Connecting rod radial bearing
专利摘要:
The radial bearing is constructed such that the lubricant passing from between the rotating shaft and the stationary bearing is drawn back into the rearmost terminal region of the groove between the bearing and shaft in order to eliminate cavitation. The connecting rod and bearing cap may be formed with an annular groove from which the lubricant is drawn back into the groove between the bearing and shaft or the outer periphery of the bearing can be provided with a groove from which the lubricant can be drawn. Also, the inner surface on the bearing can be provided with one more groove extensions to permit return of the lubricant to the rearmost region. 公开号:SU898959A3 申请号:SU782560603 申请日:1978-01-02 公开日:1982-01-15 发明作者:Лустгартен Георг 申请人:Гебрюдер Зульцер Аг (Инофирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
I This invention relates to internal combustion engines. Radial bearings of connecting rods are known, in particular for an internal combustion engine, with a shaft provided with axial j and radial holes for supplying oil from a source of lubricant and at least one oil distribution groove with drain holes located on the support surface JQ and along the both ends with a narrowing in depth and width f 1 J. During engine operation, the oil from the source of lubricant, 1h through the holes and the oil distribution groove goes to the surfaces of the radial bearing, thereby ensuring its normal functioning in all modes. However, when speeds are increased, for example, when the engine is forced, in the space bounded by the oil distribution groove, navigation occurs due to vacuum zones, especially at the end sections of the groove. This contributes to the occurrence of local stresses and erosion of the material, which significantly reduces the reliability of the support as a whole, worsens the conditions for lubricating the rubbing surfaces. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the radial bearing of the connecting rod. This goal is achieved by reducing the navigational effects in these zones and is carried out by introducing unloading elements into them that change the conditions of the lubricant hydrodynamics. To do this, the tapered ends of the groove are provided with oil supply channels whose diameter is equal to the width of the groove. FIG. 1 shows a support, at the location of the oil distribution groove, a longitudinal section; Fig.2 section aa, without reinforcement shaft.
权利要求:
Claims (1) [1] The radial bearing 1 of the connecting rod 2 includes a shaft 3 provided with axial k and 5 and 6 radial holes for supplying oil water from a source of lubricant (not shown) and at least one oil distribution line 7 with outlet ports 8 located on a part of the surface supports 1i and 9 made at both ends with narrowed in depth and width. The tapered ends of the groove 7 are provided with oil inlet grooves 10, the diameter of which is equal to the width of the groove 7. To drain the oil, there are channels 11 around bearing 1 and 12 in the connecting rod 2, the radial bearing works as follows. Oil from the source of lubricant flows through the axial and radial holes 5 and 6 of the shaft 3 to the surface of the radial bearing 1 of the connecting rod 2. When the shaft rotates (in the direction shown by the arrow), oil from the oil distribution groove 7 goes through the tapping ports 8 through the outlet ports 8 and 12, respectively, around the support 1 and in the connecting rod 2 and at the same time the inlet channels 10 again, as it were, are sucked into both ends of the narrowing 9. In the oil distribution groove 7, the vacuum in its narrowed ends 9 and the appearance of cavitation erosion is eliminated and does not occur. Claims of the rod with a narrowing in depth and width, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability by reducing cavitation, the support is provided with oil supply channels whose diameter is equal to the width of the channel ki, wherein the channels are associated with tapered ends of the groove.
