which have sufficient tensile strength and give the necessary strength to the tapes. Executed in accordance with FIG. 2, the pre-assembled winding is a single unit connected device, which, with the strips 7 and 8, not only is held together, but it strictly maintains the distance of the winding cables from each other in the area where they run parallel to each other, so that the winding can easily be laid into the grooves of the inductor 10. Each winding cable is so strongly pressed into the groove that the protrusions 5 and 6 pass through the narrowest section of the groove, straighten and fit into the corresponding grooves of the groove, and thereby fix the winding groove. To further improve the strength of the pre-prepared winding, separate cables can be attached to the strips by inserting 9 tapes 7 and 8 into the grooves. This can be provided for sticking. Tapes 7 and 8 can also be welded to the appropriate conductors using ultrasound. Claim 1. Stator of a linear electric motor with a three-phase winding of alternating current, comprising an inductor with grooves and a winding arranged in the slots, consisting of electrical cables having at least one wire and an outer sheath of insulating material and fastened together with fasteners, characterized in that, in order to simplify installation, the cable jacket has elastic protrusions along the entire length, and corresponding grooves are made in the slots of the inductor for accommodating the said protrusions. 2. Stator. According to claim 1, characterized in that said fasteners are made in the form of tapes running along the winding along its entire length and having grooves, which along the profile correspond to grooves with notches in the inductor. Sources of information taken into account in the examination 1. Patent of Germany W 1270668, 19b.
