专利摘要:
Method and apparatus for applying liquid to a yarn in which the direction of travel of the wetted yarn is changed to an extent effective to cause excess liquid to be ejected into a space adjacent the yarn by failing to wholly make said change in direction of travel with the yarn. A preferred apparatus includes a pair of slotted plates. A slot in one plate effects the required change in direction of travel while the other plate provides a collecting surface for the ejected liquid.

The invention relates to textile finishing production and can be used. Vano when finishing yarn.
A device for liquid treatment of yarn is known, comprising a horizontal bath 5 for the processing liquid, means for changing the direction of the moving yarn, having guide elements located in and above the bath, and tools for breaking and winding the yarn 1. | 0
However, in the known device, the liquid is not sufficiently applied to the yarn.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the quality of processing yarn.
This goal is achieved due to the fact that in 15 a liquid yarn processing device containing a horizontal bath for the processing liquid, a means for changing the direction of the yarn movement, having HanjpiaBuishing elements located in the And 20 bath above the bath unwinding, the means for changing the direction of movement of the yarn additionally contains parallel plates mounted with an angle relative to its bottom with guides 25
for yarn, spaced from one another and interconnected in the upper part, with a jumper placed above the bath, at this time the plates are rotatably mounted in a vertical plane, and for directing the thread in, the plates are made one relative to the other.
FIG. 1 is a schematic representation of an npcwurae device; on fng. 2 is a diagram of means for changing the direction of yarn movement; in fig. 3 is the same in isometry.

Claims (2)
[1]
The device comprises a device 1 for unwinding yarn 2, a guide 3, a bath 4 for processing liquid, a means 5 for changing the direction of movement of the yarn 2, and 6 and 7 guiding elements. Each guide element 6 and 7 is made in the form of a roller. One element 6. is located in the bath 4 with the processing liquid, and the other 7 is above the vaine 4. In addition, the device contains a winding device 8 in front of which the guide plate 9 is located. 3 The device has rolls 10 and 11 for controlling the application of a certain amount of liquid. which, in order to avoid liquid losses during spinning, are installed with a gap of 12 one relative to another. The gap 12 is sufficient to grip the wet yarn 2, the liquid is not removed from the yarn 2 by clamping between the rollers 10 and 11. The roller 10 is made movable to change the size of the gap 12 by adjusting the calibrated nut 13. The nut 13 determines the position of the locking plate 14 upright. The locking plate .14 acts on a spring-loaded lever 15, which is biased with a spring downward and carrying a roller 10 at one end. The other end of the lever 15 (mounted on a hinge 16 and can rotate around it. The device can be adjusted to different types and diameters of yarn. The changes in the direction of the Movement of the yarn 2 additionally comprise two parallel plates 17 and 18 with guides for the yarn 2. The plates 17 and 18 are located at a distance from one another and interconnected in the upper part by the slider 19 installed above the bath oh 4, the plates 17 and 18 are installed in the bath 4 at an angle relative to its bottom and mounted on a hinge 20 to rotate in a vertical plane. For the direction of the yarn 2, the parallel plates 17 and 18 have grooves 21 and 22 that are offset from each other This is done in order for the strand 2 to drastically change its direction of movement for each plate 17 and 18 when it contacts the edge of each groove 21 and 22. The device works as follows. The moving yarn 2 is unwound with in method 1, passes around guide 3, and then around guide roller b, immersed in bath 4 with a treatment solution, such as a dye. The guide roller 6} yen the direction of movement of the yarn 2. Upon leaving the bath 4, the yarn is guided into the slots 21 and 22 of the plates 17 and 18, then through the guide roller 7 and the guide plate 9 is fed to the winding device 8. The change in the direction of movement, when it passes through the groove 21, is made sharp enough to ensure the release of excess fluid into the space 23 near the yarn. This excess liquid cannot completely change the direction of its movement along with yarn 2. Under these conditions, the liquid tends to continue moving along. the line connecting the pojwK 6 to the groove. A part of the liquid is ejected from the yarn 2 onto the plate 18 in a continuous stream 24. Thus, the plate 18 collects the ejected liquid and returns it to the bath. The amount of liquid remaining in yarn 2 depends on the angle of change in the direction of yarn movement, and therefore this quantity can be controlled by changing the angle, for example by turning parallel plates 17 and 18 relative to the hinge 20. In groove 22, plate 18 yarn 2 changes again fluid direction. As a result, some more liquid is lost, which is collected by the outer surface of the plate 18 and is also directed into the bath 4. In addition to the loss of additional liquid, the yarn, in contact with the edge of each of the slots 21 and 22, compresses, due to which uniform distribution occurs. fluid in the same. By varying the angle of inclination of the plate 18 and 17 relative to the bottom of the bath 4, it is possible to easily ensure the corresponding loss of yarn fluid and its grip. Przha, processed on the proposed device, painted out evenly and has high strength. 1. An apparatus for liquid processing of yarn, comprising a horizontal bath for a treatment liquid, a means for changing the direction of movement of the yarn, having guide elements disposed in the bath and above the bath, and devices for unwinding and winding yarn, characterized by that, in order to improve the quality of processing, the means for changing the direction of the movement of the yarn additionally contains parallel plates with yarn guides installed at an angle relative to its bottom; s at a distance from one another and interconnected at the top crosspiece placed above the bath, wherein the plates are pivotally mounted in a vertical plane.
