The invention relates to the baking industry. A disadvantage of the known machine is that the quality of the dough mixed in it is low, and the cleaning of the container does not always go completely. It is achieved by the fact that the container is a horizontally mounted cylinder, the mixing device is attached to one of the end walls of the container, and the transporting device is attached to its other wall, while the end wall to which the transporting device is attached is folded by means of a hinge. the transport device is.
