专利摘要:
An inflatable dunnage bag having a relatively thin-film, flexible, gastight bladder is provided with a fill valve device extending from the exterior of the bag to the interior of the bladder. The fill valve device includes a hollow housing which is mounted on one end by means of a flange to the outer surface of one wall of the bladder. Within the housing there is an orifice and a plug member which is spring-biased in sealing engagement against the orifice. The plug member extends beyond the end of the housing and into the bladder. A flange on the end of the plug member in the bladder is substantially parallel to, and spaced away from, the mounting flange/bladder wall interface to provide a separation of the bladder walls, to deflect the filling gas to prevent impingement upon the bladder wall opposite the housing, and to provide an anti-blowout stop thereby preventing the plug member from being blown out of engagement with the valve housing when the bag is subjected to high compressive loads.

(54) INFLATABLE FLEXIBLE BEDROOM BAG
The invention relates to litter used in the carriage of goods by rail, water, air and road transport, in particular, to removable inflatable litter bags. An inflatable flexible bedding bag is known, containing an airtight chamber formed by the first and second walls with a filling device, including a cylindrical hollow body attached by its flange to the first wall spring loaded valve Cl} A disadvantage of the known bag is its lack of reliability. Enjoy bag reliability. This goal is achieved by the fact that the inner surface of the body of the filling device has an annular protrusion, while the valve is provided with a gas-reflecting flange parallel to the flange of the body of the filling device, which interacts with the second wall of the chamber and is designed to overlap the inner surface of the body and the outer surface of the valve in the upper part is bevelled to interact with the annular projection of the body and additionally the device. At the same time, the valve with a gas-reflecting flange is made to the floor. Figure 1 shows a litter bag, a partial top view; figure 2 - section aa in figure / on fig.Z - the same, but with the valve open; Fig. 4 is a section B-B in Fig. 2, the Inflatable flexible litter bag contains an airtight chamber formed by the upper 1 and lower 2 wall or filling device .3 located on the portion of the upper wall 1. On the outer surface of the upper wall 1, close to the device 3, is located together you-. complete node 4 of the handle and cover. On one side of the device 3 there is a handle 5, which can be used to move the litter bag and place it between the weights. On the other hand, a lid 6 is located, which can be attached to the device .3 after the bag is inflated (this is shown by dashed lines in Fig. 2. When the ku / yish is not used and separated from the additional device, it is attached to the litter the bag with the aid of a flexible handle 7. The entire assembly 4 can be made of any suitable materials, preferably polyethylene.
The outer shell of the chamber is formed by four layers of kraft paper 8, and inside it there is a thin polyethylene film 9 (0.1-0.15 mm thick, which also forms the chamber. The hole through which the device 3 is inserted into the upper wall 1 is edged with a gasket ring 10, clamping unit 4 with layers of kraft paper 8. To fix the device 3 against the top wall% 1, a spring washer 11 is used.
The device 3 consists of a cylindrical hollow body 12 with an outer annular reinforcing rib 13 holding the spring washer 11. The housing 12 has an upper inner cylindrical surface 14 and a lower inner cylindrical surface 15 separated by an annular protrusion 16 protruding from the upper and lower cylindrical surfaces In the protrusion 16 there is a round hole a through which the filling gas or air passes. Through the opening 0, a valve 17 is disposed in the housing 12, consisting of a rod 18, a spring 19 and a plug 20 having a saddle surface 21 in the form of a truncated cone. At the upper end of the rod 18, a cross-shaped node 22 is provided, holding the spring 19, zigzagged between the cross-shaped node 22 and the protrusion 16. In the normal closed position, the spring 19 provides a hermetic closure of the hole ct with a truncated conical saddle surface 21 and prevents air from the chamber. One of the ends of the body 12 passes through the bag shell and is provided with an annular mounting flange 23 located under the paper layers but above the upper part of the film 9. The lower surface of the flange 23 is attached to the outer surface of the upper part of the film 9 by welding or another suitable method. The valve 17 protrudes beyond the end of the housing 12 and enters the chamber. The plug 20 of the valve 17 is made hollow and provided with a gas-reflector 1 flange 24, which is practically parallel to the bottom surface of the flange 23 and partially covers the latter. In order to ensure the separation of the walls 1 and 2 of the chamber, the flange 24. and the flange 23 are apart when the valve 17 is in the closed state.
When inflated, a filling is introduced into the upper end of the housing 12.
the air nozzle or nozzle (not shown), pressed against the node 22, which by means of the rod 18 compresses the spring 19, so that the truncated conical surface 21 moves out. from the hole o - and allows air to flow through it. The position occupied by the valve 17 when filling, shown in Fig.Z. The air flow (indicated by the arrow Q passing through the hole с | y flows around the truncated conical surface from above and around and deviates from the upper surface of the flange 24 at almost a right angle. Its new direction is parallel to the lower surface of the mounting flange 23, therefore the wall of the chamber is prevented and the possibility of damage to the chamber is prevented.
0 In addition, when inflating a floor bag, the stopper 20 and the flange 24 are pressed against the wall of the chamber opposite to the housing 12, ensuring separation of the walls of the chamber so that air can pass
5 between them, blowing camera. If the litter bag is tightly clamped between weights, the flange 24 of the plug 20 presses against the wall of the chamber opposite to the body 12 and provides a relative displacement between the wall of the chamber and the body to prevent the air flow from blocking. After the bag is inflated and the air nozzle is removed from the housing 12, the spring 19 moves the rod 18 and the plug 20 up
and the truncated conic surface 21 overlaps the opening tt. As indicated by the dotted lines in FIG. 2, the cover 6 can optionally be dug out the body 12. This cover can
0 create additional blockage and perform the functions of protecting valve 17 in body 12.
If device 3 is used in litter bags, test
5 significant shock loads (for example, when shocks in railway cars), the possibility of pushing the cork 20 out of the hole O-effectively prevents
the gift of a special flange design 24.
If an impulse pressure arises in the bag, caused by shock loads, the pressure wave cannot bring the plug 20 out of contact with the housing 12, since the flange 24 is pressed against the bottom
5 surface mounting flange 23, preventing movement of the tube out.
The invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the litter bag.
