A device for registering paints is known, mainly in a multicolor web press for printing. This device is the closest to the proposed invention in technical essence and the achieved result.
In this device, a register roller is used as a means for register correction. The printed web, passing around it, forms a loop. The register of paints between two sequentially placed printing apparatuses of a multicolor role printing machine is made by changing the position of the register roller.
At the time of register correction, the material tension can change in the direction of increase or decrease, depending on the direction of correction.

The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device.
The goal is achieved in that each medium, to reduce the change in tension, consists of a rotary frame, one link of which carries a register roll, two levers mounted on a link of the frame located opposite the register roll, one of which is spring-loaded and freely mounted on the link, and the other rigidly, an emphasis to limit the movement of the spring-loaded lever and two fixed contact switches, one of which is located under the lever, and the other above the spring-loaded lever, while the spring-loaded lever has a finger, horse q which is located on the path of movement of the lever.

The tool for limiting changes in the web tension consists of a rotary frame 1, one link of which carries a register roller 2, two levers 3 and 4, a stop 5 to limit the movement of the lever 3 and two fixed contact switches 6 and 7. The lever 3 is spring-loaded with a spring 8, is pressed against the stop 5 with a certain force and is mounted on the link 9 of the frame 1 freely, and the lever 4 is rigidly. Outside the bed 13, the shaft of the link 9 carries a freely rotating lever 3, which consists of a sleeve '14 with bearings 15 and cover 16 mounted on it. One end of the spring 8 is attached to the lower part of the cover 16 using the axis 17, and its other end is connected to the bed 13 by means of the spring tension adjustment mechanism 18. At the end of the link shaft 9, using the nut 19, a lever 4 is fixed, which is a branch 20, directed down. The cover 16 of the lever 3 carries a horizontal bar, which is a finger 10 of the freely mounted lever (Fig. 1). This bar is hollow and has two nozzles 21 and 22, which contact respectively with a fixed stop 5 fixed to the frame 13 with screws 23 and with a branch 20 of the lever’4. The nozzles 21 and 22 are connected through the internal cavity of the strip with a source of fluid supplied under pressure, and this source is connected to the strip through a pipe 24.
The device operates as follows.
