1493153 Travelling railway track aligning machine FRANZ PLASSER BAHNBAUMASCHINEN - INDUSTRIEGESELLSCHAFT mbH 15 Aug 1975 [27 Sept 1974] 34032/75 Heading E1G A mobile railway track alignment machine 1 for lifting, tamping and/or laterally aligning the track incorporates a tool frame 9, the ends of which are provided with pairs of flanged rollers 10 which function as alignment rollers and are associated with each of the two rails 3 of the track. Lifting hooks 15 which grip under the rail head on the outside of the rail are supported on guide rods 13 and may be adjusted vertically by means of hydraulic drive cylinder 14, and in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the track by drive cylinder 12. The axle stubs of one pair of rollers 10 are connected through a crosshead 16 to drive cylinders 17 which ensure that the rollers associated with the two rails bear simultaneously and continuously on the inner sides of the rails. A valve system (Fig.. 3) and circuit for the control of the drive cylinders 17 is provided which enables the rollers to be temporarily locked when bearing on the inner sides of the rails. The alignment of the track may then be adjusted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the track by means of hydraulic drive cylinders 19, and perpendicularly to the track plane by means of hydraulic drive cylinders 18.

: The invention relates to railway transport and relates to the construction of machines for processing a railway track with its current maintenance and overhaul process.
A known machine for lifting, leveling and tamping a railroad track, comprising a hydraulic lifting device made in the form of hooks, a hydraulic leveling device comprising a frame mounted for movement in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the track and in a vertical plane, one-edge adjustment rollers and hydraulic control system.
However, due to the constantly changing gauge, the corrective rollers of the individual leveling devices do not always adhere to both tracks. This leads to the shock interaction of the corrective rollers with the rails of the track and, as a result, damage and loosening of rail fasteners.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of work performed.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the corrective rollers are mounted on the frame of the straightening device and are connected with it by means of a servo drive connected to the hydraulic system of the machine through a valve control device.

The bucket includes a housing 1 with a cutting visor 2, the middle section 3 of which is concave in a projection on the horizontal plane inside the housing, and its peripheral portions 4 and 5 have teeth 6 and are made with a bulge directed outwards of the housing.
The middle part of the visor is made backward in a vertical plane and has teeth 6 mounted offset inwards relative to the teeth in the peripheral sections 4 and 5. The bucket has chains 7.
