Narcosis apparatus
专利摘要:
A general anesthesia rebreathing system comprised of a disposable portion easily coupled to and decoupled from a permanent portion. The disposable portion includes conventional breathing tubing for coupling a source of fresh gas, as from an anesthesia machine, to a patient and in addition an overflow tube for coupling the patient end of the system to an overflow (pop-off) valve, preferably mounted on the machine and constituting part of the permanent portion. The overflow tube entrance is located close to the patient end of the system and in communication with the tubing which conveys expired gas to a reservoir, such as a conventional breathing bag, mounted at the machine end. The arrangement assures that the patient's initially expired dead space gas is conveyed by the tubing to the reservoir with subsequently expired alveolar gas being exhausted through the overflow tube and pop-off valve. 公开号:SU733505A3 申请号:SU731886224 申请日:1973-01-16 公开日:1980-05-05 发明作者:Л.Хенкин Мелвин 申请人:За витель; IPC主号:
专利说明:
one The invention relates to medical technology. The anesthesia apparatus is known, which contains a main and removable part, which includes inspiration and expiratory conduits connected to the breathing bag and breathing mask, a unit connecting the pipelines to the patient's respiratory organs, and unidirectional exhalation and exhalation valves, as well as a breathing mixture production unit 1. However, in this apparatus, the removable part, intended for sterilization, has a complex structure, which makes it difficult to prepare the apparatus for operation when changing patients. In this case, the removable part cannot be designed for one-time use in order to ensure a rapid transition from one patient to another, since in this case the cost of the apparatus increases significantly. In addition, this device does not provide complete isolation of the main part, which is not subjected to sterilization, from the patient's ventilation system, which leads to infection of the device and the possibility of transferring the function to other patients. The purpose of the invention was to provide rapid preparation of the device for work when changing patients and completely isolating the breathing apparatus from the system of ventilating the patient. This goal is achieved by the fact that the apparatus contains a mounting block consisting of a body with clamps and tubes for connecting pipelines, a breathing bag and valves. 1 shows an anesthesia apparatus, a general view; Fig. 2 shows a removable part with a mounting block; 15 FIG. 3 — pneumatic diagram of the apparatus; figure 4 is a mounting block connected to the main part of the apparatus, front view in section; on fi: g. 5 the same, top view; in fig. 6 - mounting block, general view; Fig.7 then. same, with a breath valve, side view; Fig.8 - valve inhalation, general view. The device contains main and removable parts, inspiration pipe 1, 25 expiratory pipes 2.3, connected to breathing bag 4 and breathing mask 5. The removable part includes a pipeline connecting unit 6 with respiratory organs, an exhalation carrying valve 7, unidirectional and protective valve (not shown). A respiratory mask 5 is connected to block 6. The main part of the device includes a breathing mix unit 8 with a bracket 9, on which is placed a plate 10 with a pressure gauge 11, a relief valve 12 and a control valve 13. The plate 10 is equipped with a socket 14 for connection with block 8 and pins 15 for mechanical connection with the mounting block 16, the mounting block 16 consists of a body 17 with clamps 18, which interact with studs 15 and annular grooves 19, made at the ends of the studs. ki 20 as seats for the pins 15 and set: a tube 21 for connecting the breathing bag 4 - inspiratory tube 22 for the valve 23 connecting the unidirectional effect. In addition, in the housing 17 are installed nozzles 24-27 for connecting, respectively, the exhalation pipe 2, the channel 28 of the board 10, the second pipe 3 of the exhalation and the channel 29 of the card 10. The channel 28 is designed to supply the breathing gas from block 8 and its capacity is set of such a size that the possibility of penetration of the exhaled gas into the main part of the apparatus is excluded. Channel 29 is designed to supply exhaled gas to the bypass and distribution valves. Moreover, the nozzle -14 of the board 10 is connected to the breathing mixture production unit 8 by a conduit 30, and the channels 28 and 29 are provided with seals 31 and 32. The apparatus is used as follows. The apparatus is designed. In such a way that its main part does not require sterilization after completion of the work, since it remains isolated from the patient's ventilation system. This isolation is achieved primarily by the fact that the exhaled gas does not penetrate into the main part 1213 // due to the excessive pressure maintained at the outlet of the channel 28, through which a breathing mixture from block 8 is supplied to the removable part of the apparatus. Before starting work, the removable part is connected to the main part board 10 by means of the mounting unit 16. In this case, the studs 15 of the board are inserted into the grooves 20 of the unit 16 and the housing 17 is fixed on the studs by retainers 18 which interact with the annular grooves of the studs 19. In this case, the channels of the board 10 are hermetically connected to the fittings of the assembly. block using elastic seals 31 and 32-. After completion of the work, the detachable part of the apparatus is disconnected from the main part and can be subjected to sterilization. The design of the device provides quick preparation for work when changing the patient and complete isolation of the unit for the production of breathing gas from the patient's ventilation system.
