Chain scraper conveyor for underground recovery operations
专利摘要:
A channel section for a scraper-chain conveyor has a lower trough-shaped part and an upper trough-shaped part detachably fixed thereto. The lower part is made of heavy-duty metal plate and supports a plough guide section. The upper part is made of light, rolled metal sections and is easily replaceable. The lower part has a pair of side walls welded to a base plate. The base plate has an extension which projects outwardly of the face-side side wall and toward the face being won. The extension constitutes a guide rail along which the plough can slide. A ramped cover plate is pivotally attached to the free end of one arm of an L-shaped plate. The other arm of the L-shaped plate is welded to the face-side side wall so that the plate overlies the guide rail. The guide rail constitutes the plough guide section together with the cover plate and its support plate.
3,997,1084, on the surfaces facing the inside of the same-4 and the frontal sections, there are recesses for positioning bolts for fastening the grooved sections of the upper branch of the chain organ, which are equipped with safety elements fixed with the possibility of overlapping the lower part of the recesses. Safety elements are made in the form of slats. The gutter-shaped sections of the branch, the tenacious organ are located above the gutter-shaped sections of the lower branch of the chain organ with the possibility of overlapping the upper part of the grooves. The gutter-shaped sections of the upper branch of the chain organ are connected to the gutter sections of the lower branch of the chain organ by means of vertical plug-pin connections. The gutter-shaped sections of the upper branch of the chain organ are made with protruding shaped bars having openings for fasteners. FIG. 1 shows sections of the lower and upper branches of the chain organ in the non-mediated position, cross section, in perspective view; in fig. 2 - the same, in the United position; in fig. 3 shows the location of a boltless bolt with a twist; in fig. 4 part of the section of the upper branch of the conveyor, in a perspective view. The chain scraper conveyor for underground works includes gutter-shaped sections 1 of the lower branch of the chain organ and gutter-shaped sections 2 of the upper branch of the chain organ, dismounted and detachably connected to section 1. The gutter section 1 is formed of a strong base plate 3 with which are rigidly connected, for example, by welding the side plates walls 4 and 5. Side walls (shaped parts). 4 and 5, with the base plate 3, the actual lower cavity 6 for the chain organ is formed, which overlaps the supporting one to the soil side of the formation. 3, and the upper opening side of which is locked by the laid section 2. The support plate 3 projects beyond the downhole side wall 4 towards the clearing hole 7 and forms, with its protruding part, the guide rail 8, along which the mining or loading plow moves. It is preferable to choose such an arrangement so that the tire guide 8 is directed simultaneously to the cipyra. Above the guide bus 8 of the plow on the side of the t- “f - shaped fitting part 4 there is a direction the conduit is made in the entrance of the welded angular profile 9, which with its shoulder 10 rises above the lateral fa

Claims (5) [1] rests on the supporting surfaces 22 of the side walls 4 and 5. The spikes 24 are laid into the spike holes 29. In the recesses 4, a horizontal shoulder 11 separates the upper branch of the chain channel 12 from the lower chain channel 13. In the chain channels 12 and 13 an infinite plow driving chain with a lower branch driven in the lower canap 13 moves. The shoulder 11 of the corner profile 9 carries at its free outer end a hinge plate 14, behind which a tilted plate 15 is fastened, covering both chain channels 12 and 13 from the bottom side, and below the hinge plate 14 there is a nishitz hole 16 for gripping the plow into the lower channel 13. The inclined plate 15 is mounted on the strip 14 pivotally around the horizontal axis in the direction of the arrow S, so that it can be turned back to the clearing face 7 to open the upper chain channel 12. In the closed position, the inclined plate 15 rests with its free lechom on supports 17 fixed across the vertical arm 10 of the angular profile 9. By means of screws (not shown), the inclined plate 15 may be removably secured to the supports 17. Kompons5vka guide plow proposed design generally known. The plow guide is an integral part of the gutter-shaped sections 1 of the lower branch of the chain scraper conveyor, and the base plate 3 sections of the lower branch forming the guide bus 8 of the plow is extended beyond the side shaped part 4 towards the clearing face 7. Sections 2 consist of transport bottom 18, welded between the lateral shaped portions 19 or integrally connected to them. The lateral shaped portions 19 form Groove-like guides 20 for respectively shaped profiled single or double chained scraper conveyors. The lateral shaped parts 19 have flanks protruding to the outside 21, which simultaneously form supporting flanges that rest on the slinging 2 on the supporting surfaces 22 of the side walls 4 and 5 of section 1. The flange plates 21 are provided with vertical holes 23 for fasteners in the form of bolts, and also vertically downward directed spikes 24, which can be located respectively between two bolt holes 23. The side walls 4 and 5 of the section are tapered in the upper part in areas 25 and 26. They have in this part vertical recesses 27 for bolts zatshoshymi cutouts 28 and disposed between the bolt slot recesses 29 for studs. The sections 2 are laid on top of the sections. V. - -, .