专利摘要:
A tool storage drum (42) which is adapted to receive and store a plurality of toolholders is rotatably mounted on top of the upright of a horizontal machining center behind the spindle (34) thereof. A tool changer carriage (44) carrying a tool change arm (46) is pivotally mounted on the upright above the spindle (34) and is pivotable between a parked position in which an end of the tool changer arm (46) is adjacent to the tool storage drum (42) and an exchange position in which an end of the tool changer arm (46) is adjacent to the spindle. …<??>The tool changer arm (46) is slidably mounted on the carriage (44) for movement between an extended and a retracted position to remove toolholders from their sockets or insert them therein and is rotatable through 180 DEG to interchange its ends for the purpose of exchanging a tool in the spindle (34) for a tool previously removed from the tool storage drum (42).

专利说明:

The invention relates to a machine tool industry and, in particular, to devices for automatic tool changing on a cutting machine. A device for automatic tool changer on a metal cutting machine, containing a rotating tool, located on the upper side of the machine stand inclined to the axis of the spindle, and means for setting the axis of the replaceable tool parallel to the axis of the machine spindle and tool overload hinged on the machine stand. with the possibility of rotation between the spindle of the machine and the tool magazine and made in the form of a two-jaw rotary and retractable up to its longitudinal axis of the mechanical arm Cl. A disadvantage of the known device is the low reliability of its operation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. To achieve this goal, the tool magazine is installed on the plate with the possibility of reciprocating movement on the upper side of the machine stand in the direction of the tool for installing and transferring the tool from the position of the replacement tool to the position, and its overload. In addition, the tool magazine is made in the form of two concentrically arranged and rigidly attached to each other rings, one of which has tool sockets, and the other has a chain attached to the outside, and guide rollers mounted on the upper side plate of the machine stand with the possibility of free rotation and interaction with the inner side of the ring on which the chain is fixed, the latter being installed with the possibility of interaction with the rotation drive of the tool magazine. FIG. 1 shows a metal cutting machine, side view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. I; in fig. 3 is a view B in FIG. one; in fig. 4 - tool shop; figure 5 is a view In figure 4; in fig. 6 - mechanical arm drive; in fig. 7 - section G-Y in Fig.6; in fig. 8 is a view of D in FIG. 7; on
FIG. 9-25 - cyclogram of the proposed device.
The cutting machine contains a horizontal work table 1 for the workpiece mounted on the first frame 2 on two horizontal guides 3. The second frame 4 supports a second pair of horizontal guides 5 on which a rack b is installed so that it can slide perpendicular to the direction of movement of the worker table 1. Stake b is equipped with two vertical guides 7, on which spindle headstock 8 is installed. spindle heads 8 are moved up and down by means of a motor 9 connected to individual grandmother 8 in the usual way.
The spindle 10 is rotatably mounted on the headstock 8 and is driven to rotate by a motor 11 connected to the spindle in a conventional manner (not shown). The spindle 10 is adapted for mounting therein and clamping mandrels 12 carrying tools 13. The tools 13 rotate with the spindle 10 and are used to machine a part (not shown) mounted on the work table 1.
The proposed tool changer includes a tool magazine 14 rotatably mounted on a rack b behind spindle 10 so as to receive and store mandrels 12. In this embodiment, the stand serves as a support for the tool changer device.
A mechanical two-gripping swivel arm 15 is mounted on an axis on a rack b above the spindle-10 with the possibility of movement between the position in which the tool change shown in Fig. 1 by solid lines is carried out and the tool grip position from the magazine indicated in the upper part of FIG. 1 dotted line.
The removal of the tool mandrels from the tool magazine and the spindle is due to the presence of a drive axial movement of the mechanical arm.
Both grippers 16 and 17 of the mechanical arm 15 have clamping devices for receiving and clamping mandrels 12, which are mounted in circumferential slots 18 and mounted on a flat ring 19. There can be any number 18 in the tool magazine 14. Mandrel ring 19 is mounted using a drive ring 20 that interacts with the rollers 21 rotatably on the stand b. The rollers 21 and the ring 20 are made with matching Y-shaped surfaces.
that interact with each other. The rollers 21 are mounted rotatably on the base plate 22, which in turn is mounted slidably on the rods 23 rigidly mounted on the upper end of the rack b. Four sleeves 24 are welded to the base plate 22, which slide along the rods 23 and provide for the mounting of the base plate 22 with the possibility of sliding. The support plate 22 can slide between the storage and transmission positions under the action of a hydraulic actuator 25, the casing of which is attached to the upper part of the rack b, and its piston to the bracket 26 on the lower surface of the support plate 22.
A groove 27 extends along the outer surface of the driving ring 20, in which a driving chain 28 is placed rigidly attached to the guide ring 20. The driving chain 28 is coupled to a driving sprocket which is driven by the engine mounted on the base plate 22 and is intended to rotate the ring 19 for mandrels in order to install any necessary tool in the shift position. The mechanical arm drive 15 includes a T-shaped body 29 attached to two coaxial axes 30 and 31, which are hingedly attached to the post 6 by means of sleeves 32 and 33 in such a way that they can rotate about an axis 34 corresponding to a transverse T-shaped crossbar enclosures. Support sleeves 32 and 33 are supported in slots 35 and 36 attached by brackets 37 and 38 to rack 6. Axes 30 and 31 are fixed in housing 29 by pins 39 and 40. Case 29 can be rotated 120 relative to axis 30 and 31 common to axis 30 .
Leading gear 41 is attached to the outer end of the axis 31 and coupled with the rail 42, driven by a hydraulic actuator 43.
A mechanical arm 15 is rigidly fixed to the end of the spline sleeve 44, mounted slidably on the splined shaft between the front and rear hand positions.
