The device has a support in the form of a flange 1 for a dismountable knot 2 of the bearing 3 of a crankshaft of a 4-engine. The flange is rigidly connected to the internal rod 5, which is mounted telescopically in the rods b and 7 of the power cylinder 8, which is located on the bath 9 and has a nozzle 10 for supplying the working medium.
The casing 11 is placed concentric with the axis of the rod 5 and through the ring 12 mounted on the flange 1 of the support. The ring has a radial hole 13, coaxially with the hole 14 in the flange 1. Pin 15 is installed in the holes 13 and 14 and connects the casing 11 to the inner rod 5.
At the lower end of the casing 11, a fixture in the form of a bracket 16 with a trunnion 17 fixed to its end is fixed to the cadet.
The pre-tensioning mechanism 18 of the screws 19 of the bearing cap 2 consists of two mating annular parts 20 and 21 of the core-21. Pusa with a power hydraulic chamber 21.

The device works when removing the cover 2 as follows.
At first, the device is brought into the working position under the bearing neck of the crankshaft 4, the pistons 5-7 being in the retracted state, i.e. the casing 11 and the brackets 16 with the pre-tensioning mechanism 1B on them occupy the lowest initial position. The connecting pin 15 is inserted into both holes 13 and 14 so that the casing 11 is connected to the inner rod 5. The rods are loaded with pressure oil so that they slide out one by one and the inner rod 5 brings the flange 1 in contact with the bearing cap 2.
The connecting pin 15 of the housing 11 with the bracket 16 and the pre-tensioning mechanism 18 are raised so that the rods 5-7 are telescopically extended, and the pre-tensioning mechanism is installed coaxially with the screw 19. By means of the pipeline 25. the pre-tensioning mechanism 17 is loaded with oil under pressure, with the body part 20 slightly moving away from part 21 so that the fastening screw 19 is elastically stretched. By means of the pin 26, the nut 27 is screwed to such a position that after the oil stops the preload tension mechanism 18, it no longer touches the bearing cap 2.
The pre-tensioning mechanism 18 is then removed from the fastening screw 19 so that it rests on the bracket 16. The discharge oil load on the rods 5-7 is removed, they are lowered into the lower position, and the bearing cover 2 is lowered until it stops the loosened nuts 27. The connecting pin 14 is removed and the rods 5-7 are again loaded with pressurized oil and shifted one into another, while the bracket 16 together with the mechanism 18 is lowered, the cover 2, resting on the flange 1, is also lowered. rests on flan 1, the nut 27 is completely unscrewed from the fastening screw 19.
After removing the nut 27, the rods 5-7 are telescopically lowered to their original position and the bearing cap 2 is lowered, making it possible to replace the bearing shell 3. After replacing the bearing shell, the cover 2 is reassembled, which occurs in reverse order.
If the device has one bracket 16 with one pre-tensioning mechanism 18, the bracket must rotate from one mounting screw 195 to another.
