专利摘要:
1493323 Anti-skid tyre chains EISENUND DRAHTWERK ERLAU AG 15 Jan 1975 [29 Jan 1974] 1692/75 Heading B7C An anti-skid tyre chain for twin-tyred vehicle wheels comprises two side parts 2, 3 which, in use, engage the remote sidewalls of the twin tyres, two side-tread parts 4, 5 each overlying, in use, a respective tyre tread and an intermediate part 6 having a maximum extended length which is less than that of the side-tread parts. As illustrated, the intermediate part 6 has a continuous strand 7 and links 12-14, and the tyre chain is formed as sections which are each detachably connected to an adjacent section by hooks 36 and links 35 and which are also detachably connected to side chains 25 of the side parts. Clamping chains 29, 30 pass though links 27, 28 and each clamping chain is connected at one end to the associated side chain. A tensioning lever 39 is provided for tensioning the clamping chains 29, 30. To tension the outboard clamping chain, for example, the lever is detachably connected to any desired link 26 or 31 of the associated side chain 25, the free end of the outboard chain is passed through portion 47 of the lever slot 40 until further movement of chain 30 is not possible, the chain 30 is locked with the lever by being displaced into portion 46 of the slot, and the lever is pivoted to tension the chain. Locking member 32 of chain 30 is then locked to an appropriate link of the chain to maintain the tension. The lever may be secured in its clamping position (on the outboard side part 3) to a securing member 48. The Specification discloses a tyre chain (Fig. 2, not shown) having a different mesh pattern.

; 54) Anti-Slip Eu
The invention relates to vehicles, in particular, to devices for improving the adhesion of their tires to the rolling surface. The known anti-skid chain contains the tread and side parts, as well as tension ring-shaped vectors with clamping levers 1 Owing to the large dimensions of this chain, it has a large weight and is not convenient in operation. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the size of the chain. The goal is achieved by the fact that at the ends of the tension ring-shaped branches of the chain there are connecting links, and the levers are made detachable, with each lever having an insertable bolt and sleeve. FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically the anti-skid chain for twin tires; in fig. 2 shows the clamping lever of the chain in FIG. 3 - the same, on the right. The anti-skid chain has a tread portion 1 and two side portions, inner 2 and outer 3, forming a single chain network. The protector on part 1 is formed by two working sections 4 and 5 and intermediate section 6 connecting these areas. On the side portions 2 and 3 of the chain there are guide rings 7 in which the tension ring branches 8 and 9 are passed, made by engaging flat-oval links. The guide rings 7 for the internal tension branch 8 are also flat-oval, while the guide rings 7 for the external branch E are ring-shaped. The end of the tension branch (8 or 9) is fixed on the end link 10 of the corresponding side part (2 or 3) of the chain, and the tension branch has a clamping lock 11 next to this end link 10. At its other end, each tension branch has connecting earring 12 or similar connecting link. A clamping lever 13 is placed on one of the side parts of the chain (2 or 3), which can be located in any guide ring 7. The clamping lever 13 is formed by a bent rod made of a circular metal. At the end of the clamping lever 13, there is a lever swing axis 14. At each end of the rod, the lever is secured by, for example.
weld insert sleeve 15, and the holes 16 of these sleeves 15 are coaxial. Through the holes 16 of the sleeves 15 bolt 17 is passed and fixed with a nut. Between the sleeves 15, an unclamping link is installed, made, for example, in the form of a sleeve 18, which is worn on the bolt. The groove formed between the ends of the rod as a result of the era of bending has a figured shape. Section 19 of this groove, adjacent to axis 14, already section 20 of the groove adjacent to the opposite end of lever 13, is already the width of the chain links of the tension branch {8 and 9), but is greater than their thickness. A wider section 20 of the groove has a width greater than the width of the links of the tension branch (8 and 9).
The tension of the chain on the tire is as follows.
The tension branch (8 or 9) is passed through the groove 20 section of the lever 13 as far as the arm strength allows, after which it winds up the n groove section 19. Then tension
the branch (8 or 9) is tightened by turning the lever 13. relative to the axis 14 and fixed by the lock 11. The clamping lever after this operation can be removed or fixed on the outer side part 3 of the chain by the clamp 21.
