专利摘要:
Crankcase ventilation valve for internal combustion engines with a valve casing which is divided into a first and a second chamber by a displaceable wall sealingly attached at the periphery, wherein the first chamber is in communication with the atmosphere and the second chamber is in communication on the one hand through an inlet tube with the crankcase and on the other hand through an outlet tube with the suction device by way of a cylindrical tubular member disposed in the second chamber, the displaceable wall and the tubular member being constructed as a non-return valve and the valve seat being surrounded by a concentric ring space which is connected to the inlet tube.

(5) VENTILATION SYSTEM VALVE CARD FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
t
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to engine-building, in particular to crankcase ventilation devices.
The valve of the crankcase ventilation system for an internal combustion engine is known, comprising a housing with a lid, the internal cavity of which is divided by a membrane fixedly fixed along the perimeter into chambers: the first communicated with the atmosphere, and the second communicated with the crankcase through the inlet fitting and suction system through the outlet fitting, and the membrane and the outlet fitting form. check valve, the seat of which is located | 5 is located in the housing with an annular gap LI.
However, the known valve is relatively inertial and has a complex structure.
The aim of the invention is to increase the valve speed.
This goal is achieved by the fact that Met-i6paHa is made of elastic material, and the body at the level of the saddle 25
provided with a supporting surface for a membrane with an annular groove along its perimeter, the supporting surface being made in the form of radial protrusions evenly spaced around the circumference, and the ratio of the areas of the membrane surfaces affected by the suction system pressure and crankcase pressure is at least 1/10, mostly 1 / 25-1 / 30.
At the same time, a Teflon ring is installed in the annular groove under the membrane, and the housing is provided with an abutment for the membrane, preferably made in the form of a valve cap.
Figure 1 shows the crankcase ventilation valve, a slit; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1.
The valve of the crankcase ventilation system comprises a housing 1 with a lid 2. whose internal cavity is separated by a fixed membrane around the perimeter of an elastic membrane 3 into chambers: the first k and the second 5.
The first chamber communicates with the atmosphere through the openings 6 in the lid 2, the lid 2 being the abutment for the membrane
In the valve body 1 there is an inlet 7 with a pressure limiter 8 for communicating with the engine crankcase and an outlet 9 for communicating the chamber 5 with the exhaust system. The membrane 3 and the fitting 9 form a check valve, the saddle 10 of which is placed in 1 with an annular gap P. The body 1 at the level of the saddle 10 is provided with a supporting surface 12 for the membrane 3, made in the form of radial protrusions 13, evenly spaced around the circumference, armor, and provided with an annular groove 1 along its perimeter for installing a Teflon ring 15. A Teflon ring is needed to impart tension to the membrane.
The ratio of the surface areas of the membrane, which are affected by the suction pressure of the system and the crankcase pressure, is at least 1/10, mostly 1/25
1/30
Under the valve body there is a filter 16, which has a casing 17 fixed on the valve body and equipped with cooling speeches 18. In the inner cavity 19 of the housing there is an insert 20 with cooling plates 21. The insert 20 is adjacent to the outlet fitting 9 and is provided with a flow of fluid from the valve.
From below, the housing is sealed by a reservoir 22 filled with filler 23, for example cellulose, which has a large absorbing capacity.
The reservoir 22 is fastened with the help of the locks the 2nd on the casing 17.
A sealing ring 25 is located between the housing and the reservoir to isolate the inner cavity 19 of the housing from the external environment.
The internal cavity 19 through the channel 26 in the valve body communicates with fitting 27. A fitting 27 with a connecting tube (not shown) communicates with the air filter of the engine 28, and then with the carburetor 29 (shown schematically).
The device works as follows.
When the engine is running, due to the movement of the pistons, an overpressure occurs in the crankcase, as a result of which the membrane 3 rises from the seat 10. Thus, a connection appears between the crankcase and the suction system. Gas with harmful impurities from the crankcase through the nozzle 7, the gap 11 and the nozzle 9 enters the filter 16 "As it passes by; on the plates 21, the gaseous or vaporous harmful substances condense, the condensate is sucked by the filler 23 in the tank 22. This tank or its filler may be periodically replaced.
Since the harmful substances contained in the gas are retained in the gas 16, the gas coming out of the choke 27 is practically free of harmful impurities and can be brought to the carburetor for removal.
If the 8th crankcase creates a vacuum relative to the external pressure due to the stroke of the pistons, the membrane 3 is adjacent to the seat 10. Thus, no gas from the suction system can enter the crankcase.
Since the contaminated and dusty air from the outer atmosphere cannot get into the crankcase, the contamination of the lubricant and the particle and gas particles caused by particulate matter are reduced.
The valve of the crankcase ventilation system is attached to the internal combustion engine so that the cover 1 is vented by the air flow from the engine fan.
To ensure optimum operation, the valve of the crankcase ventilation system should be placed above the valve rocker cover to prevent lubricant from entering the valve.
The valve of the crankcase ventilation system and the filter 16 Moryt instead of one whole are divided into two separate ports.,
Due to the proposed valve design, the direct effect of pressure in the intake system on gas flow from the vented crankcase is reduced. This reliably maintains the desired pressure in the crankcase and reliably determines the output of the crankcase into the engine intake system to prevent contamination of the intake systems and maintain the desired composition of the working mixture. This valve of the crankcase ventilation system works quickly and has a simple design.
