(54) TEXTILE MACHINE FOOT PLATE
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the textile industry and relates to combed slats for textile machines. A comb-shaped comb of a textile machine is known, containing a series of needles connected to each other, mounted in a U-shaped needle holder and fixed in it by means of projections placed in grooves. However, the protrusions and grooves are made along the holder, as a result of which replacement of the whole and only needles is possible only by displacing the needles to one of the ends of the holder. This leads to the need to detach the leads from the ledge and, as a result, complicates the maintenance of the bar when replacing the needles. The purpose of the invention is to simplify maintenance when replacing needles in the needle-containing body. The goal is achieved by the fact that, in a combed strip of a textile machine containing a series of needles interconnected, installed in a U-shaped needle holder and fixed in it by means of-projections, located in grooves, the grooves are made parallel and at least on one of the side the needle holder walls are spaced apart from each other along it, and the protrusions are on the needles along their row with a pitch corresponding to the distance between the grooves, each groove being made at one end open from the needle holder side opposite to its web, and the other end portion of the groove is made straight and is located at an acute angle to the bridge of the igloderzhatel. Each groove has a straight portion, perpendicular to the web, which communicates with an end portion that is inclined to the web. Each groove in the middle part of the length is curved. Each groove additionally has a plot located obliquely to the web of the needle holder, communicating with the groove portion perpendicular to the web, and the protrusions on the needles are arranged in two rows. Each groove on its section inclined towards the bridge is made with a depth, diminishing, towards the end of the shaft.

The comb strip of a textile machine contains a series of needles 1 interconnected by a bar 2 and installed in a U-shaped needle holder 3, where they are fixed with the help of projections 4. The projections 4 are made on the bar 2 along a row of needles and are placed in parallel grooves 5 made on at least one of the side walls 6 and 7 of the needle holder 3. The protrusions are made hemispherical or conical shape, which corresponds to the shape of each groove in cross section. Each groove can be made curvilinear in mediums along the length of a part (Fig. 12) or straight along its entire length (Fig. 14).

Bar 2 is made of plastic with protrusions molded with it (Fig. 9 and may have a U-shaped casing 12 (Fig. 8 and 11) or casing in the form of 13 (Fig. 7 and 10) with the protrusions pressed into it ledges.
The embodiment of the projections 4 and, accordingly, is possible. grooves b on both side walls 6 and 7 of the needle holder 3.
When inserting the needles into the needle holder, the bar 2 is set in such a way that the protrusions 4 are located above the sections 8 of the slots 5 of the needle holder. Next, lower the bar 2, insert the protrusions into the grooves, and then move the bar with the needles along the needle holder until the projections reach the end of the grooves, where they become wedged due to a decrease in the width of the grooves, thereby fixing the position of the bar with the needles in the needle holder. A decrease in the depth of the grooves to their blind ends causes, when the bar is hate, to the opposite side of the grooves of the side wall of the needle holder.
Such an execution of the end portions of the grooves makes it possible to securely fix the needles in the needle holder.
When replacing needles, they are withdrawn from the needle holder in reverse order.
In order to prevent spontaneous displacement of the bar relative to the needle holder, during operation of the machine, on the side of the needle holder opposite to the direction of the end portions of the 10 notches, a longitudinal limiter for the needles is placed.
The invention makes it possible to simplify the maintenance of the strap at the end of the IG due to the simplicity of the means of fixing the needles in the needle holder, which ensure a reliable and quick disconnecting of the row of needles with the needle holder.
