专利摘要:
The present invention relates to an elevator device, preferably an elevator by a building facade and comprising a trolley which is displaceable along a track provided on a foundation, by way of example a roof, a lifting element as a lift cage, supported by the trolley means and a hoisting machinery provided for the vertical displacement of the lifting element. According to the invention the track is formed by a number of separate support elements arranged in rows preferably two rows. The support elements are along the track arranged with an interspace, which is maximum half the distance between the outer ends of the rails, corresponding to the number of rows and attached to the trolley. The rails attached to the trolley are arranged to be moved on the support elements along the track formed by the support elements. During the movement the distance between two adjacent support elements always is bridged by the rails. 公开号:SU738504A3 申请号:SU782598152 申请日:1978-03-24 公开日:1980-05-30 发明作者:Андерсон Лейф 申请人:за витель Иностранец Лейф Андерсон (Швеци ); IPC主号:
专利说明:
(54) LIFTING DEVICE one The invention relates to a lifting device, namely to lifts for working on building facades. A lifting device is known which comprises a trolley mounted with the guidance of movement along rails, mounted on the base, the load-carrying element drive 1. However, when the lifting device is used infrequently, and the facade is large, such equipment is cumbersome. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the construction, i.e., to create a lifting device that does not require a special path, but can be easily moved in the lateral direction. The purpose of the invention is achieved by the fact that the guides are made in the form of supporting elements arranged in two rows, and the trolley is equipped with rails supported on the said supporting elements, the length of which exceeds the distance between the adjacent supporting elements. The rails are made in the form of profiles with a C-shaped cross section, with their open part facing the base. The support element contains a column fixed on the base, in the middle part of which there is a sleeve with a flange, and in the upper part a removable central support is mounted with rollers in contact with the rail. The rail is equipped with sections associated with its horizontal axes. It can be rotated in a vertical plane. The rail and its associated sections are provided with locking devices. FIG. 1 shows a lifting device, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same, in its working position, side view; in fig. 3 - the same, in the folded state; in fig. 4 shows the disassembled support element; in fig. 5 - drive lifting device; in fig. 6 - supporting device; in fig. 7 - the device, a general view.

Claims (5) [1] The lifting device has a lifting cab 1, a trolley 2 and supporting (carrying) elements 3 attached to a base, for example, a cover. Cab 1 is made in the form of a cradle 4 in which several people can stand. The cradle is equipped with two upwardly protruding tubes 6, in which steel ropes 6 can be passed to the lifting mechanism /, with a control panel 8 located in the lower part of the slot 4, In the lower part of the cradle 4 there are tiki Wheels 9 for moving it along the base, the cradle is also equipped side wheels 10 j, designed to be facing the front 1-aKf so that the cradle rolls along it. The lifting mechanism has a drum 11 and a series of blocks 12 and 13 for the rope. The cable drum 11 can be driven by the electric motor 15 through the drive wheel l4. The cart 2 contains C-shaped rails 16 connected to each other by means of crossbars. The rails of the bearings 17 have extension sections 18 which may tilt upwards. One rails IS carries a Y-shaped rod 19, equipped with a shoulder 20, on which a rod 22 with a fastener is hung on a vertical axis 21 on a vertical axis.1. Means 23 for rope 6. The figurative rod 19 is pivotally fixed in the fastening means 24 and is made so that with the help of a telescopic rod 25 attached to another rail 16, it can be locked in the outwardly deflected position of the shoulder 20. The extension sections 18 are made so that strictly in line with the rails 16 or during storage held strictly up. The extension sections 18 also occupy this folded position. The supporting elements 3 are located in two rows in the area KpbiLin-i where the trolley 2 will overstep. In such a way. to the position of the oper, the distance from the eaves, measured at a right angle, will correspond to the distance between the belts 16, the extension 18, from 1 e. for the corresponding central line, a. the distance in the direction parallel to the eaves should be half the distance between the ends of the sections of the extenders 18 of the rails, counted from the end of one section of the extension 18 on the main rail to the end of the other section. When the space is limited, for example, in front of a wall, the distance between the supporting elements / 1 and 3 can be halved. Each of the supporting elements consists of a column, in the upper part of which a fastener 26 is mounted, which bears a cross member 27 The column is formed by a first pipe 28 with a strip 29, prefixed to