专利摘要:
In a paper making machine, a method and apparatus for separating the web from the former wire and transferring the same to a transfer felt which preferably comprises a press felt wherein the web is carried by the former wire over a sector of a reverser roll so that it is subjected to a centrifugal force which tends to separate the web from the former wire and wherein the transfer felt is guided so that it engages the web over at least a portion of the sector of the reverser roll lapped by the web carrying former wire. An external suction is applied to the web through the transfer felt in the region of the sector of the reverser roll lapped by the web carrying former wire and engaged transfer felt which subjects the web to a suction force which acts in substantially the same direction as the centrifugal force. The transfer felt laps a grooved suction roll which cooperates with external suction applying apparatus for assisting and maintaining the web adhered to the transfer felt between at least two press nips, the suction applying apparatus communicating with the means for applying the external suction to the web.

9. Inside the loop 2, formed by the support grid, there is a reversing shaft 10. The mesh pit is designed for wet scrap, which is formed at the start-up stage of the paper machine. thirty
The press part includes a suction transfer cylinder 1-1, water. 'assembled pressure rollers 12 and 13, preferably with a notched surface and a smooth-surface shaft 14, 35 preferably a stone shaft, Equipped with a doctor blade 15, as well as a pit 16 for marriage. The shafts 11, 12 and 13 act inside the loops formed by their cloth 17, 18 and 19. The rollers 20 serve ► 40 to guide and tension the cloth (Fig. 1).
The suction transfer cylinder (FIG. 2) 11 has a grooved surface 45. The paper web transfer device has a suction chamber 21 with two sealing elements 22 and 23 adjacent to one side of the sealing element 22 to the reverse shaft 10 and mounted above the cylinder 11. The sealing element 22 is made in the form of a suction shoe with an inlet ^ 24 connected to a vacuum chamber 21, and outlet openings 25 connected to it, located on the side of the reversing shaft 10. According to an embodiment (Fig. 3), the suction shoe has a housing 26, a plank 60 installed therein 27 with outlet openings 25 and tubular elements 28 connected to a pressure source and installed between the housing 26 and the strip 27. The suction shoe can be installed 65 with the possibility of adjusting its position relative to the reversing shaft.
The device operates as follows.
Formed between the grids 1 and 2, the paper web 29 is separated from the support grid 2 by means of a reversing shaft 10, covered with its grid 2 throughout the sector, in which, a. more precisely, in sector L, net 2 and paper web 29 together change the direction of movement, and centrifugal force acts on the paper web so that it is separated from net 2. In sector F, cloth 17, which also functions as a portable cloth, includes in contact with the paper web 29 so that the support net 2, the paper web 29 and the cloth 17 together form a three-layer structure in the sector from the shaft 10. You can change the width of the sector O) by adjusting the roller 20. Separating the paper web 29 from the net-2 way It is the pressure difference created by the sealing element 22, made in the form of a suction-shoe. Another contributing factor is the centrifugal force acting on the web in sector L. Next, the paper web is fed to the press clamps formed by the shafts 11-14 to dehydrate it.
The proposed design and installation of the vacuum chamber and its seals can improve the efficiency of the device.
