A foaming device for generating and dispensing foams formed by mixing air or other gas with a foamable liquid having a high solids content under pressures of a magnitude on the order of pressures developed by manual collapse of an elastomeric bottle. The device includes a continuous passageway extending from a point of submergence in liquid to be foamed through the gas to be mixed with the liquid to a discharge opening, that portion of the passageway located in the gas being formed of a porous tube by which gas under pressure will be introduced to liquid passing upwardly through the passageway under the same pressure and mixed therewith. A flow restriction in the form of a static mixer is located in the passageway at a point to be coextensive with or elevated above the level of the porous tube.

the immersed tube 4 and the air are simultaneously introduced through the walls of the porous tube 3. The mixture of air and expandable liquid, as well as all solid particles in the liquid, pass upwards through the means 5 to limit the flow of the liquid. Resistance to flow of fluid downstream of the means 5 is not enough to limit the flow, so that the desired proportion of air is introduced through the porous tube 3 and enters the fluid to create a uniform consistency in the discharge channel of the foam.
 When the compression force applied to vessel 1 is removed, the air returns through channel a and the walls of the POROUS tube 3 to the inside of the vessel. Return air passage can be provided by any known valve. .
In another embodiment (see FIG. 3), a modified closing element 6 is provided, in which the vertical protrusion 7 is provided with a razzenkovka 8 under the tube 3. In this case, the means 5 for restricting the Flow passes upward in the channel a1H5 (( This ensures homogeneity of the foam. In general, the operation of such a device is similar to that discussed above.
 Thus, the proposed device has a simple design, provides reliable and effective foaming of the liquid, containing solid particles.

Claims (5)
[1]
1. A foaming device for dispensing liquids containing solid parts consisting of an elastic vessel, a liquid supply pipe located therein, and an outlet nozzle, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability of operation, it is provided with a porous material tube which is located above the level of the liquid in the tank and connected to the pipe for supplying the liquid and means for restricting the flow of the liquid in the nozzle channel.

2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the means for limiting the flow of a liquid is a static mixer.

3. Device according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the means for restricting the flow of the fluid is located in a tube of porous material along its entire length.

4. A device as defined in Claims 1 and 2, so that the means for restricting fluid flow is located in the nozzle channel above the tube of porous material.

5. A device according to claim I, characterized in that sintered agglomerate TEI.) F.1Oplastic particles is used as the porous material for the manufacture of the tube.
