专利摘要:
1534246 Shrink wrapping stacked objects E MOLLERS 16 March 1977 [3 April 1976 22 Jan 1977] 11085/77 Heading B8C A pallet-less shrink-wrapped block of objects, e.g. bags, having a pair of fork-lift engageable recesses H at its base is formed by building a stack in which the top layer is of lesser area than the preceding layers to form side edge recesses H, pulling a first heat-shrinkable plastics bonnet SH1 down over the top of the stack, heat-shrinking the bonnet in position, inverting the thus-wrapped stack, pulling a second heatshrinkable plastics bonnet SH2 down over the top of the inverted stack, and heat-shrinking the second bonnet into position in which it is welded at overlapping regions to the first bonnet. The bags are stacked by apparatus 1 and an additional plastics foil sheet K is applied across the stack before adding the top bag layer. The first bonnet is applied by a pull-on device 2 prior to passing to a heat-shrink furnace 3. The latter preferably incorporates reciprocable pressure bars 7 to press the bonnet into the recesses H and weld it to the sheet K. In addition, or alternatively, a device, comprising pivotal Z-shaped presser elements (20) mounted on a reciprocably-movable rockable cross-bar (15), Fig. 4 (not shown), may be utilized downstream of the furnace to conform the bonnet to the recesses. The stack is then carried into an inverter 4, Fig. 2 (not shown), comprising opposed upper and lower horizontal endless belts (9) carried by vertical guides (8) running in vertical guide rails (10) so that the belts may be vertically moved towards and away from each other. The guide rails are carried on horizontal trunnions (11) to permit inversion of stack carried between the belts. The stack is retained in position during inversion by lateral side plates (13) and by driving the belts in opposite directions. The inverted stack is then carried through a second bonnet pull-on device 5 and a second heat-shrink furnace 6. Alternatively, the second pull-on device 5 and second furnace 6 may be omitted, the stack passing through the inverter positioned between a bonnet pull-on device and furnace, the inverter being actuated only after the first bonnet has been shrunk on. A device to further conform the bonnet(s) to the recesses may be located downstream of the furnace 6 and comprise a vertically-displaceable conveyer (25), a reciprocable stop (28), a leading recess engaging roller block (30) and a trailing recess-engaging pivotal presser plate (31), Fig. 5 (not shown).

(54) PACKAGING METHOD FOR UNIQUE PREMISS STACKING AND UNIT FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION
The invention relates to the technique of packing a bottomless stack of piece objects into a plastic sheath and to an installation for carrying out the packing method.
A known method of packing a bottomless stack of piece objects consists in stacking objects with the formation of ledges on the sides of the pile for forked gripping, covering the stack with at least two polymer shells and a thermal jar of the latter.
A device for carrying out a known packaging method is also known, comprising a device for stacking piece goods, a device for covering a stack with a shell, a heat-shrinking furnace interconnected by a conveyor.
However, the known method and apparatus for its implementation do not provide a sufficiently high quality of the package that protects it from the external environment. In addition, according to the known method, the packaging process is carried out at a low speed and is costly.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the packaging.
This is achieved by the fact that in the proposed method of packing the stacking is carried out with the formation of ledges in the top layer of the stack, the flow stack is covered with one film cover on top, followed by its heat shrinkage. After that, the stack is turned 180 ° so that the packs have a stack on the bottom side, and the cover from the stack on top of the second film cover with its subsequent heat shrinkage.
In addition, before laying the top layer, the stack is covered with tape with tape so that its ends hang down from two sides of the stack, and when the first shell shrinks, it is welded to it.
In addition, when the stack is covered with a single sheath on top of it, the seam forms a transverse top layer with ledges.
The installation for carrying out the method is equipped with a pair of transporters arranged one above the other with the possibility of their mutual raising and lowering and rotation about the horizontal axis on the iSO and an additional device for covering the stack.
In addition, the conveyors in a pair are made of belts and are interconnected by means of vertical guides of the mobile and fixed tires mounted on the support plates.
