专利摘要:
A cooling device for use in tubular hot gas conduits which are made up of a plurality of longitudinally arranged side by side abutting pipes includes a plurality of registers arranged in spaced relationship along the length of the pipe and extending into the pipe from one side thereof into closely spaced arrangement in respect to the opposite side. The registers each include a plurality of U-shaped pipes which are interconnected and arranged in the direction of flow and which are connected externally of the hot gas conduit through respective inlet and outlet headers.

one
The invention relates to a device for cooling furnace gases of industrial furnaces in gas pipelines.
A known gas outlet is a device containing 5 interconnected pipes with a cooling liquid, forming its side surface.
The furnace gases are cooled by means of water-cooled pipes, which are connected at the site of the primary air supply 10 in the system of exhaust lines.
These water-cooled pipes should have a specific length of no more than 15 m, on the other hand, at this site-15 ke it is necessary to obtain gas cooling of at least 400 C.
The cooling effect due to the water-cooled pipeline compared to the cooling effect due to the 20 additional air intake should be much greater, since the heating of the cooling water is recoverable energy, and a large proportion of the primary air contributes to the direct loss of this energy and In addition, efficient exhaust fans are required, which reduces the supply of primary air to the required minimum of 1.30
2
However, at present, relatively cold primary air is supplied at the periphery of the exhaust gas pipeline at the point of intake of gases into the connecting pipe. In this case, the mixing of air and gas occurs only partially and therefore disproportionately large amounts of air for the afterburning of gas are necessary and, in addition, the hot gases are separated by an air sleeve from the cooling walls of the tubes.
But if appropriate measures were provided even for intensive mixing of the primary air and hot gases, even in this case not the entire volume of the mixture on its relatively short path through the connecting pipe would come into contact with the cooling walls.
The purpose of the invention is to intensify the cooling of furnace gases by improving the mixing of gases and primary air.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the gas exhaust device containing interconnected pipes with cooling liquid, forming its side surface, is provided with blocks of steam or water-cooled coils located on its outer surface perpendicular to the flow direction of the furnace gases. In addition, the individual coils of two blocks lying one after the other are arranged in a checkerboard pattern.
Fig. 1 shows a gas discharge device, front view; Fig.2razree A-A in Fig.1.
The gas outlet device is made of main 1 and sub-2 pipelines in the form of cooled pipes forming its side surface and steam 7 or water-cooled coil blocks 3-6, located on the outer surface of the gas outlet device perpendicular to the flow direction of furnace gases.
The air gap 7 between the main and connecting pipes provides a constant inflow of additional air from the environment to the afterburning of gases. The flow of air is controlled by the organ 8. Each of the coil blocks has an inlet 9 and an outlet 10, between which cooling water repeatedly passes through the coil up and down and a circular circulation in it. Some coils are connected to each block parallel to a common inlet node 11.11 11, and outlet 12. It is advisable to place these coils for two blocks lying one after the other in the gas flow direction in a staggered order, as can be seen from symbols 5, b,. V separately derived serpentry block.
Through such a displaced or staggered arrangement, an effective effect of the contact between the exhaust gases and the cooling tubes is established.
Due to the presence of coil blocks placed perpendicular to the direction of the gas flow, the gases are swirled, which promotes their intensive mixing with air, increasing contact with the cooling walls of the gas exhaust device and intensifying their cooling.
