A fuel injection nozzle includes a fuel pressure actuated valve member slidable in a bore and engaged by a piston slidable in a cylinder of smaller diameter than the bore and connected thereto the space defined between the piston and valve member communicates by way of a non-return valve with the end of the cylinder remote from the bore. In operation fuel is displaced from said space past the non-return valve and the pressure in the end of the cylinder remote from the bore rises to increase the force acting to maintain the valve member in the closed position.

FIELD: engine building.
A known diesel fuel injection nozzle, comprising a spray needle inside the spray channel, spray nozzle openings, a fuel delivery channel, a stop needle seat, a piston connected to the needle in the cylinder, a spring for acting on the piston, a passage for connecting the channel sprayer and cylinder and valve device to regulate pressure in the over piston space J.
The disadvantage of this nozzle is the reduced pressure corresponding to its opening at start-up, which causes a deterioration in the starting properties of the engine.
 The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the diameter of the piston is smaller than the diameter of the channel of the atomizer, and the latter is connected to the over piston space through a check valve.
The valve device is equipped with a drainage channel.
In addition, the valve device communicates with the heat transfer passage.
Fuel flow limiters are installed between the over-piston space and the fuel feed channel.

In this case, flow limiters are installed on both sides of the valve device.

The nozzle has an aperture needle 3 located inside the channel 1 of the atomizer 2. 5. The nozzle holes C of the atomizer 2, the fuel supply channel 5, the seat 6 for the locking needle 3, 20 in the cylinder, 7 the piston 8, the passage 9 for connecting the channel 1 of the atomizer 2 and the cylinder 7 and a valve device 10 for controlling the pressure in the over piston space.
The diameter of the piston 8 is smaller than the diameter of the channel 1 of the atomizer 2, and the latter is connected to the overhead piston. Measuring non-return valve 12. The valve device 10 is provided with drainage channel 13 and is connected to the fuel supply channel 5. Between the overhead piston 11 and the fuel feed channel 5 are installed limiters 14 and 15 of the fuel flow; limiters 1 and 15 of the flow are installed on both sides of the valve device 10.
The operation of the nozzle is carried out as follows.
When fuel is supplied from the pump, pressure is lifted by the locking needle 3. The main part of the fuel enters the engine combustion chamber through nozzle openings k, 20. And the rest of the fuel, in the gap between the needle 3 and the atomizer 2, flows into the over piston space 11 through a check valve 12 which causes an increase in injection pressure. The last 25 is determined by the setting of the valve device TO and the limiter 14 and 15 of the fuel flow. Peretechk, fuel returned to the top supply channel 5 through the drainage channel 13
Thus, the considered nozzle provides increased efficiency by increasing the injection pressure corresponding to its opening.

Claim 1. Injection nozzle for supplying fuel to diesel containing
inside the nozzle channel, a locking needle, nozzle orifices of the nozzle, fuel supply channel, a nozzle needle seat, a piston in the cylinder connected to the needle, a spring for acting on the piston, a passage for connecting the nozzle channel and the cylinder, and a valve device for regulating the pressure in the piston space, so that, in order to increase efficiency, the diameter of the piston is made smaller than the diameter of the nozzle channel, and the latter is connected to the over piston space through a check valve.

2. The injector according to claim 1, characterized in that the valve device is provided with a drainage channel. .
