The invention relates to devices for loading powdered or granular products containing a certain amount of dust. A device for moving a powdery product containing two coaxially arranged pipes and a compressed air supply system [1]. However, when using the known device, dusting of the product and air pollution occur. The aim of the invention is to improve service conditions by increasing the degree of dust absorption. This goal is achieved in that the device for moving the powdery product, containing two coaxially arranged pipes and a compressed air supply system, is provided with an elastic pipe articulated at the bottom of the outer pipe, consisting of two j parts, the upper of which has the shape of a hemisphere, and the lower one is truncated cone, while both parts of the nozzle are hingedly connected to each other, the outer pipe has openings with filters, and the elastic nozzle is in communication with the compressed air supply system. The upper part of the elastic pipe is equipped with shelves for attaching it to the surface of the outer pipe. In FIG. 1 and 2 show a device for moving a powdery product, respectively, at the beginning and at the end of the movement. The device consists of an inner pipe 1, an outer pipe 2, a pipe 3 for connecting the outer pipe 2 with a suction fan containing a vacuum inside the upper part 4 of the hemispherical pipe. The surface of the hemisphere is made of layered material and pivotally mounted around the perimeter of the outer pipe with the possibility of tilting relative to the vertical by 15 °. The lower surface of the hemisphere is made of impermeable fabric. On the outer pipe there are openings 5 with filters located in them, which ensure the communication of the hemisphere cavity with the outer pipe. At the lower end of the latter, a grill 6 is fixed, which prevents tissue suction. The lower part 7 of the pipe is made of layered material, has the shape of a cone and is pivotally mounted on the lower surface of the hemisphere. The upper part of the pipe is equipped with rods 8 for attaching it to the outer 5 pipe. The device operates as follows. The powdery product, descending through the pipe 1, fills the container 9 and forms a surface in contact with the lower part 7 of the pipe. With the further receipt of the product, liquefied by the air coming from the pipe 10, part 7 rises to its final position (Fig. 2). At this point, the device is lifted, by the device 11 to return to its original position. Dust formed during the free fall of the product is sucked out through openings 5 with filters and then through pipeline 3.. Thus, in the proposed device reduces the degree of dusting, which improves service conditions.

Claims (2) [1] This invention relates to devices for loading powdered or granular products containing a certain amount of plli. A device for transferring a powdered product is known, comprising two coaxially arranged pipes and a compressed air supply system 1. However, when using a known device, the product is dusting and the atmosphere is polluted. The aim of the invention is to improve the conditions of service by increasing the degree of dust absorption. The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for moving a threshold-shaped product, containing two coaxially arranged pipes and a compressed air supply system, is equipped with a hingedly fixed in the lower part of the outer pipe-elastic Pipe, which consists of two parts; the lower - truncated cone, with both parts of the nozzle interconnected pivotally, the outer tube has openings with filters, and the elastic nozzle communicates with the compressed air supply system. The upper part of the flexible tube is fitted with shelves for fastening it to the surface of the outer tube. FIG. 1 and 2 depict a device for moving a powder product at the beginning and at the end of the movement, respectively. The device consists of an inner pipe 1, an outer pipe 2, a pipe 3 for connecting the outer pipe 2 with a suction fan containing a vacuum inside the upper part 4 of the nozzle, having the shape of a hemisphere. The surface of the hemisphere is made of laminated material and is hingedly fixed along the perimeter of the outer pipe with the possibility of inclination relative to the vertical by 15 °. The bottom surface of the hemisphere is made of impermeable fabric. On the outer tube there are openings 5 with filters arranged in them, which ensure the communication of the cavity of the hemisphere with the outer tube. At the lower end of the latter, a grill 6 is reinforced, preventing the tissue from sucking. The lower part 7 of the nozzle is made of a laminate, has the shape of a cone and is hinged on the bottom surface of the hemisphere. The upper part of the nozzle is provided with treads 8 for fastening it to the outer pipe. The device works as follows. The powdered product / descending through pipe 1 fills the tank 9 and forms a surface in contact with the lower part 7 of the nozzle. As the product is liquefied by the air drawn from the pipe 10, part 7 rises to its final position (Fig. 2). At this point, the device is lifted by the device 11 to return to its original position. The dust formed during the free fall of the product is sucked through the holes 5 with filters and then through pipe 3.. Thus, in the proposed device, the degree of pypene is reduced, which improves service conditions. Claim 1. A device for moving a powdered product containing two coaxially arranged pipes and a compressed air supply system, differing in that, in order to improve service conditions by increasing the degree of dust absorption, it is provided with a flexible branch pipe hardened in the lower part of the outer pipe / state of two parts, the upper part of which has the shape of a hemisphere, and the lower part of a truncated cone, while the parts of the nozzle are interconnected, pivotally, the outer tube has holes with fil ramie, and the elastic tube communicates with the air supply system.
