A fuel injector for internal combustion engines having an axially slidable nozzle needle capable of being lifted off its sealing seat by pressure of fuel against at least one spring and having a control pintle below the sealing seat sliding in a blind-hole recess is provided with the improvement comprising a cavity starting immediately below the sealing seat and formed as an eccentric widening extending parallel to the blind-hole type recess, said spray holes opening into said blind-hole type recess and the cross sectional areas of the nozzle seat gap and the cavity at each position of the needle nozzle are greater than the cross sectional area of the at least one spray hole uncovered at any time by the movement of the control pintle.

(54) FUEL JET FOR DIESEL WITH AIR COMPRESSOR
When the lifting height of the needle needle 1 is low, only parts, nozzle holes, such as a nozzle hole 7, are opened with an inlet 11 located at the bottom 10 of the well 8, or a nozzle hole 5 with the inlet 13. The introduction of expansion 9 makes it possible to reduce the process of throttling when the needle 1 is raised and thereby to ensure the total pressure at the nozzle entrance, holes 5-7, as they open.
Thus, the proposed nozzle provides improved atomization due to the increased pressure at nozzle openings.

Claims (3)

1. Diesel fuel nozzle with an air compressor, a spring loaded locking needle with an Itift and a nozzle with a sealing seat, nozzle holes and a well for accommodating a Shtilt from the sealing seat to the bottom of the well, the expansion cross-section being larger than the cross-section of the nozzle holes.

2. The choke of POP.1, characterized in that part of the matching holes are made with entrances located at the bottom of the well.

3. The injector according to claim 1, is distinguished by the fact that the pin is provided with an annular groove, and at least one nozzle opening has an inlet,
combined with an annular groove, and the input of at least one other nozzle orifice is located between the annular groove and the end face of the pin.
