(54) TURNING TABLE FOR TRANSFERING DETAILS BETWEEN CONVEYORS
one
The invention relates to devices for transferring parts between conveyors and may find application and production lines for the manufacture of concrete roofing tiles.
A rotary table for transferring parts between conveyors, including a rotating head with a transmitting section in the form of a track 1, is known.
The disadvantage of this rotary table is the possibility of damage to parts such as bricks or tiles in the raw unburned form at the joints with conveyors and on the rotary table due to the insufficient support area of the transfer area.
The aim of the invention is to reduce damage to parts.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the cola is made in the form of internal and external bearing elements that interact with the rotating head of the turntable, each bearing element of the track being made in the form of an endless loop of plastic.
FIG. 1 - rotary table located between the ends of two conveyors;
in fig. 2 - view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 - drive swivel head; in fig. 4 - section BB of FIG. one; in fig. 5 is a sectional view BB of FIG. one; in fig. 6 is a cross-section of the FIG. one.
The rotary table 1 is located between two transfer devices 2 and 3 located at the inner 4 and outer 5 sides of the rotary table 1 at the places where the pallets 6 are transferred with wet concrete tiles 7 from the first horizontal end of the conveyor 8 to the second horizontal conveyor 9, which is parallel to and at the same height as the conveyor 8. The term “raw concrete tiles means tiles that have just been cast from a mixture of wet cement, sand and dye, and that have not yet been heat treated. Turntable 1 consists of. rotating metal head 10, which through the annular support 11 is supported on the central rack 12. The head 10 (Fig. 2) consists
20 from the support for the leading plate 13 facing down.
The rotating head 10 is made with a transmitting section in the form of a track 14, which is connected from the inner carrier 15 and the outer carrier 16, each of the carriers 15, 16 is made in the form of an endless loop, while the carrier 15 enters an annular head 17, an 8 inner guide ring 18, and an outward facing, and a carrier element 16 is inserted into an annular outer groove 19, which is formed in the outer guide ring 20. The inner and outer guide guides 18 and 20 are fixed on the transmitting portion of the rotating head with bolts, for example, bolts (not shown). A part of the head 9 n B6p btHoro of table 1 is closed from above by a lid 21. The conveyor 8, located in front of the head, is made in the form of a conveyor belt made of rubberized fabric 22, which, when the process line is running, moves the pallets b in the raw state to the end 23 of the conveyor 8 tiles. The belt 22 rests on the roller 24, which is rigidly fixed on the shaft 25, which is driven by the motor 26. The axis of the drive shaft 25 is located across the length, the belt 22 and the shaft rotates in tongs (not shown), which are installed in sliders 27 00 both sides of the conveyor 8. Slides 27 are mounted in guide grooves 28, made in rails, which are fixedly mounted on inner and outer baffle walls 29 and 30, respectively (Fig. 4) of the main frame 31, and can be moved in the grooves by bolts 32 to move roller 24, who is wearing nta 22; and adjusting the belt tension. The transfer device 2, located at the inner or front side 4 of the turntable 1, is designed as a continuation of the inner element 15 and the outer element 33, which is represented. endless plastic cords; for example, from polypropylene or other similar material. The inner element 15 rests on the guide rod 34 (FIG. 4), which is rigidly attached to the inner side wall of the frame 29. The guide rod 34 has an inwardly rounded groove 35 (FIG. 4 and 5), which includes an element 15 and which positioned tangentially to a groove 17 made in the guide ring of the swivel head. In the front part of the right end of the guide rod 34 (Fig. 1) there is a tongue 36, around which the element 15 passes. The pulley 36 is rigidly fixed on the inner end of the rotating shaft 37 in sub-bearings (not shown) mounted on the side walls of the frame 29 and 30. The element 15 bends around the pulley 36 and approaches it from the second pulley 38. The pulley 38 is fixed on the shaft, rotating in the spindle of the bracket 39, which is attached to the main frame 31. The axis of this frame is below the level of the conveyor belt

22 and perpendicular to the axis of the pawl 36 and therefore the element 15 in the area of the pivot of the pawl 38 extends to the side of the turntable. The external element 33 passes around two pulleys 40 and 41, which are placed each
5 away from each other in the direction of movement of the pallets. The pulley 40 is rigidly fixed on the outer end of the shaft 37. The pulley 41 is rigidly fixed on the shaft 42, which rotates in the bearings of the block 43, which is rigidly fixed on the horizontal sheet 44 of the main
0 frames 31.
