Apparatus for interlocking the swinging grippers of sheet-fed pressers
专利摘要:
For preventing an unwanted sheet being seized by grippers (2, 3), a cam (12) which oscillates for controlling normal opening and closing of the grippers is also pivotable about a point (11) to hold the grippers open. A second cam (31) joined to the cam (12) bears against a ball bearing (17) which is moveable against a spring (24) by a magnet (21) in response to faulty sheet detection. In one position of the bearing the first cam (12) remains in its normal position, while in the other position of the bearing (as shown in Fig. 1) the first cam is pivoted so that the grippers will not close at their receiving point.
(54) DEVICE FOR LOCKING FORGRAFER CAPTURES ON SHEET PRINTING MACHINES one The invention relates to devices for blocking the grippers of a cross rifer on sheet machines, in particular printed ones, with which the grippers are kept open at the folding table with unusable, doubled or skewed sheets. Through DD-PS 45086, there is a known device for blocking the grippers of the trade-in driver, which consists of a rotatable locking segment, which, in the event of a malfunction, rotates into a guide roller so that the grips at the overlay table do not close. The disadvantage of this device is that it requires large material and technical costs, since there is a blocking segment along with the opening-closure segment. A device for blocking seizures is known through DD-PS 122 239. With this device, the cam segment controlling the movement of the grippers is blocked in its swinging movement with unusable, doubled or skewed sheets, so that the grips at the surface table do not close. The disadvantage of this device is that the cam segment can be blocked only in a certain position. With a coordinated interaction of the individual overhead mechanisms, however, this blocking position is at the beginning of the alignment of the sheets, so that the installed weighted sheet, for example, locks the grippers, although this skewed sheet can then be aligned into the "correct sheet." With this device, the grippers are again closed in the blocking position of the cu10 of the lacquer segment, immediately after the rotation of the rear rifle from the patch table, so that the skewed sheet protruding beyond the table board is gripped by the grippers and fed into the machine. In addition, with a coordinated interaction of overhead mechanisms in In the case of blocking the cam segment, large inertia forces occur, which have a negative effect on the wear of the locking device and on the time response. The purpose of the invention is to create 20 devices for blocking the grippers of the forpring, which operates with low wear and for which the resulting inertia forces are small. The object of the invention is to create a blocking device for the gripper of the unloading device, which, due to the small strokes of the contacts, exhibits a good temporal characteristic, works only in case of a real malfunction and has a simple design. According to the invention, the problem is solved in that the cam segment supported from the bottom side of the ball bearing is located eccentrically in the center of rotation pivotally at the driven link. At the same time, the ball bearing is connected to the magnet through a pull rod. With the cam segment the cam is firmly screwed, which has a protrusion and a groove. In normal operation, the latch fits high to the support, and in the lock mode, it is low. The locking device is simple in construction, exhibits only small inertia forces and, with relatively small contact strokes, has a favorable temporal characteristic. In case of malfunctions, the blockage of the grippers at the overhead table occurs independently of the cam segment control and the rolling angle of the forwardrifer, so that the device can be put into operation at any time. FIG. 1 shows a gripper control device with a cam segment in the Locking position; in fig. 2 - cam segment position during normal operation. FIG. 1 shows a kinematic diagram of a control device and a consignment note. table 1, consisting of a WELL FOR OPENING grippers 2 and grippers 3, a system of grippers 2 and 3 of the forgrifer 4 and a patch drum 5. The control device consists of a control cam 6, a roller lever 7, a connecting rod 8 and a slave made in the form of a crank lever 9 link, as well as the spring control cam segment 10. The drive unit for co-driver 4 is not shown. One shoulder 9. 1 of the crank arm 9 is eccentrically connected at the rotation point 11 to the cam segment 12. The gripper 3 is located on the gripper shaft 13, with which the second roller lever 14 is firmly connected. The roller 15 located on the second roller lever 14 opens the spring of the grippers 16 to the cam segment 12. The cam segment 12 has two surfaces on the surface 1 facing the patch table 1 the low parts 27 and one high part 28, which serve to open and close the grippers 3. In the direction of the overlay table 1 to the cam segment 12 by two bolts 30, the cam 31 is firmly attached, which can be adjusted. The cam-slide 31 is provided with a downwardly directed protrusion 32 and a recess 33. The cam segment 12 and the cam-slide 31 are supported on the ball bearing 17, to which the cam disc 19 is firmly attached to the side wall 18. The ball bearing 17 is connected via a rod 17 The magnet 21, to which the lever 22, which covers the trunnion 25, is also attached to the tangent rod 20. In the area of the lever 22 there is an adjustable stop 23. For the direction of the pull rod 20 a guide roller 26 is provided, which rests on a coolant. chkovy drive 19. The principle of operation of the device. In normal operation the following. The system of grippers 2 and 3 captures the sheets 19 lying on the overhead table 1, accelerates them and transfers them to the overhead drum 5. The clock control of the opening and closing movement of the gripper 3 acts through the roller 15 on the cam segment 12 driven by the combined cam mechanism 6, 7, 8, 9, which periodically performs swing movements. The magnet 21 is in a quiescent state; no voltage applied. The spring 24 holds the ball bearing 17, the pull rod 20 and the lever 22 in an adjustable stop 23 position, so that the cam 31 walks in a high protrusion along the ball bearing 17. The principle of the device in case of malfunctions in the following. If, for example, viewing devices placed at the laid-on table 1 and operating according to the well-known principle establish a skewed sheet, by applying a voltage in the magnet 21 a magnetic field is excited, the magnet attracts and displaces, overcoming the force of the spring 24, through the rod 20 the ball bearing 17 from the protrusion 32 to the recess 33 of the cam-slide 31, so that the cam segment 12 rotates around the rotation center 11 from the surface table 1 without i, so that its swing motion is interrupted. In this position (Fig. 1), the system of grippers 2 and 3 at the overlay table does not close, but only closes in the area of the overlay drum 5, i.e. the skewed sheet is not fed into the machine, but remains on the overlay sheet 1 and can be removed. After removing the crossed sheet, the voltage is removed in the magnet 21, the spring 24 pulls the ball bearing 17 into the area of the protrusion 32 of the cam-slide 31, the cam segment 12 rotates around the center of rotation 11 in the direction overlay table 1 and the system of grippers 2 and 3 can lock at the overlay table 1, to again send the sheet 29 to the machine.
