The stretching and compaction states are transmitted by the blanket 12 which undergoes these states as a result of different curvatures provided by the roller 12 and drum 15 of the cloth pre shrinking apparatus. The sheet 19 may either be in the form of an apron 21 one end of which is adjustably connected to an arcuate frame 51 to determine its degree of contact with the web 18 and the other end is compressively engaged with the drum 15, or an endless ribbon (22) trained around a displaceable roller (53) Fig. 4 (not shown) and the drum 15 fed by a displaceable roller 28 (see arrow 46). The web 18 is moistened by means of a moisturizing device 25 before the preshrinking and drying stage. The web 18 may be woven or be a wrap knitted open web, a slit knitted tube or a flattened knitted tube. The fibres of the cloth web may also be cellulosic or blends of cellulosic and man made fibres which may be thermoplastics. The apparatus may be used in tandem with a conventional rubber belt compressive preshrinkage unit (55) preceded by a spreader (57) Fig. 7 (not shown), or with a conventional preshrinkage unit for cloth 18a knitted in tubes which are spread and steamed in a moisturizing device 25a by steam jets 26a and then flattened and compacted by duel endless rubber belts (62) Fig. 8 (not shown). 公开号:SU850018A3 申请号:SU762325454 申请日:1976-02-24 公开日:1981-07-23 发明作者:Дж.Джой Герман 申请人:Клютт, Пибоди И Ко., Инк (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
(54) DEVICE FOR STEAM TEXTILE CLOTH TREATMENT one The invention relates to textile finishing and can be used to obtain non-shrinkable textile materials. A device for steam treatment of a textile fabric, comprising a heated drum, inlet and outlet rollers covered by a conveyor belt, a substrate disposed between the drum and the conveyor belt, and means for supplying the textile fabric to the conveyor belt 1. A disadvantage of the known device is that the processing of a textile fabric does not ensure continuous clamping of the textile fabric to the conveyor belt, especially in the feed zone, which degrades the quality of the processing of the textile belt. The purpose of the invention is to increase the processing of textile fabric. This goal is achieved by the mouth; Steam processing of a textile fabric, including a heated drum, inlet and outlet rollers, encompassing a conveyor belt, a substrate disposed between the drum and the conveyor belt. and means for feeding the textile web to the conveyor belt, has an arcuate bar with a retainer for fixing one end of the substrate, located in front of the inlet roller, the substrate being made in the form of a piece of glass fiber cloth coated with polytetrafluoroethylene and located in the zone of the 10th textile fabric to be treated between the drum and the conveyor belt, while the arcuate bar has several evenly spaced holes for fixing the lock. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed device; in fig. 2 is a partial view of the device; in fig. 3.4 options for the device. 2U The device contains a heated drum 1, the inlet roller 2, located at the entrance of the textile fabric 3 on the drum 1 ,. exhaust roller 4. The intake and exhaust rollers 2 25 and 4 and the guide rollers 5 are covered by a conveyor belt b. The device also has a substrate 7, made in the form of a piece of cloth made of glass coated with poly30 by tetrafluoroethylene, and located between the drum 1 and the conveyor belt 6 in the feed zone of the textile fabric 3 to the drum 1. In addition to the TcrOj, the device has an arcuate bar 8 with a clamp to secure one end 9 of the substrate 7. The arcuate bar 8 has several holes 10-12 for installing the clamp 13. Holes 10-12 evenly spaced along the arcuate bar 8. By moving the end 9 of the substrate 7 in different positions, it is possible to determine the length of the arc 14 of the coverage of the substrate 1 of the inlet section 2. Along this length, the substrate 7 presses the treated textile fabric 3 against the inlet roller 2. To feed the textile web 3 to the conveyor belt 6, have guide rollers 15-17 and also a pair of 18. Before serving on the heated drum 1, the textile cloth is moistened in the moistening device i9, where the moistening agent is supplied by means of the nozzles 2p. The moisture content of the web 3 is within the range compatible with pre-shrinkage by compression. The variators of the included devices may include a partial drying of the web (as shown in Fig. 3, Pos. 21, and Fig. 4, Pos. 22). Drying can be carried out on heated drums 23 with the help of an endless belt 24, bending rollers 25. As shown in FIG. 4, the drying can be carried out using double continuous rubber bands 26, which are moved along rollers 27. o The textile web 3 is dried completely by moving along the arc 28 of the drum 1. The dried web 3 is guided through the discharge roller 4, the guide rollers 29 into the folding device 30, where it is laid using the tool 31. . The conveyor belt is guided through the inlet roller 2, and its surface 32 stretches in the region 33 of the intake roller circumference. Then the fiema 6 moves along the arc of the drum 1. When it passes from the inlet roller 2 to the drum 1, the curvature is reversed. depending on the initial stretch. The externally stretched zone turns into an internal compressed surface in zone 34. Because of its deformability, the textile web has a tendency to lose pre-shrink or stretch. The web 3 is guided to the region 32 to the zone of the first stretch where it contacts the conveyor belt 6. When the web 3 reaches the point where the change in curvature reduces the stretched shape of the first surface back to normal and then compressed in the seal zone 34, the web 3 also forcibly changes shape, being in frictional contact with the changing surface. This reduction occurs continuously in microscopic amounts. The textile web 3, which has been previously wetted due to its softness and plasticity, is easily compressed in frictional contact with the surface of the conveyor belt. The removal of moisture when moving around the drum 1 leads to stabilization and finishing of the blade 3 in a compressed or seated state. For a better clamping of the textile web 3, the substrate 7 and the transducer belt 6 and drum 1, especially in its feeding zone, use the substrate 7, which extends along the textile yolot 3 along the arc 28 of Arabia 1. The deep end of the substrate 7 pacnpocTpei goes far along the arc 28, providing sufficient traction of the web 3 while stretching the required pressing force. B. As a result, Pre-shrinkage of n.ofita is ensured, which is then drained and collapsed behind the trolley. At the same time, the transydr; ; turn tape around the heated roller 35 and through napr1ll to cie 5 ol "ki, 36,. all around it lobratno.;:::: - - ::;: Regulates the position of the position V ;; 9 rings; 7 change; 0; its grip is YYu-koyoLy, as well as the contact area of the treated blade 3 with the inlet roller 2. The thickness of the subframe 7 can be 0.041. making of glass fibers; c | pok oLuzhby. The prerequisite device allows you to achieve high-quality processing of linen in a hard contact between the bargjuan in its area of supply, and even floor of evenly seated cloths, especially unevenly seated cix knit fabrics.
