(54) DEVICE FOR FORMING PRODUCTS OF PLASTIC MATERIAL
The invention relates to a device for molding plastic materials, in particular molten glass, and may find application in the building materials industry. Known molding device containing multi-mold, half of which are equipped with a flange with a screw, the flange is mounted on the bracket. The head of the screw, directed radially with a gap, enters from above into the groove on the collet half of the slide. Half of the middle part of the mold is not fixed in the axial direction, therefore, when operating, they can rise up from the collet halves and fall out. This leads to bays (seams) on glass products, which reduce their strength and quality and degrade appearance of products. Opening (loose contact) also leads to uneven wear on the floor and the middle part of the mold. Because of this, some types of hollow glassware cannot be manufactured with the help of a known molding device. In the multi-seat form, the radially floating collet eliminates the centering of the middle part of the mold relative to the rest of it. This leads to product heterogeneity. In operation, due to different heat loads, for example during machine start-up, movable landings with clearance should be provided between the mold halves and the control device (collet). The closest to the invention in technical essence and achievable. The effect is a device for forming articles of plastic material, mainly glass, containing shape valves, a mechanism for separating the valves in the form of tongs (collets) connected to the drive. The force on the flaps during the molding of the product is transmitted from the actuator through the tongs 2j. This technical solution has all the disadvantages of a single form, as described above. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the products and the service life of the device. the glass containing the shutters of the form; the mechanism of the connector of the shutters in the form of tongs connected to the drive is provided with at least one contact element located between the tongs and the shutters of the mold, each of which is installed with a gap in the tongs. the contact elements may be located in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flaps of the form and made in the form of a wedge-shaped or spherical protrusion of the tongs.
The device can also be equipped with a spring-loaded bolt located between the contact element and the shutter of the form, and the contact element is made of a composite of parts interconnected by means of a hinge and springs.
Figure 1 schematically shows the device, top view; in Fig.2 a section aa in fig 1; 3-5, embodiments of contact elements.
A device for shaping glassware consists of a detachable form in the form of two flaps 1 and 2, of a mechanism 3 of flap connectors in the form of tongs 4 connected to a drive (not shown). The device also includes the blow head 5 and the pan 6. The tongs 4 rotate on a common axis. During the molding cycle, the shape closing force is maintained. When the glass is molded, the tongs are turned on a common axis, freeing the sash.
The introduction of this device will improve the quality of products, mainly glass products, and will increase the cpOKi operation of the entire device.
