Hammer crusher
专利摘要:
A hammer mill assembly for comminuting scrap material is formed with a housing having a material inlet and a material outlet and a rotor mounted for rotation within the housing including hammer means arranged peripherally of the rotor to effect comminuting action upon rotation of the rotor. A reverberation chamber is defined to extend radially outwardly from the rotor with comminuted scrap material entering the inlet being thrust by the rotor into the reverberating chamber wherein the material is deflected by the walls of the chamber and then directed toward the material outlet, which is covered with a classifying grate. The reverberating chamber has a generally box-like configuration opening radially inwardly toward the rotor with the opening of the reverberating chamber extending substantially from the inlet to the outlet of the housing.
one The invention relates to a device for grinding materials and can be applied in the construction, mining and other industries. The closest technical solution is a hammer crusher comprising a housing, an inlet and an outlet, a hammer rotor located in the housing and a shaft located above it, as well as an anvil The disadvantage of this hammer mill is its short service life. The invention has a goal-increasing service life. This goal is achieved in that the hammer crusher comprising a housing, an inlet and an outlet, a hammer rotor located in the housing, and a shaft above it, as well as an anvil, is provided with an additional anvil with one anvil located on the upper edge of the inlet and another. - on the inner upper edge of the outlet, the axis of the input. The th and outlet openings are located in a horizontal plane passing through the axis of the rotor, the height of the shaft. equal to the diameter of the rotor, and the top the shaft wall is tilted in the direction of supply. FIG. 1 shows a general view of a hammer mill; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one. Hammer crusher has a housing 1, which is fixed on the base plate 2. In the housing 1 there is a hammer rotor 3, driven 10 rotation through the shaft 4 mounted on supports on both sides, which are fixed to qnopHust struts 6. A part of the housing 1 is designed as a plate 7 spanning the rotor. The hammer rotor 3 consists of mounted on the shaft 4 at a certain distance from each other rotor discs 8 between which hammers 9 are mounted with the possibility of rotation 20 on the axis x 10, which pass through the rotor disks 8 at a certain radial distance from the shaft 4 and parallel to it. The shaft 4 is connected to the drive with a clutch 11 (not shown). The housing 1 has an inlet 12 and an outlet 13. The inlet for the mass is located coaxially with the transverse axis BB of the hammer rotor 3. Top edge 14 | The inlet port is part of; removable anvil 15 and provides at this place the desired incision of the slot S. The outlet 13 is made in the form of a sorting grate 16 or is blocked by it and is located on the side opposite to the inlet 12 of the side 1. The sorting screen grate 16 passes inside the body at close distance and parallel to the hammer impact rotor 3. Thanks to this, the hammers can touch (slide) with the sorting grate, so that in front of the openings of the grate cannot m deposited (adhered) any material. In the area between the inlet 12 and the outlet openings 13 located above the hammer rotor 3, the part of the housing 1 is designed as a downwardly open reflective shaft 17, the height of which corresponds to the diameter of the hammer rotor 3. The lower aperture of the reflective shaft is designed so that it covers the distance between the inlet 12 and the outlet 13 holes. From above (i.e., outward), the reflective shaft 17 is covered by an inclined wall 18, which reflects the falling material in the direction of rotation of the rotor. The angle oi, on which the wall 18 is inclined to the horizontal line, is preferably chosen so that the material falling approximately in the V direction is reflected in the direction of the arrow K and again falls into the area of the contour B of the impact hammers at the place where the hammers 6 interact with the anvil 19, which is fixed on the lower edge of the reflective shaft adjacent to the outlet 13 of the side wall 20 and, together with the contour of the impact hammers, forms a slit providing the desired degree of grinding at this place along the edge her least one dimension. The reflector shaft, in the transverse section passing perpendicular to the rotor axis, has the shape of an open downward trapezium. In the direction of the rotor axis, the size of the pieces of material being crushed is determined by the width of the grate screen. Hammer crusher according to the invention works as follows. While the hammer rotor 3 rotates in the direction of rotation R, crushing material, such as bulky waste or car bodies going to scrap, is fed through tray 21 and then fed with spiked tape 22 is continuously fed (in corresponding cases with lateral sealing using the roller 23 installed above the tape through the inlet 12 into the zone of action of the mastic flow rotor 3. With the using the anvil 15 as an inverse tool, the hammers 9 cut off or open parts of the material from the supplied scrap and throw these parts in the direction of the arrow U into the reflective shaft 17, mainly towards the upper inclined wall 18 of the reflective shaft. Due to this, the reflected leaf parts are deformed in order to achieve greater material density when they are separated, and they are reflected in the direction of the arrow, so that before the second anvil 19 they are again caught by hammers 9 On the anvil 19 a further dimensional check or shredding to the slot size t occurs, after which the material to be crushed is thrown out through the sorting grate 16. Only those parts of the material that in one or two dimensions exceed the width of the holes osnikovogo screen, trapped hammer rotor sorting grizzly and again subjected to pulping elements. Massive materials that cannot be crushed to the size of the openings of the grate 16 become noticeable in the hammer mill due to the occurrence of strong noise. In this case, the operator turns the unloading door 24 supported to the wall of the reflective shaft (to the position indicated by a dash-dotted line), in which it crosses the main direction of throwing U, due to which the material falling on the unloading door is retracted to the outside. The use of this hammer mill allows to increase its service life.