; j,
The outer member 33 of the transfer device 2 extends along the guide rod 45, which is located between the bars 40 and 41, and partially rests on the outer wall 30 and the post 46, which is attached to the frame sheet. 44. The guide rod 45 has a rounded groove 47 facing inward (FIG. 4), into which element 33 partially enters. The device 15 and 33, which are made in the form of endless loops, is such that when transporting pallets 6 with concrete tiles 7 with a conveyor belt 22 in the direction of the arrow, the pallets are entrained by the elements 15 and 33, which move them in the direction of the arrow and are transferred from the end of the conveyor 8 to the hoisting table 1.
An intermediate, infinite loop element 16, which, included in the groove 19, rests in the front portions
0 of the turntable on tongue 48, which is mounted on a horizontal shaft 49, rotating in block block 50, rigidly attached to the main frame 31. The upper part of the pulley 48 lies at the same level and in the same plane with the groove 19, and located between them a portion of the element 16 extends tangentially to the slot 19. The element 16 bends around the pulley 48 (FIG. 2), which is approached from another pulley 51. The pulley 51 is fixed to the shaft rotating
0 in sub-supports of the bracket 52 mounted on the main frame 3 {. The axis of this shaft is located below the level of the conveyor belt 22 (Fig. 2) and is directed perpendicularly to the axis of the pulley 49, therefore the element 16, guided by the pulley 51, passes laterally
from the conveyor parallel to the element 15. The design is such that during the operation of the process line the pallets moved from the end of the conveyor 8 by elements 15 and 33 fall onto the element 16 (Fig. 5) and transferred by the transfer device 2 to the turntable 1, in the zone of which they rest on elements 15 and 16, placed in rounded grooves 17 and 19 (Fig. 6).

Claims (3)
[1]
The device 3 for transferring the pallets 6 to the belt 53 of the conveyor 9 has the same structure as the transfer device 2, and the elements 15 and 33 are common to these devices. An element 15 passing in the groove 17 of the turntable rests on a guide rod 54 having a rounded groove and extends around the pulley 55, after which the element 15 goes down and bends around another pulley 56. The pulley 56 is positioned similarly to the pulley 38, and the shkiva element. 15 passes across the conveyor device and falls onto pulley 38. Element 16 passes into the slot 19 of the turntable, bends around pulley 57 and, lowering down, bends around pulley 58. Pulley 58 is positioned similarly to pulley 51, and descending from this pulley element 16 passes across conveyor device and falls on SHKIIV 5l. ,, iiv ;; :: w ::,;: v-VA-: r .//; i., .-; - „; :::: -;:, .., - The transfer device 3 also has an external endless element 59, which, like element 33, is made of a cord of polypropylene or another similar mother, ala and bends around two pulleys 60 and separated from each other 61. The pulley 60 is fixed on the outer end of the shaft 62, the axis of which coincides with the axis of the shaft 37. The pulley 61 is fixed on the shaft rotating in the spindle of the block fixed on the horizontal sheet 63 of the main frame 31. The outer endless element 59 passes in the groove of the guide rod 64 located between two pulleys 60 and 61, which is the hour relying on the outer wall (not shown) and the stand 65, which is attached to the sheet 63. Obviously, the rotation of the turntable 1 will be accompanied by the movement of the inner and intermediate endless elements 15 and 16, as well as the movement of the outer endless elements 33 and 59, since the pins 36 and 40 and 60 are seated on the same shafts 37 and 62. The turntable 1 is driven by a motor 66 (FIGS. 1 and 3), which is connected via a belt drive 67 to the disk 68, rotated on the axis, radially located swivel head 10, on the bottom surface of which oh there is a drive plate 13 to which the disk 68 is pressed against friction. The engine 66 and the disk 68 are mounted on table 69, which can rotate around axis 70 so that the engine serves as a counterweight to the disk, constantly pressing it to the bottom surface of the leading plate . Adjusting screws 71 are used to adjust the tension of the belt drive 67. The engine 66 has a speed controller (not shown) that allows