(54) VEHICLE-BODY DRIVE VEHICLE POWER STEERING
The common parts of the distributor 7 are the body 15 and the spool 16, which are held in springs 17 in a neutral position. The spool 16 is connected via mechanical connecting elements 18 to the steering wheel 5. The dispenser 8 according to the invention may consist of two or more chamber systems 19. Between the pressure receiving chamber 11 and the discharge chamber 12, a check valve 20 opening in the direction of the receiving chamber 11 is installed.
The valve switching system 21 as well as the shut-off valves 22 are located in the control device 4. The chamber systems have, respectively, several variable volume chambers 23 operating at different speeds.
In the control device 4 (see Fig. 3), chamber systems 19 are installed, separated by a diaphragm 24. Each chamber system 19 has a movable metering element 25, each of which is mechanically soybean; Dinen by means of a connecting element 26 a friend with a friend. Thus, parallel-connected chambers 23 are formed, which operate at the same clock rate. The chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 are connected through pipelines 27 to a collector system 10, while the chambers 23 are connected through pipes 28 and 29 to a check valve 22, preloaded spring 30 and consisting of a sealing element 31 to a sealing surface 32 and connected to pipelines 29 and thus with the collector system 10. The chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 or the piping 29, in turn, through the channels 33 are connected to the system 21 of the switching valves, and the latter through the intermediate rods 34 with the corresponding shut-off valves 22. Sy A switching valve flap 21 is installed in a housing part 35 flanged directly to the chamber system 19 and connected via a cover 36 to the control device 4. The switching valve system 21 for each chamber 23 consists of a sealing element 37 designed as a ball, The channel 33 from the chamber 39 and the axially moving sealing element 40, which, in the sealing position 41, separates the chamber 39 from the chamber 42. The chamber 42 is connected via an annular channel 43 and channels 44-46 sec. A pressure chamber 11, while chambers 39 are connected to each other through an annular channel 47 /, and an annular channel 47 through channels 48-53 is connected to a discharge chamber 12.
The steering actuator operates as follows.
In the presence of oil in the receiving chamber 11 of the pressure and thus in the chamber 42, the sealing elements 37, in places 38 of the seal, isolate the channels 33 from the chambers 39.
At the same time, the sealing elements 31 are kept open by means of the intermediate rods 34, so that the oil in the servo-control mode from the collector system 10 through the pipelines 27-29 can flow unhindered into the chambers 23 of both chamber systems 19 and back again to the collector system 10. Hydrostatic steering and servo control are best ensured. When the oil pressure in the pressure receiving chamber 11 and thus in the chambers 42 drops, the sealing elements 31 of the shut-off valves 22. by means of creating pressure in the chambers 23 and pressing spring 30 are pressed against the sealing surfaces 32. By this, the chamber 23 of the chamber system 19 is hydraulically separated from the chambers 23 of the chamber system 19. Simultaneously, by means of intermediate rods 34, the sealing elements 37 of the switching valves are retracted from the sealing places 38, and the chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 are connected due to this th each other and with the chamber 12 discharge. Thus, only the chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 participate in the flow of oil, while the other chambers 23 of the chamber system convey their chamber volume only within this chamber system without pressure. 0 Controlling its device 4 (see FIG. 4) has two chamber systems 19, which are separated by a diaphragm 54, and movable displacement elements 25, which are mechanically connected by means of a connecting element 26. A body part 55 and a flange are flanged to one of the chamber systems 19 as a gate, the cover 56. In the case part 55, there is a system 21 of switching valves and shut-off valves 22 integrated in the valve element 57.
The valve element 57, designed as a piston, is located in the opening 58 of the housing part 55 and is hydraulically connected on the front side 59 through the channels 60 and
S 61 with a pressure receiving chamber 11, while the other end side 62 is loaded with a pressure spring 63 and through the chamber 64 and the opening 65 is permanently connected to the discharge chamber 12.
In addition, the valve element 57 has a fuse 66 against scrolling and for each chamber 23 of the chamber system 19 an axial groove 67, which is connected through pipe 68 to the pipeline 27. From each chamber 23 of the chamber system 19
S to the hole 58 passes the pipe 69, while from the pipe 27, the pipe 68 passes to the hole 58.

Claims (1)
[1]
In the presence of oil pressure in the pressure receiving chamber 11, the valve member 57 is displaced, acting against the force of the compression spring 63, and through the axial grooves 67 the pipes 68 and 69 are connected. As a consequence, the oil from the pipelines 27 enters the chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 and vice versa. Thus, both chamber systems 19 participate in the oil supply in the servo-control mode. When the oil supply to the pressure receiving chamber 11 is discontinued, the pressure spring 63 presses the valve member 57 up to the stop against the cover 56. Thereby, the chamber pipelines 68 and 69 are separated and the chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 are connected through pipelines 69, chamber 64 and hole 65 to the chamber drain 12. The chambers 23 of the chamber system 19 through the chamber pipelines 27 continue to participate in the flow of oil. Claims of Invention Hydrostatic vehicle steering actuator comprising
