    A DEVICE FOR INSULATING AND FASTENING RAILWAY RAILS. OF THE DISCLOSURE. The device comprises a metal fastener which bears against the flange of the rail and against the rail support. An insulating element is combined with the fastener for insulating the fastener from the support and insulating the fastener from a fixing bolt which extends through an aperture in the fastener and is anchored in the rail support. The insulating element is in one piece and comprises a planar branch having an aperture for the passage of the fixing means and a loop portion which is so shaped as to ensure the elastic mounting of the sealing element on the fastener and to be interposed between the fastener and the support.

    This invention relates to a railroad track element. An intermediate rail fastener is known, containing a terminal, one side of which is made flat, and the other curvilinear, an insulating sleeve with a flange, insulating slick placed under the curvilinear side of the terminal, and fixing elements and dismantling. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time required for mounting and dismounting an intermediate rail fastener. To achieve this goal, the flange of the insulating sleeve. Is integral with the insulating gasket. The insulating sleeve may be provided with a terminal protrusion located on opposite sides of the flange. FIG. I depicts an intermediate rail fastener; in Fig.2 a terminal with an insulating sleeve; in fig. 3-variant of the terminal and the insulating sleeve; in fig. 4 is a view A of FIG. The intermediate rail fastener comprises a clamp 1, an insulating sleeve 2 with a flange 3, the flange of the insulating sleeve being integral with an insulating gasket 4. One side of the terminal is flat and the other is curvilinear, and the terminal has an opening in the lower part, the shape of a truncated cone, fixed by a bolt 5, a nut 6 and a washer 7 on the rail base 8. The rail 9 is installed on the rail base, with the rail rail insulated between the rail and the rail base. 10. Terminal masonry its flat side presses the rail foot to the rail base, and a curved shape abuts via an insulating gasket in the recess 4 of the rail base. The insulating gasket 4, which encircles the curved shape of the terminal, is thinner than the flat part of the sleeve flange. The insulating gasket is made of solid insulating plastic and is manufactured by molding.

    The claims 15
    1. An intermediate rail fastening comprising a terminal, one side of which is flat and the other curved, an insulating sleeve with a flange, an insulating gasket located under the curved side of the terminal, and fastening elements, characterized in that, in order to reduce the time for its installation and dismantling, the flange of the insulating sleeve is integral with the insulating gasket.

    2. The fastening according to claim 1, wherein the insulating sleeve is made with a protrusion for the terminal located on the opposite side of the flange.
