专利摘要:
A connector having an insulating body formed with a plurality of parallel wire support channels, each of the channels being formed with a transverse step defining upper and lower wire support levels. The adjacent channels are formed with steps rising in opposite directions to position a lower wire support level between two upper wire support levels. A bifurcate spring compression reserve contact element extends through an aperture in each of the lower wire support levels and a cover formed with channels complementary to those on the body is retained on the body to support, retain and make electrical connection to wires in the channels.

one
The invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electrical connectors providing connection to insulated wires.
An electrical connector is known, comprising an insulating body, a removable cover, on surfaces facing each other which are made parallel through slots, forming a 7--. The conduits for wires, each of which contains a spring contact element mounted on a part of the length in the hole made in the housing, the end of which, designed to interact with the wire, is made in the form of a plug and has cutting and bolt elements for uder. cover and body in fixed position 1.
A disadvantage of the known device is its large size.
The purpose of the invention is the reduction of ga-, barite.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the housing grooves are made with transverse steps forming the upper and lower supporting steps for the wires located in all the grooves at the same levels, while the lower
the support step of each groove is located between the upper support steps of adjacent grooves, made in the form of a plug. The end of the contact element is placed on the lower support step and ends below the top, and its side edges lie on the side walls of the groove, and the slots on the cover are made with steps, additional steps of the grooves on the body.
FIG. Figure 1 shows in isometric the internal and external connectors, in the working position (with the cover removed from the internal connector); in fig. 2 - A and A learning in Fig. 1; in fig. 3 - rasp front contact element.
The device consists of internal G and external 2 connections. Each of them contains a housing 3, a cover 4, as well as contact elements 5,
The external and internal connector cases are made of separate parts 6-8, which boosts their pressing and assembly.
On the surface of the housing 3 on the side facing the lid, there are
several parallel through pauses, calls 9, forming kangsha, designed to fasten wires. Each groove 9 is made with a transverse step 10 forming the upper 11 and lower 12 supporting steps 12 for driving Spurs 10, extending from the lower supporting steps 12 in the same plane for the wires to the upper supporting steps 11 in the same plane for the adjacent wires channels are oriented in opposite directions along the entire length of these channels. Thus, the lower support step 11 of each groove is located between the two upper support steps 11 of the adjacent grooves.
The casing 3 has through holes 13 for contact elecants. These holes are located on the section of the lower support step and elastic contact elements are installed in them. Each contact element 5 has a fork section 14 with cutting edges, which passes through the hole 13 in the connector body, making electrical connection in a wire located on the lower support step 12. The split end (plug) of the contact element: ends below the level of the upper support steps, and its side edges abut against the side walls of the groove.
In addition, each contact element has a longitudinal contact tray 15 supported on one of the parts of the housing connector, and on one surface of the rack there is an area intended to make contact with a similar contact element installed in the other connector. The axis of symmetry of the bifurcated end of section 14, as well as the gap in it, is located at a distance from the axis of symmetry of the contact rack 15, equal to half the distance between adjacent grooves 9. The locking protrusion 16 is perpendicular to the contact rack and placed located in one of the parts 7 of the connector housing, which prevents np longitudinal movement of the contact element 5 relative to the housing. The lid 4 of the connector on the side facing the housing is also provided with parallel grooves 17 corresponding to the housing, wherein the steps of the grooves of the cover complement the steps of the slots on the housing, i.e. the upper support steps 18 for wires, having 1 in covers 4, are fitted to lower support steps 12 — for wires arranged — in housings 3, which ensures that the wires in the slots 9 are pressed to section 14 of the contact element 5. Upper support steps 11 slots
the housings 3 are fitted to the lower support steps 19 of the grooves of the cover, which makes it possible to securely clamp the wire and reduce its tension in the contact area.
In order to hold the lid and housing in a fixed position, locking elements are provided, made in the form of clips 20 located on the lid and entering with tension in the slots 21 of the housing.
When taA: when performing the wire, the upper support steps for the wires are raised and run alongside the contact element above it, preventing interaction between them.
The walls of the upper support steps for the wires bordering the lower support step support the elastic contact element at the level of the lower support, increasing the efficiency of the electrical connection, so that narrower contact elements can be used. Pressing the wires to the upper support steps, along with the use of narrowed contact elements that rest on the side walls of the upper support steps, allows for a more compact arrangement of the wires.
