This invention relates to devices for rectifying a gas stream prior to a flow meter. Known control valves for small portions of gas contain a sleeve in which perforated discs are installed to create flow resistance. However, these valves do not allow them to be used as a flow rectifier. Closest to the present invention is a flow rectifier used to limit the length of the straight pipe section in front of the flowmeter, which is necessary for an accurate indication of the flowmeter. This rectifier contains mutually parallel plates installed perpendicular to its axis perpendicular to its axis, in which uniformly arranged perforations are made. These plates are bonded to each other by means of expansion bolts or limiting stripes 2. However, a known rectifier is not sufficiently effective, for example, at expansion stations of the natural gas network and does not allow for eliminating significant measurement errors. The purpose of the invention is to ensure optimal flow distribution. This goal is achieved by means of a known rectifier that the perforated plates are fastened along their periphery with a hermetic seam to one of the surfaces of the sleeve, which is installed in the ssz pipeline with free slip, the distance between the plates being equal to 0.40, 6 of the internal diameter of the pipe. The holes in each plate are equal to 15–25% of the area of the pipeline: the cross section of the pipeline. FIG. 1 shows the flow rectifier circuit; FIG. 2 is a flow diagram, obtained in the gas pipeline of a known rectifier; FIG. 3 the same, in the gas pipeline of the proposed yper mitel. ..- .. The rectifier contains two pipelines 1 and 2 of the pipeline, flanges 3 and 4, by means of which the pipes are fastened to each other, the sleeve 5 installed in the pipeline with a free slip and perforated plate 6, bonded to the end of the sleeve 5 weld. The diameter of the plate 6 is designed so that it can be clamped between the flanges. Perforated plates 7 and 8 are installed and fastened with a weld in the sleeve. The distance between plates 6, 7 and 8 is 0.4-0.6 of the internal diameter of the pipeline. The total perforation area of each plate is 15-25% of the cross-sectional area of the pipeline. Before the flow straightener, a perturbing flow element is created, made in the form of a plate that blocks the cross-section of the pipeline, with an eclasentically arranged opening. The flow pattern obtained after the straightener (Figures 2 and 3) presents a graph, on the horizontal axis of which a relation is plotted speed V, prevailing in a certain place, on the diametral line to the average speed Vm, on the vertical axis - the ratio, distance r to the axis of the pipeline to the radius R of the pipeline. As can be seen from the graphs, the flow after the proposed recruiter is very little disturbed.