the engine speed to be matched to the speed of the conveyors 8 and 9. The turntable has an air brake 72 (Fig. 1) acting on the leading plate 13, which allows the rotary table to be stopped, if necessary for any reason, stop the operation of the production line. During the operation of the processing line, the pallets 6 with the raw tiles are moved by the belt 22 of the conveyor 8 to the turntable 1. When the pallets 6 come to the end of the conveyor 8, they are taken by the elements 15 and 33 of the transfer device (Fig. 4), and the conveyor completely falls on the elements 15 and 33. On the guide rods 34 and 45, the lateral guide rails 73 and 74 are made, which prevent lateral movement of the pallets 6. The rails 73 and 74 do not protrude in height beyond the pallets 6. Pass through the rear end conveyor 8 pallets addicted intermediate endless element 16 (Fig. 5) and transferred to the receiving section 4 of the rotary table 1. The pallet 6 moves around the rotary table by the elements 15 and 16 (Fig. 6) and is fed by the table to the conveyor 9, the movement of the pallets in the radial direction prevents the rail 75. The pallets suitable to the outer side 5 of the turntable 1, are fascinated by an external infinite element 59, which, together with the element 15 resting on the guide rod 54, carries the pallets from table 1 to the tent 53 of the conveyor 9. On the guide rods x 54 and 64 fixed rails 76 and 77 which are obstacles Coziness sideways movement of pallets. The turntable and transfer devices eliminate the disadvantages of the known constructions, since the pallets are constantly supported on rubberized woven conveyor belt or on conveyor elements made of polypropylene, which naturally drastically reduces the level of schum. In addition, the ability to match the speed of the turntable with the speed of the conveyors reduces the likelihood of unwanted clogging of the pallet line with the plate. The invention is not limited to the specific details of the constructive option described above. For example, it is not at all necessary to lay concrete tiles in the pallets. In the tile making shop, a turntable can be used to return empty pallets from the area of the zoo to the casting area. In this case, the process line will obviously have two conveyor devices described above. In the considered variant, the rotary table changes the direction of movement of the pallets by 180 °. If desired, the outer side of the conveyor device, in particular, the conveyor 9, can be positioned in another position relative to the table, changing the direction of movement of the pallets at a smaller angle, for example, by 90 °. In this case, it will be necessary to complicate the design of the pulleys for the inner and intermediate endless elements 15 and 16. In addition, the application of the proposed conveyor device is not limited to lines for making tiles. And this device can be successfully used for transportation of some other items. For a larger 4HctoTbi installation and in order to eliminate external lines for supplying electricity to the installation, air, all lines and pipelines can be passed through the central post 12 and along the main frame elements. The pallets 6 move in close proximity to each other. The distance between the pallets falling on the turntable will increase if the speed of the turntable is higher than the speed of the conveyor 8. Conveyor speed 9 is not limited in this sense, since it is usually not lower than the speed of conveyor 8 and often exceeds the speed turntable. The placement of conveyors 8 and 9 strictly in the same horizontal plane is also not significant. 3 Claim 1. Rotary table for transferring parts between conveyors, including a rotating head with a transmitting section in the form of a track, characterized in that, in order to reduce damage to parts, the collar is made in the form of an internal and external bearing elements that are interoperable with rotating head.
[2]
2. The turntable according to claim 1, characterized in that each bearing element of the track is made in the form of an endless loop.
[3]
3. Rotary table on the PP. 1 and 2, characterized in that each carrier element is made of plastic. Sources of information taken into account during the examination 1. Accepted application of the Federal Republic of Germany No. 1242508 Cl. 81 e 82/02, published. 15.06.67.
