The invention relates to a method for manufacturing packaging containers, in particular bags with a cross-shaped bottom.
A known method of manufacturing bags with a cross-shaped base, which consists in feeding a paper web, bending the side edges longitudinally and fastening them overlap with a longitudinal seam, forming a flat sleeve, cross-section of the sleeve on the bag blanks, forming a base in each blank by pulling, transverse bending and gluing it end section with the formation of the bottom, installation and fixing of the base seal (jJ.
To increase the density, the bottom is glued onto it. But sticking the sealing sheet to the bottom makes the bag not strong enough.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the bags.
This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of manufacturing bags with a cross-shaped base, which consists in feeding a paper web, longitudinally bending the side edges and fastening them overlap with a longitudinal seam, forming a flat sleeve, cross-section of the sleeve on the bag blanks, forming a base in each blank by pulling, lateral bending and gluing its end section with the formation of the bottom, installing and fixing the base seal on a paper sheet in front of the longitudinal bend its lateral edges, the base seals are installed according to the number of blanks in the form of sheets bent in half with a bend line perpendicular to the web feed direction, with a length exceeding the distance between the 20 bending lines of the base and a width exceeding the width of the bottom formed, transverse bending of the end section of the workpiece is carried out before with a sealant, and the seal 25 is strengthened at the base of each workpiece by gluing the lower sides with the blade along (cut lines and upper sides with the side edges of the blade.
Additional sealants 5 are installed for each workpiece and an additional base is formed from the opposite end of the workpiece.

On the tape 1 from kraft paper or from multilayer paper at a certain distance from each other, seals 2 are placed, located in the middle part of the tape parallel to each other. Adhesive strips 3 ″ are applied along the perimeter of the seals, the bend lines 4 of the seals being directed towards each other (for a pair of seals 35 ) and the internal distance 5 between the seals 2 corresponds to the size of the bag 6 formed later.
Seals 2 are located on the tape 1 in the middle part 7, which 40 later forms the walls of the bags. When gluing the bent seal 2 onto the still open tape 1, it should be noted that the adhesive strips 3, '14 and 15 are located on the sides of the bends behind the base bend line (shown in dashed lines in Fig. 3).
The bending line 4 of the seal 2 is located on the line connecting the external corners (shown in dashed lines in Fig. 3). In the finished bottom, the seal is placed horizontally. One of the seals 2 located in the bags is made with a notch 18.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, the seals 2 with their bends 4 can be glued to the tape with bends inward. However, the seals 2 glued in accordance with FIG. 1, more accurately reproduce the cruciform base.
