The invention relates to light industry, in particular to installations for the manufacture of gaskets for clothing parts, such as collars.
A known installation for the manufacture of gaskets for clothing parts, such as collars, containing a positioning device for the workpiece, having a perforated plate and means for transferring the workpiece from the positioning device for the workpiece to the heat treatment device, having a perforated surface for holding the workpiece connected to the pneumatic system 11].

The carousel-type installation for the manufacture of gaskets for clothing parts, for example collars, comprises a device 1 for holding two workpieces 2 in a certain position, i.e. a positioning device 1 having a perforated plate 3 and means 4 for transferring the workpieces 2 from the positioning device 1 to the tape device 5 for heat treatment, having a perforated surface for holding the preparations 2 connected to the pneumatic system (not shown). The tool 4 is made in the form of a rotary table 6 and two heads 7 and 8 of the movement. The squeegee carriage 47 comprises a squeegee 49 connected to the feed device 5θ, in which the impregnating composition is supplied from the tank 51 by means of a pump 52. The latter can be performed, for example, with compressible sleeves, through the supply pipe 53 to the squeegee carriage 47.
The pump 52 can serve, if necessary, and for mixing additives. Pump 52 may be equipped with a regulator (not shown) to establish intervals between supply periods. The regulator may have a slightly different design, which also provides for the adjustment of the duration of the infusion period of the impregnating composition.
The heads 7 and 8 may have the same design, however, it is preferable that they differ from each other. The first head 7 has a distribution chamber 5 ^ equipped with a perforated surface 41 for receiving the preforms 2. A portion of the surface 41 not participating in the reception of the preform 2 is masked 55 in order to optimize the suction effect of the air stream. A suction fan 57, the outlet of which is closed by a cover 58, is connected to the distribution chamber 54 by means of the Pipe 56. The pneumatic cylinder-piston drive 59 serves to open the cover when the workpiece 2 is gripped and held, and to close the cover when the workpiece 2 is removed. Such a design of the displacement head provides continuous operation of the fan 57.
The head 8 is made with respect to the distribution chamber, the perforated surface and the mask in the same way as the head 7. The distribution chamber 54 is connected via a connecting pipe 60 to a switching spool 61 moving between the suction side 62 and the blowing side 63 of the fan 64 along the guides 65 and driven by pneumatic actuator 66, moreover, the spool can act, depending on the necessary work, on the suction or discharge only partially by the suction side injection and / or injection.

To transfer the workpiece, a switching device can connect the distribution chamber partially or completely to the discharge side of the suction device or to the atmosphere, depending on how easily the workpiece is detached from the head.
