    (54) QUICK CONNECTING PIPES
    one
    The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to quick-disconnect pipe joints, and can be used in fluid systems.

    This device has a rather complicated construction that complicates the installation of the connection .10
    It is also known to have a quick-release pipe joint, which contains an outer and an inner pipe with a sealing ring placed between them, 1 spring-loaded clamps are installed on one of the pipes, and a flange 12 on the other pipe. However, this quick-connect pipe does not simplify the connection installation.
    The purpose of the present invention is to simplify the connection of the compound. 20
    This goal is achieved by the fact that the spring-loaded clips are inserted in the form of two diametrically located L-shaped hooks connected to the outer tube with
    with grooves and locking ring installed in them.
    FIG. 1 shows the proposed quick coupling pipe, the cut; in fig. 2 the same, the view from the end.
    The quick-release pipe joint contains an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2, an additional ring 3, spring-loaded latches 4 in the form of L-shaped hooks with grooves 5 and a locking ring 6, a flange 7 on the inner pipe.
    Works quick coupling pipe as follows.
    In order to detach the pipe 2 from the pipe 1, spring-loaded clamps 4 must be squeezed to remove the locking ring 6, which is held with a lock flat iron 8 welded to the pipe. After this, the spring-loaded clips 4 are retracted to the sides and then the pipe 2 is removed from the pipe 1.
