There is a method of closing large-sized bags of thermoplastic material, which involves folding the neck of the bag with an accordion, piercing it with hot needles and fixing it. It is also known a device for closing large-sized bags, containing heating needles for puncturing the neck 1. However, the known method is complicated, since it requires special devices for closing large-sized bags, which leads to additional equipment costs, and the device used to implement the known method does not provide sufficient sealing strength. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method of sealing large bags of thermoplastic material, which include folding the neck of the bag with an accordion, piercing it with hot needles and fixing, the neck after piercing is squeezed in the places of the holes formed in the axial pressure of the latter until the thermoplastic is hardened. At the same time, the edge of the neck is folded at least once before folding the accordion. When this folded harmonica before fixing bend at least once. In this case, the end edges of the accordion-folded neck of the bag fuse with each other under the influence of heat. In this case, on all the folds of the neck, they form a transverse weld. At the same time, in order to increase the strength of the closure, the device for closing large-sized bags, containing heating needles for piercing the neck, is provided with pressure pads for a folded neck, having coaxial openings for the needles to enter them. FIG. 1 shows schematically an apparatus for carrying out the method; a general view; in fig. 2,3 - bag neck, collected by an accordion, in a perspective view / in FIG. 4-9 is the neck of the bag, assembled with a garmshka, after piercing it with hot needles and fixing it, in axonometry. The device (Fig. 1) contains nag; zealous needles 1 for piercing the neck of the bag 2, pressure pads 3 and 4 for the folded neck, having coaxial holes 5 for the needles 1 to enter them. The needles 1 are placed on the bar 6 with the possibility of moving with the latter in axial direction: holes. The method is carried out as follows. The neck of the bag 2 is folded with a garmeshka 7 {fig. 2 and 3) and pierce with hot needles 1. After piercing, the neck of bag 2 is compressed at the places of the formed holes 5 in the axial direction of the latter between the pads 3 moving each other relative to the other (Fig. 1) until the thermoplastic material is plasticized with needles 1, while the thermoplastic material crawls into the holes 5, whereby the latter are completely filled and covered with material. The end edges of the folded Garms' 7 neck of the bag fuse with each other under the influence of heat (Fig. 4 and 5). The edge 8 of the neck of the bag 2 is folded once before folding the garment (Fig. 6), or the edge 9 of the neck is folded twice (Fig. 7). For fixation on all folds of the neck of the bag, creio also forms a transverse weld seam 10 (Fig. 8). If necessary, they form a transverse weld seam 11 (Fig. 9) on the edge of the bag neck that is folded one or more times. An advantage of the invention is the simplicity of the npoueccci closure and the increased strength of the closure using the proposed device for carrying out the method. The large-size bags closed by the proposed method have a neatly folded horizontally located edge of the neck of the bag, thereby ensuring good handling of the bags during their transportation and movement. Moisture does not penetrate into the closed bag in the place of its closure, which meets the requirements of good closure.
