专利说明:
The invention relates to devices for sharpening knife blades and, in particular, to such devices for sharpening that are housed in knives or in a three-dimensional casing for a knife blade. ... A sharpening device is known which includes a hollow body, a carriage element hinged in the body and carrying a sharpening element, and a reactive element suitable for interacting with a knife blade, inserted into this body 1. A disadvantage of the known The device consists in the fact that it does not provide sharpening of the entire length of the cutting blade, and also in that it cannot be used for sharpening a wide range of blade widths. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the tool. To achieve this goal, a knife sharpener consisting of a casing with a hole in the front end has a carriage on the rotary axis and a sharpening tool attached to the rotary axis. turn-. HfcOM element, the reactive element is installed between the upper carriage plane and the upper wall of the casing, with the axis of rotation of the reactive element parallel to the axis of rotation of the carriage, and its rear end is located on the upper plane of the carriage at the point located between the indicated axis of rotation and the point of contact of the spring with the carriage. In addition, in order to free the exit of the knife to be sharpened, the carriage is provided with a stop installed at the back of the sharpening tool. In Fig.1 schematically shows a variant of the proposed device in the off position, longitudinal section; FIG. 2 is the same, plan view; FIG. 3, section A-A in FIG. FIG. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 1, on FIG. 5 — the device is in the working position (the blade of the knife is inserted into the body); figure 6 - section bb In figure 5, figure 7 - section GG in figure 5; on Fig.8 - section dD, figure 2 / figure 9.. - diagram of the forces acting on the structure. In the cavity 1 of the casing 2, the passage for the knife 3 is located between the opposite side walls 4, the upper wall 5 and the base B of the casing 2, and the through hole 7 is located at the front end of the casing 2. Carriage 8; performed in the form of an elongated element and is located in the passage for the knife 3 so that it occupies a position along its length and is rotatably connected to 2. It is advantageous for this noBopoTHog connection to include a cylindrical section 9 made integral with the carriage 8 or attached to it, and the notches 10 in each of the walls 4. Preferably, the notches 10 open down, as shown in the drawings, so that the cylindrical rotary section 9 may exit these notches 10 when disassembling the device and withdrawing the carriage 8 from the casing 2 through the hole 7. The spring 11 holds the pivotal section 9 in the recesses 10 and serves to press the front end of the carriage 8 to the top wall 5 of the casing 2. The spring 11 (a flat spring is used in this design) is fixed at its end 12 at a point located on the wall 13 of the casing 2, and its opposite end 14 presses against the bottom surface 15 of the carriage 8. The other is (a more preferred arrangement of the spring is shown in the drawing, in which the middle section. 16, the spring 11 rests on the protrusion 17. It is desirable to position the contact area between the rear wall 13 and the swivel connection of the carriage 8. The contact of the section 14 of the spring 11 with the carriage 8 -. sliding The arrangement of the element is such that the turning section 9 is located between the contact areas of the spring 11, the casing 2 and the carriage 8, respectively, if you look along the passage in the casing 2. If the knife blade is not located inside the casing 2, as shown in figure 1, the spring 11 holds the carriage 8 in its highest position, in which it closely adjoins the top wall 5 of the casing 2. The arrangement of the carriage rotation elements is such that the section 9 of the carriage 8 can move downward relative to its curvilinear supporting surfaces of the grooves 10, good the gift of which increases the distance between the inner end of the carriage 8 and the upper wall 5 of the casing 2. This movement creates a clamping of the honing element 18, due to which the blade but (and can be selected with fast insertion inside, the casing 2. The carriage 8 moves back during this movement being prevented by holding the surfaces 19, each of which is an extension of the curvilinear support surface at its rear side, and is located across the casing 2. The rotary portion of the carriage 8 can be assigned to any suitable distance This is from the rear wall 13 of the casing 2 and should be located relative to the different contact areas of the spring 11 so that there is no significant change in the distance between section 9 and the end 14 of the spring during rotation of the carriage 8. At the same time, to the blade of the knife that came mainly constant pressure is applied to the contact with the honing element 18. The front end 20 of the carriage 8 is located at the front end of the casing 2 so that the sharpening element 18 is located inside the guide slot 21 located in the upper surface 22 of the carriage 8 (Fig. 2). The reactive element 23 is installed between the upper wall 5 of the casing 2 and the surface 22 of the carriage 8 and is connected to the casing 2 by the axis 24 of rotation. The axis 24 is preferably located near the upper wall 5 of the casing, as shown in the drawing, and at some