Apparatus for bundling elongated workpieces includes a generally U-shaped trough having a vertically movable bottom wall for adjusting the depth of the trough. Horizontally movable support rails are movable selectively between a position extending across the trough spaced above its movable bottom wall wherein a new row of workpieces is positioned on the rails, and a position displaced from the trough for allowing the new row of workpieces to glide in stacking relationship on a previous row of workpieces resting on the movable bottom wall. A slope structure is inclined downwardly toward the pusher. A movable stop is positioned adjacent the lower end of the slope structure, and is movable between a stopping position for stopping workpieces moving down the slope toward the trough and a retracted position for allowing movement of workpieces therepast into the trough by operation of the pusher.

The invention relates to a device for the installation of round metal pipes or rods after their treatment.
A device for stacking cylindrical articles, mainly pipes or rods, contains a feeding live rolls for longitudinal feeding of products, and an I-shaped pocket with a lifting bottom, located on the exit side of the products from the roll table, supplying an inclined plane, mounted with a mezvdu pocket and feeding roll table on the level of the upper border of the pocket, the support guides, which overlap the pocket on top, the retractable stoppers installed with the possibility of vertical movement, and the mechanism for transverse transport products from the feeding roller table to the inlet inclined plane Cl.
A disadvantage of the known device is that the products reach the maximum speed at the moment when they collide with the pocket products, which leads to an increased noise generation.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the noise during installation.
For this purpose, the stoppers are mounted for movement in the direction of movement of the product and are located in front of the pocket, and the support guides are mounted for movement in the direction of their longitudinal axis.
In addition, retractable stoppers can be installed above the lower end of the inclined plane and rigidly mounted on a horizontal shaft, each stopper made in the at least one single-arm lever / and one of the pocket walls 5 is mounted for movement in a horizontal plane.

The device consists of several nodes 1, 2, 3, which are distributed along the length of the product to be laid. The respective governing bodies of the individual nodes are centrally controlled. This is ensured by the gift of the shafts 4, 5 and 6, passing through the entire length of the device. Shaft b comes from a switchable motor 7. Nodes are essentially similar to each other. The proposed apparatus for stacking cylindrical products includes an overhead i-shaped pocket 8 with a lifting and lowering bottom 9, moving in a vertical and horizontal direction, a retracting stopper 10 located on the side of the pocket 8, a supply inclined plane 11 under which the carriage 13 is mounted in the guides 12 is mounted. The carriage 13 is controlled by a lever 14 having a transverse bolt 15 at its upper end located lined hole 16. From the carriage 13 in the form of a console, the supporting guides 17 retract, which intersect the pocket 8 from above. The inclined plane 11 and the guides 17 are of such a length that the carriage 13 and the supporting guides 17 can move under the sliding the entire length of the surface and the pocket 8 completely open from above. The support guides 17 move in the horizontal plane by rotating the lever 14 around the shaft 18 from the hydraulic cylinder 19. The retracting stopper 10 is located under the inclined plane 11 and is made in the form of a crank lever 20, mouth wound on the carriage 21. In its main position (see Fig.2), the crank arm 20 has a horizontal arm, the free end of the arm is pivotally connected with a carriage 21 by means of a bolt 22. The second arm of the arm 20 protrudes upward relative to the carriage and is located on the way product movement. The shoulder, protruding upwardly relative to the carriage 21, in its main position (see Fig. 2) is at the level of the feeding roller table 23, which is perpendicular to the wall 24 of the pocket 8 and is on the same line with it. The crank arm 20 rests on the hydraulic cylinder 25 at its highest point 2bi on the carriage 21. The carriage 21, through a pivot arm 27, is connected to a shaft 28 rotatably mounted in the housing 29. The upper end of the arm 2 is provided with a bolt 30, which is located the bottom of the elongated hole 31 of the carriage. A hydraulic cylinder 32 is provided for driving the shaft 28, which pivotally connects the pivot side to the protruding pin 33 of the lever 27 and, on the other hand, to the body. The carriage 21 horizontally moves in the direction of 34. The drive for raising and lowering the bottom of the pocket 8 is carried out by means of a threaded bar 35, rigidly connected to the bottom, as a result of rotation of the shaft b, on which the screw is fixed to the screw gear 36. The vertical wall 37 of the pocket can move in the horizontal direction and for this purpose is detachably connected with screws 38 and 39 to the base 40, what provides adjustment of the pocket 8 on the diameter of the stacked products. A mechanism 41 for transverse transport is provided for transferring products from the sub-ceuo roller table 23 to the inlet inclined plane. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the retractable stopper 10. The stopper 10 is designed as a single-arm lever, installed above the lower end of the inclined plane 11 and rigidly mounted on a horizontal shaft 42. Two or more single-arm levers can be simultaneously attached to the shaft 42, which together form the retracting stopper 10. On the receiving side, the stopper 10 is covered with an elastic material 43. The embodiment according to FIG. 4 is preferable for short and light products, since the shaft 42 must pass through the entire length of the device without weft supports. All working operations of the device can be fully automated using photo cells, counting devices. The device works as follows. The feed roller 23 moves in the axial direction of the product 44, from where they are conveyed by the mechanism 41 for transversely transporting the products to the inlet inclined plane 11 at any speed. On an inclined plane, the product can be fed in any way. On an inclined plane, the product rolls down to the retractable stopper 10. The latter elastically perceives the blow colliding with. The product’s impact force on the stopper forms, with the vertical section between the bolt 22 and the center of the product, a torque that the crank arm 20 downwards and in the direction of movement of the product, overcoming the force of the cylinder 25. Thus, the stopped product is now at the lower end of the supply inclined plane 11. By means of the controlled lowering of the crank arm 18 by means of the hydraulic cylinder 25, by moving the carriage 21 by means of the hydraulic cylinder 32 and lever 27 and, with the help of a new lift of lever 18 and the carriage 21 next to it moving forward, the product is displaced to the bottom 9 of the pocket or to the support rails 17.