In this case, support plates are fixed on the support plates.
In addition, the installation is equipped with a pair of Z-shaped clamps fixed at the ends of the levers, the other end of which is hingedly mounted on hoisting holders with which the clamps are hingedly connected by means of power cylinders and their rods
In this case, the holders are suspended with the ability to swing.
In addition, the installation is equipped with a lifting and lowering to the height of one layer of objects with a conveyor with a lifting and lowering thrust plate at one end of it and a swivel pressure plate at the other end.
FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically an installation for carrying out the proposed method for packaging a bottomless stack of piece goods, a general view; in fig. 2 and 3 - a pair of conveyors, located one above the other front and side view; in fig. 4 - frame stand with 2-shaped clamps; in fig. 5 - conveyors at the exit of the heat-shrinkable furnace.
The installation (Fig. 1) contains a device 1 for stacking piece objects, a device 2. And 3 for covering with shells 4 and 5 of polymer tape of piles 6, heat-filling furnaces 7 and 8, a pair of conveyors 9, interconnected by a conveyor 10. Conveyors 9 (Fig .2,3) are installed one above the other with the possibility of their mutual raising and lowering and turning about the horizontal axis 11 by 180 and made tape.
Conveyors 9 are interconnected by means of vertical guides of the movable and fixed tires 12 and 13 mounted on the support plates 14, with the support plates 15 fixed on the latter.
A frame stand 16 is mounted on both sides of the conveyor 10 at the exit of the heat-shrinking furnace 7 (Fig. 4 with a holder 17 installed with the possibility of rolling on a horizontal axis 18 and vertical movement along the stand 16 using a hydraulic press 19. On the holders 17 their lower parts are mounted on hinges 20 on each side of two levers 21 connected by their other ends with Z-shaped clamps 22. Between each clamp 22 and the holder 17 is mounted on the hinges 23 and 24 a hydraulic press 25.
To adjust the position of the frame stand 16 in height, depending on the height, a rack gear 26 is used.
The method is carried out as follows.
In the device 1, the objects are stacked to form a stack (view A of Fig. 1), while before laying the top layer of objects the stack is covered with a polymer film (type B of Fig. 1 so that its ends hang from the sides of the stack. Then stack on the stack the upper layer of objects with the formation of ledges 27 (type B in figure 1) and using a conveyor are fed into device 2, where the stack is covered with a first sheath 4 of a shrink film (type G figure 1), forming a seam on top of it, transverse to the top layer with ledges. Next, the stack 6 is placed in a heat-shrinkable furnace 7, where the rod 28 tightly compressed stack on the ledges 27, and shrinkage in the furnace shell polymer film 6 is welded to it (type D -fig.1).
At the exit of the furnace 7, the clamps 22 are displaced to the stack (Fig. 4) and under the action of the hydraulic press 19, squeezing, finally form the casing 4 on the upper part of the stack.
Next, the stack by the conveyor 10 is fed to a pair of conveyors 9 to rotate the stack by 180 while both conveyors 9 are moved relative to each other in opposite directions using a control device (not shown) in such a way that the stack is fixed between both conveyor belts, which then turn around with it. The axle axis 11 is such that the steps 27 are located on the lower side of the stack (type E of FIG. 1).
The stack b is then fed to the device 3 to cover the second shell 5 of shrink film (view K of Fig. 1) and then heat shrinkage into the furnace 8. In the furnace 8, shell 5 is pressed tightly against the stack when welding the sides of both shells 4 laid one on top of another and 5 (view M figure 1).
From the furnace 8, the stack 29 is fed by the conveyor 30 (Fig. 5) to the conveyor 31, the height of which can be adjusted. At the front end of the conveyor 31, a stop bar 32 and several idle rollers 33 are located. The first strip 32 is in the upper position (the dashed line in Fig. 5), and after the lower layer, the stack is lowered slightly below the normal position of the conveyor 31 (the solid line in Fig. 5). This movement of the bar 32 is performed by a hydraulic press 34 located on the conveyor 35.
