专利摘要:
A lantern intended to be worn on the head provides protection against fire-damp and explosions. It is comprised of one head piece (4), a connection cable (3), a receptacle (1) containing a plurality of removable batteries (8) and a connection arrangement for additional current consuming apparatuses similar to measuring apparatuses of wireless sets and other similar apparatuses. To provide for the connection of additional apparatuses, a battery (17) having its own switching is provided in the receptacle. This battery is connected to an electrical current plug (19) mounted on the receptacle so that, independently of the battery circuit for the lantern, there is provided a supply circuit for the additional apparatuses included in the same.

专利说明:

The invention relates to lighting equipment, in particular to portable lighting devices with built-in batteries or accumulators.
Explosion-proof, gas-impermeable 5 helmet helmet is known, containing an optical unit mounted on a helmet and connected by a connecting cable with replaceable batteries placed in a battery box 10 , and means for connecting additional devices [1].
The disadvantage of this device is that additional devices can not be easily changed, if necessary, as well as that of the lamp and an additional device depends on the total battery and po- 2 of the risk of total failure significantly increases with a defect in one of the two systems, and automatic shutdown of an additional device in the event of an accident and a strong discharge of 25 in the battery for a longer lamp operation requires high costs.
The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in an explosion-proof, gas-tight helmet helmet, containing an optical unit mounted on a helmet and connected by a connecting cable with replaceable batteries located in the battery box, and means for connecting additional devices, there is a battery for additional devices with an explosion-proof connection circuit with means for connecting additional devices made in the form of a plug socket with at least one contact, the battery being on in the battery box, and the plug socket is mounted on the battery box.
The explosion-proof connection circuit has a resistor, locking diodes and a switch, the first contact of the plug socket being connected to the positive pole of the battery, the second contact through locking diodes and the third contact through the resistor and switch connected to the negative pole of the battery.
The battery is filled with resin in the battery box.
In FIG. 1 shows a helmet light; in FIG. 2 - charger with plug.
The helmet lamp contains a battery box 1 with a cover 2, an optical unit 3 mounted on a 5 helmet and connected by a connecting cable 4 with replaceable batteries 5 located in the chambers 6 and 7 of the battery box 1.
The light source 8 of the optical unit 10 ka 3 can be switched on using the switch 9. The current is selected using contact springs 10, which are located in the box lid and are adjacent to the pole bolts 11 and 12. 15 The batteries 5 are charged using the provided on the optical unit 3 of the charging contacts 13 and 14, the charging circuit being closed by means of a locked charge switch 15 only when the optical unit is inserted into the charger 16.
In the chamber 17 of the battery box is placed a battery 18 for more! 2 5 19 instruments (for example, measuring instruments, intercoms, etc.).
The battery 18 consists of several re-chargeable battery cells 19 and has an explosion-proof connections diagram with means 20 for connecting additional devices formed in: a plug: sockets with multiple contacts 21, 22 and 23 mounted on the storage box 5 ^ 1.
The explosion-proof circuit for connecting the battery 18 to the socket 20 has a resistor 24, locking diodes 25 and a switch 26, and the contact 21 of the plug 40 socket is connected to the positive pole of the battery 18, the contact 22 is connected through the locking diodes 25 to the negative pole of the battery, and the contact 23 is connected through a resistor 24 45 and a switch 26 with a negative pole of the battery. The entire unit, consisting of a battery 18 and an explosion-proof circuit, is filled in the chamber 17 of the battery box 1 with a casting resin 27, 50, for example, epoxy.
The additional device 19 is connected via a cable 28 and a three-pole plug 29 to a plug outlet 20.
In this case, power is supplied through the 'contacts 21 and 23 and the current limiting resistor 24. An additional device can be turned on or off using the switch 26.
If the battery 18 needs to be charged, then the charger 31 is connected to the plug socket 20 using the plug 30. The charging current flows through the contacts 21 and 22. The locking diodes 25 prevent the battery from being discharged through the contact 22.
The proposed device is more convenient, reliable and safe to use.
