专利摘要:
An improved root crop harvester having a narrow and compact processing chassis adapted to simply and easily receive header assemblies of differing capacities. The header assemblies include a transverse roll conveyor for gathering roots received from the digger wheels into a stream for discharge through a central opening in the transverse conveyor to a fore-and-aft extending roll conveyor carried by the processing chassis. The fore-and-aft roll conveyor is inclined upwardly from front to rear to increase the scrubbing and tumbling action and is also provided with a reversing roll section at its rearward end to discharge the roots to the side. The fore-and-aft conveyor is also sloped across its width at its rearward end to aid in discharging roots transversely to the roll conveyor length. The conveyors on the processing chassis are carried between the support wheels to reduce side drafts, minimize wheel slippage in wet field conditions and improve transport maneuverability.

I
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines used in the harvesting of root crops.
The known root harvesting machine includes a moving frame, a digger, a receiving conveyor and a root conveyor transporting a conveyor made of a number of parallel, transversely mounted machines, rollers with outer wound ribs in a spiral, the first and third of which are rotating. 1c in one, and the second and fourth - in opposite directions and having in the filling area of the lifting device a spiral of opposite direction relative to the spiral of their other parts The second roller is made in the said zone smooth and having an outer diameter smaller in comparison with the outer diameter of the other rollers 1.
A disadvantage of the known machine is the clogging of the screw conveyor with earth and plant residues, especially in its final, discharge suit, g, which contributes to a decrease in the productivity of the machine as a whole.
. The purpose of the invention is to increase machine productivity.
10 The goal is achieved by the fact that a part of the second roller, having a smooth outer surface, is made separate from the rest of it and is provided with a drive for rotating it.
15 around the common axis of these parts in the direction of rotation of the first roller of said conveyor.
FIG. 1 shows a machine, top view 20; in fig. 2 - conveyor in the zone of unloading from it root crops, common
view.

Claims (1)
[1]
The beet harvesting machine contains the main frame 1 mounted on the left and right pair of ground-moving wheels 2, which are mounted on axles which rest on elements 3 connected to frame 1. The front transverse element k of the frame rests on stem 5, which serves as an axis for connecting to the towing point of the tractor and is equipped with a means for adjusting its vertical position relative to the frame, which achieves the adjustment of the height of the front end of the machine relative to the ground. Under the front part of the transverse frame element 4, moving together with it and having the same possibility of adjustment as the barrel 5, there are a lot of transverse digging units 6 apart from each other, each node of which consists of a pair of digging wheels 7 rotatably supported on opposite sides of vertical support 8, which is attached to front transverse element k. Behind each unit of the digger 6 there is a paddle wheel 9 located between the upper, distant parts of the respective digging wheels 7 for grabbing the beets lifted by the digging wheels 7 and thrown back by them. The impellers 9 are supported for possible rotation on the transverse shaft 10 and may be under. Swinging transverse adjustment in conjunction with the corresponding nodes of the digger 6, the Beets are deflected by the corresponding impellers 9 to the receiving vehicle 11, which goes sideways between the side frame members 12. The beets are transported back by the conveyor 11 and laid on a second conveyor 13 which runs across the harvesting machine and consists of interacting and rotating to (Straight sides of the pair of gripping rollers 14-17. Each roller includes a cylindrical tube with spiral ribs 18 attached to the outer surface the tubes of each roller. 14, 16 and 17. The respective shafts 19, 21 centrally passing through these tubes to opposite ends are supported. The shafts rest rotatably on standard bearings Ticks located at their opposite ends. Roller shaft 15 having a reversible section 22 does not pass through its tube. This tube rotates in bearings located at its ends at the reversing section and in bearing supports at the other end. Rollers of this second conveyor 13 a also other working elements of the harvesting machine are driven by a tractor in the usual way. When the rollers are rotating, the beets are transported along a chute formed between each pair of counter-rotating rollers. The ribs 18 of each roller drop, scoop and move the beets to the lift 23, located on the right side of the harvesting machine. When the beets are dropped, dirt, clay and other foreign materials are removed from it and fall between the rollers on the ground. The beet is discharged by the conveyor 13 and enters the elevator 23. For lateral discharge, the conveyor 13 has a reversible roller section 22 mounted coaxially with the conveying roller 15 and resting on bearings, which allows it to rotate in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation coaxially with the conveying roller 15 transporting the beets between the pair rollers 1-4.15 and 16, 17 and reaching the discharge zone above the lift 23, the rollers 14 and 16 will rotate in the direction indicated by the arrows. The reverse section 22 is rotated in the same direction to drop the beets into the back of the machine from the conveyor 13. The machine operates as follows. The digger 6 digs up the roots, pinches them between the wheels 7. The impeller 9 feeds these roots to the receiving conveyor 11, which moves them to the second conveyor 13, the rollers 14-17 of which, rotating in opposite directions, clean the roots from impurities and transfer them in the lift 23. In this case the reversible section 22, rotating in the same direction with the adjacent rollers, contributes to a more active supply of the root crops to the lift, excluding loading them in this zone. Thus, the performance of one of the webs of a cleaning device from two oppositely rotating parts, one of which is made smooth and the other with helical winding, prevents the root crops from being loaded and directed to the transport device, thus increasing the productivity of the machine. Claims A root harvesting machine comprising a moving frame, a digger, a receiving conveyor and transporting the roots to a lifting device in a conveyor made of a series of parallel rollers with outer winding of the ribs in a spiral conveyor, the first and third of which are rotating in one and the second and fourth in the opposite directions and having in the filling area of the lifting device a spiral of the opposite direction relative to the spiral, the rest their parts, the second roller being made in the said zone smooth and having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the other rollers, characterized in that, in order to increase the productivity of the machine, a part of the second roller having a smooth outer surface is i separate from the rest of it and provided with a drive for rotating it around the common axis of these parts in the direction of rotation of the first roller of the broken conveyor.