distance —inner from the through-hole 7, whereby this distance is basically equal to the distance between the hole 7 and the spring end 12. The protrusion of the back section 25 of the reactive element 23 serves to engage the section 26 of the upper surface 22 of the carriage 8 at a point between the cylindrical section 9 and the contact area of the carreya and the spring end 14. The contact between elements 8 and 23 should be in the form of a simple stop, so that relative movement between section 25 and section 26 may occur when elements 8 and 25 rotate relative to their respective turning points of the cylindrical section 9 and axis 24. The front end section 27 of the reactive element 23 may come into contact with the upper edge 28 of the knife blade 29, is introduced into the voltage guide slot 21 of the carriage and lower the front portion 27 (Figure 5). During operation, the reactive element 23 has three points of contact. The point defined by the axis 24 has a fixed position and is between the two other reactive points 30 and 31 (Fig. 49), which are affected by the carriage 8 and the blade 29, respectively, and which change their position as the blade 29 moves inward casing 2 and out. The reactive element 23 should be in contact with the carriage 8. At a point closer to the cylindrical section 9 of the carriage than the line 32 (Fig. 9) of the cocks 12 springs on the carriage 8. Axis points 24, 30 and 31 should be located that the two straight lines connecting the point of the axis 24, with the other two points 30 and 31, are at an angle of less than 180, preferably at an angle of 120-130. The front portion 27 of the reactive element 23 is positioned as shown in Fig. 1 so as to be in contact with or near the upper surface of the 22 carriage 8 when there is no knife blade between the elements 9 and 23. The front portion 27 is located directly in front of or near the sharpening element 18. {5 Thus, in the inactive or closed position of the casing, as shown in Fig. 1, the distance between the reactive elementals 23 and the carriage 8 at the point before the casing 2 is slightly 20 or zero. It is better if, at this position of the casing, there is a small distance between the upper wall 5 and the surface 33 of the reactive element 23. This can be achieved, as shown in the drawings, by forming the surface 34 of the recess 35 located under the upper wall 5 of the casing 2, before front edge 36 of the wall 5 (Figures 1 and 5). In addition, the front edge 36 of the wall 5 can be moved back from the front of the side walls 4, so that holes 37- (Fig. 4) are formed through which the reactive element 23 can pass, thereby providing maximum separation of the reactive element. element 23 n carriage 8, so that can be processed blade knives of considerable width. The reactive element has a slot 38 passing through the rear end 39 40 and the bottom surface 40 (Figures 3-8), except for the section 41 (Figure 8) of the bottom surface 40 bounded by the front end section 27. The slot 38 accommodates the top The blade blade part 45, when inserted into the sheath, provides the exit of this blade: knife blade 29 behind the rear end 39. reactive element 23 (figure 5). Resistance to lateral deviation of JQ during the sharpening process of the knife 29 is accomplished by laterally guiding wings 42 attached to the carriage 8 and moving along with it and somewhat retreating back from the element 18 to be sharpened (see Figures 1 and 5). The arrangement of the elements is such that the blade of the knife is subjected to the retaining influence of the guide wings 42 directly after contact with the sharpening element 18. Each direction of the wing 42 can be made integral with the carriage 8 or, being manufactured separately, attached to it (as in the shown construction ). In the latter case .65 Preferably, both of them are part of a single structure 43, which is located and held within the cavity 44 of a suitable fore in the carriage 8 (Figures 3-7). The guiding structure 4 3 can be molded or made in some other way from a plastic material, like other elements of the device, such as the casing 2, the carriage 8 and the reactive element 23. A characteristic feature of the design, (shown in the drawing, is that the blade of the knife 29 can be inserted into the casing 2 to a considerable depth so that the Fast-pn or p 45, the blades 29 pass behind the sharpening of all element 13 or at least sharpening the edges of element 18 (Fig. 5). In this MOjjceT, the full length of the cutting blade 4.6 is sharpened, in particular, if the end 47 of the blade. i VIA 29 comes into contact with the cutting element 18 due to the closed COVERING of the casing during initial insertion of the blade 29 Moving the helix 45 behind the scrubber The element 18 should not be large, for which there is a stop 48. In contact with the edge of the cutting blade 46 near the blade 45 for placing the blade 29 in the position necessary to bring the grinding element 18 back.. 48 may be a platform or a wedge running across a recess accommodating free movement in the carriage 8, but in the embodiment shown in the drawing, it is made integral with the guiding wings 42 of the guide structure 43. and interacts with it. The main part of the casing 2 can be easily attached to the base structure 49 by means of the snap-in device 50, and the base structure 49 can be attached to the support in any suitable way. Thus, the invention noisolat improve the efficiency of sharpening.