- g- ---- ... -, and they with their flange plates 21 27 insert threaded fingers, the heads of which are located in the occipital notches 28. The bolt grooves 27 to the inner side of the groove of section 1 are open, so that threaded fingers can be inserted into the side holes on the side. When section 2 of the upper branch is overlapped, threaded fingers are inserted into the bolted recesses 23 on the flange plates 21. When screwing and tightening the nuts, the section of the upper branch with its flange plates 21 is strongly attracted to the supporting surface 22. Through the pin-pin connections 24 and 29, the side walls 4 and 5 of the section are closed with each other by the laid section 2. There is, of course, the possibility to locate the spikes 24 also on the side walls 4 and 5, and the flange bars 21 are then provided with corresponding holes 29 for the spikes. In the closed state, the threaded fingers connecting the sections of the upper branch with the sections of the lower branch of the conveyor are closed behind the side walls 4 and 5, so that there is no danger of damage to the bolts and their thread. It is clear that the pan-and-turn stand of the chain scraper conveyor is formed from numerous separate sections, each of which consists of section 1 of the lower branch and section 2 of the vertical branch that is detachably attached to it. The connection of the pan section sections is carried out through the solid sections of the lower branch by means of a screwless bolt 30 with a twist. The side walls 5 have at one end a recess 31 for the spike and at the other end a spike 32 for adhesion, which engages in a corresponding recess 31 for the spike of the adjacent section of the conveyor station with a small horizontal and vertical width gap. The fixing of the soy; 1 lines of the bottom of the conveyor belt is carried out by twisting the bolt 30, which is inserted into the corresponding recesses 33 and 34 in the side walls 5. The bolt 30 with a twist has an approximately H-shaped profile with bolt heads 35 and 36 that are integrally connected through a narrowed neck the bolt. The recesses 33 and 34 on the inner surfaces of the side walls 4 and 5 facing each other are open, so that the bolts 30 with a twist can be inserted into the recesses 33 and 34 from the inside. Bolts 30 with a twist are therefore hidden behind the side walls of the 4th and 5th sections of the lower branch of the conveyor. In order to prevent side bolts 30 with a twist from BbieMOK, the safety elements in the form of protective strips 37 are attached to the lateral shaped parts 19 of section 2 below. When tightening section 2 with section 9 4, the protective strips 37 lie on the inner side opposite the bars 33 and 34 , so that the bolts 30 with a twist are protected from falling out of the grooves. With such an implementation of the chain scraper conveyor and its connecting means, it becomes possible to connect sections 1 by means of bolts 30 with a twist before placing the upper section of the upper branch of the conveyor and connecting them as described above with sections 1. Conversely, after removing sections 2, it is easy remove the bolts 30 with a twist from the recesses 33 and 34 on the side. To reduce the wear of the horizontal shoulders, 11 corner profiles 9 from the friction of the plow chain moving on the shoulders, strengthened on the shoulders 11. The protective plates, in particular, replaceable plates 38, are loose. Since parts 8 and 9 of the plow guide are connected to section 1 in one piece, the installation of the guide plow is much simpler, i.e., it generally requires the installation of a sloping plate 15. Formula 1. Chain scraper conveyor for underground mining operations, including gutter-shaped sections of the upper branch of the chain organ, are removably connected to the gutter-shaped lower branch of the chain body and formed by side drains attached to the base plate with the sections protruding from the bottom side the part above which the plow guide is located, which is distinguished by the fact that, in order to simplify the assembly and disassembly of the conveyor, in the side walls on the surfaces facing the inside of the trough-like sections, recesses are made to position the fastening bolts of the trough-like sections of the upper branch of the chain organ, which are provided with safety elements, fixed with the possibility of overlapping the left part of the grooves.