be mounted on a bearing part of the building and a second pipe 30, which it is intended to be put on the first pipe AND for attachment thereto with a bolt 31 with an extension 32. The pipe 30 has a plate 33 which serves as a seal. The pipe 30 is sealed with anti-roll fastener. It is only necessary to pad the pipe 28 with the plate 29 according to the existing conditions, while the pipe 30, the bolt 31 and the fastening means 26 always have the same design. Plates 33 should be prepared for different roof inclinations. Roller block 34 also belongs to the supporting elements and contains hollow cast 35 with two shelves 36. Plate 35 has a bottom with an elongated hole that allows passage of the rod 22, and, in addition, is provided with an internal stop. The hole is directed so that it is possible to slide the roller unit 34 onto the rod 22 when the shaft of the two rollers 37, which is mounted rotatably on the plate 35 parallel to the line from the considered fastening means to the next fastening means by means of the supporting means 38. The internal stops are positioned so that the block 34 of the rollers with the help of the shelves 36 can be rotated by a quarter of a full turn, with the result that the rod will take a position across the longitudinal axis of the said hole. The locking device includes a stopper 39, which around the shaft 40 can be rotated outwardly, but not inward. The stopper carries a shoulder 41 with a block 42 which is located outside the end of the rail rail section 18 and is positioned to interact with one of the shelves 36 of the block 34. A corresponding locking device is provided at the end of the rail 16 and contains a stopper 43 with a block 44 installed below and positioned to interaction with the extension 32 of one of the bolts 31. The lifting device operates as follows. When used, the carriage 2 is supported on four supporting elements 3. The elevating car 1 can be moved in the vertical direction by means of a lifting mechanism 7, the car being held by the arm 20 of the extended rod 19. When the building facade has lugs, the position of the car can be adapted to the facade in any transverse direction. direction by turning the rod 22, EC / IH due to this position of the cabin relative to its direction towards the facade or changing from it, this can be compensated by inserting an additional rod 45 between the rod 22 and shoulder 20. When the cab is laterally displaced, the carriage 2 rolls laterally along blocks 34 mounted on fasteners. When the carriage 2 leaves the blocks at one end when it is moving, the yards indicated are moving to keep the elements on the other side in the direction of the carriage movement. Due to this arrangement, very few roller blocks are required (at least six knots). When the ends of the sections 18 interact with the rollers 37, the stopper 43 reaches contact with the shelf 36, as a result of which the stopper 39 moves in turn when turning around the shaft 40. With this arrangement, the roller entrance into the rail becomes possible and the movement of the trolley 2 along the rotation is prevented rollers 37, which prevents any inclination. Similarly, the exit of the cart 2 from the path formed by the rollers is prevented and the fall in the direction of the fastener 26 If the path of travel ends in front of the wall, the section extension prevents the part of the facade adjacent to the wall from reaching. In this case, section 18 can be rotated so that it turns upward and the trolley can come closer to the wall. When it is desirable to move the cart with the folded extension section 18 (this may, for example, take place in connection with areas of slight curvature of the path of travel), it is necessary that the supporting elements are closer to one another, in particular with an intermediate distance corresponding to half the distance nor between the outer ends of the rails 16. In this connection, there is a danger: if the extension rails are raised and the carriage continues to move without shortening the distance between the supporting elements, the carriage can tilt and fall between ornymi elements. To prevent this, the ends of the rails 16 are provided with a second locking device 43, the block of which cooperates with the extensions 32 of the bolts 31. However, such extensions are provided only where the supporting elements are installed with the shorter spacing indicated. The stopper 43, therefore, prevents the trolley from moving forward when the extension sections 18 are raised and in other places than where the shorter distance between the supporting elements is provided. When using the invention, the operation of the lifting device is improved. This device requires significantly lower installation costs. Lifting device can be improved. For example, with curvilinear facades, the rails can be made curved, and the supporting elements are arranged along an arc corresponding to the shape of the track. It is also possible to carry out the hinge means for rotating the trolley within a certain angle at the points where the displacement path will be curved. The cab shown is for illustration purposes only and may be replaced by a lifting hook and other equipment. Claims. 1.
