The invention relates to foundry, in particular, to devices for extracting castings, preferably from injection molding machines.
A device for extracting castings from machining is known — under pressure, containing a carriage mounted by means of a support on the mashine columns with the possibility of moving along the longitudinal axis of the machine and a mechanical arm with gripping lips. The mechanical arm is made of four parts, connected to each other by means of hinges with a horizontal axis perpendicular to the direction of hand extension. The gripping lips are pivotally connected to the fourth part of the arm with the possibility of rotation around the axes perpendicular to the direction of extension of the mechanical arm. Parts of the metal arm, gripping lips and carriage are controlled by using independent hydraulic cylinders and levers 1.
A disadvantage of the known device is that it does not provide the possibility of extracting castings from various types of machines due to the limited movement of the mechanical arm in space.
The purpose of the invention is to ensure the reproduction of mechanical movements of the human hand.
This is achieved by the fact that in the device containing the support for connection with the fixed part of the casting machine, the carriage mounted on the support can move parallel to the longitudinal axis of the casting machine, a mechanical arm,

The device contains a fixed support I, which can be attached to the fixed part of the machine, a carriage 2, shuffled horizontally along the support 1, and a mechanical arm 3 connected by a carriage by means of a flange 4. The mechanical arm 3 comprises a first part 5 connected to the flange 4 by means of a hinge 6 with a vertical axis, a second part 7 connected to the first part by a hinge 8 with a vertical axis, a third part 9 connected to a second part 7 by a hinge 10 with a horizontal axis perpendicular to the direction of stretching The arm, the fourth part, And connected to part 9 by means of a hinge 12 with a horizontal axis parallel to the direction of hand extension, and gripping lips 13, hingedly connected to part 11 of a hand so that they can simultaneously rotate with part 11 of a hand in such a way that they can simultaneously rotate into a closed and open position around the axes 14.

The device works in the following way.
After crystallization of the casting and removal of the movable, the plates 18 begin to remove the casting, turning the third and fourth parts of the arm to a horizontal position. Through control, their hydraulic cylinders are first rotated in one hinge 6, and then simultaneously in two hinges 6 and 8 successively parts 5 and 7 of the mechanical arm, with the result that the gripping lips 13 (open and located one above the other) are in the molding zone between the half-molds 17 and 19.
