Claims (3) [1] Block 1 contains a movable frame 2 and two window-pane windows 3 or double glazing inserted into the frame and a fixed frame 4. 3967 This fixed frame is formed from a tubular part 5 containing protrusions 6 and 7 for fixing it in the walls 8 of the room containing a door or a window opening 9 into which block 1 is inserted.
