Vertical guides 11 within the springs 7 comprise mushroom-shaped projections 12 from the casing 6 received in guide parts 13 mounted on the yoke 8 to provide telescopic guidance while permitting some relative tilting of the parts 12, 13. As shown, shoe brakes 14 are provided and the damper 10 is pivotally mounted on a housing of the bearing 5. Where disc brakes are employed, the damper is pivotally mounted on a carrier plate (22) for the prake pads, Fig. 6 (not shown). The invention relates to railway transport and concerns the construction of a spring suspension of rolling stock and, in particular, of track machines for the repair of the upper 5 Railway track.
There is a known spring suspension of a track machine, containing coil springs JUn and hydraulic oscillation dampers 13 installed between axle cases of axle boxes and trolley frame.
However, this spring suspension is not suitable for work in the track machines used in the repair of the upper structure of the railway track.
The purpose of the invention is to improve road performance by ensuring that the load on the axles is equalized with the maximum bend of the spring suspension under conditions of drastically varying axle loads and vehicle speeds.
For this purpose, the suspension is provided with a transverse spring flap, 25
in the form of a traverse, supported by helical springs, made with a number of mounting holes and connected to the ends by means of hinged hangers with the frame of the trolley.
In addition, each screw spring is provided with a vertical mushroom shaped guide resting on the housing of the axle box.

If, due to defects in the track or due to the undulating position of the rails, a vehicle transport means occurs, frame 1 moves relative to wheel 3 across the axis of the track by the amount Z. This causes the suspension 7 to deflect relative to the elements 9 of the cart frame and also to spring traverse 6. In addition, the coil springs k are also loaded at an angle and with a bend.
