(54) BENCHMARKER OF MOBILE MOBILE MACHINE The invention relates to textile machinery, in particular, weaving equipment and relates to the design of basic watchers of weaving machines. A known basic observer of a weaving machine containing two plates mounted one above the other in side holders, the bottom of which is fixed and has vertical guides for the slats, and the top carries contact tires for the slats placed in its slots across the machine and has adjusting its position relative to the bottom plate 1 J. The main disadvantage of the known basic observer is the low reliability of operation, due to the design of the means for adjusting the position of the upper th plate. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. For this purpose, in the main observer of the weaving machine, containing two plates mounted one above the other in the side holders, the lower of which is fixed and has vertical guides for the slats, and the top carries contact tires for the slats arranged in its slots across the machine, and has means for adjusting its position relative to the bottom plate, means for adjusting the position of the top plate includes a copier, mounted on the bottom plate, with the possibility of permutation and contacting whose surface is with the base of the upper plate. FIG. 1 shows the main observer, general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 second working watch of the main observer; in fig. 4 shows an embodiment of a basic observer; in fig. 5 is a section through BB in FIG. 4. The bed of the loom contains a bar of 1 oval section, extending in the direction of the weft yarn, on which 398 with the help of screws 3 and tension wedges C are reinforced several U-shaped holders 2. In each frame 2, a carrier element 5 is inserted from above, having a lower inclined bar 5c and two parallel walls 5 located in the upper part of the element 5. Plate 6 is inserted between the walls 5 and 5, having bases 7, the lower ends of which lie on the same straight line 8, indicated by a dotted line in fig. 1. The plank Zameeet teeth 9, which interact with the teeth 10, placed on the lower side of the movable copier 11, made in the form of the Upper side 12 of the movable copier 11 forms a guide for located along the right bases 7. On the left in FIG. 1 movable copier 11 has a protrusion 13, which passes between the walls 5c. In the plate 6, in the slots 14, the contact strips, designated generally by the position 15, are located, while the guide strips 16 are located in the slots 17 of the carrier element 5. Contact strips. 18 serve to turn off the loom when the switching plate 19 falls due to the breaking of the warp yarn 20. The guide bars 16 serve to hold the plates 19 strung on the contact bars 15 to be separated from each other in such a way that the base 21 is located between the two guide bars. The height of the thread 20 of the base above the bar 1 is indicated by the position D corresponding to the shed 22 (FIG. 1). In the copier 11 there is a hole 23 into which a special tool is inserted when the copier is moved. The frame 2 is made of metal, for example of aluminum casting, and the carrier element 5 and the plate 6 are made of synthetic material, for example, of plastic or teflon (tetrafluoroethylene). Both the carrier element 5 and the plates 6 are held in the guide frames 2. Under the action of the weight of the bars 15 and 16, the parts are pressed down, therefore the teeth 9 are constantly in engagement with the teeth 8 and the wedge 11 cannot slide to the left along the bevel 25 The supervisor works as follows. To move the wedge 11 to the right, it is lifted out of the teeth 9 and is moved under the bases 7, as a result of which the plate 6 rises. FIG. 3 shows one of the positions that the copier 11 can occupy, in which the plate 6 occupies a higher position, which corresponds to a higher height E of the warp 20 above bar 1 with a larger opening, 22. The fall time of the plate 19 in the event of a warp of the warp remains the same as in the position shown in FIG. 1, since in both positions the distance C, equal to the height of the incidence of the plates 19, between the contact bus 15 and the upper end of the corresponding slot of the plates 19 is the same. By means of the teeth 9, a stepwise adjustment of the wedge 11 is achieved in each bearing element 5 of the main observer. If necessary, the gaps between teeth B can be marked, i.e., put figures, so it is easy to provide the same position for each frame 2 or wedge 11 across the entire width of the loom, while the contact tires are exactly at the same level and run horizontally. In one embodiment, the bevel 25 on the carrier element 5 may not be. In this case, the height adjustment of the plate 6 is carried out by making bevels on at least one of the parts 5 and 6. If the inclination of the bevel 25 is small, then the teeth 8 can be refused. In this case, the wedge 11 can move along the bevel 25 steplessly, self-retarding, is achieved due to a slight inclination of the bevel 25. With details 5 and 11 made from materials with a high coefficient of friction, teeth 9 can be dispensed with with a greater inclination of the bevel 25. & the example of FIG. 4 and 5, the kinematic connection between the supporting element 5 and the plate-like part 6 includes, as a shaped part, a copier eccentric 2b, containing supporting disks 27 and mounted in the hole 28 of the supporting element 5ci. The eccentric 26 has a polygonal perimeter on which one or several bases 7 of the plate-like part 6 rest. During the rotation of the eccentric 26, the position of the plate 6 can be adjusted in steps in height.
If necessary, you can also use the eccentric 26 with a round surface, so that the regulation of the plate 8 is without a step.
The proposed design of the basic monitor allows the exact position of the parts in each carrier element to be precisely set and, in particular, the position of the contact tires. This, in turn, makes it possible to exclude erroneous stops of the weaving machine, therefore, to increase the reliability of the main observer.
