(54) SLOT MUNDRY The invention relates to the manufacture of plastic molded articles on extrusion presses with slit heads. Known slotted mouthpieces have mold-forming fixed and elastically deformable sponges mounted in a housing and acting on the latter mounting bolts. The disadvantage of such mouthpieces is the impossibility of pressing the variables over the cross section of the profiles without changing the jaws and the difficulty of adjusting the profile of the forming gap when changing the properties of the starting material. The aim of the invention is to provide stepless adjustment of the width of the slit throughout its length. This is achieved due to the fact that, in the slotted mouthpiece, the elastically deformable sponge is made of one sheet or pack of metal sheets, the edge of which is closest to the press is fixed in the body, for example, by means of a bar installed between the bottom sheets, which presses the portion of the bottom sheet into there is a groove under the plank, as well as due to the fact that it is provided with shaped rods resting against the ends with steel sheets. To ensure that the slit width is automatically changed during the extrusion process, the slit mouthpiece is provided with a device mounted on the housing for transferring pressure to the rods, made in the form of hydraulic cylinders, a lever system transmitting pressure from the hydraulic rings to the rods, and an automatic control system for these cylinders. The metal sheets 1 are laid on top and the cores 2 bounding it from above are mounted in the body of the mouthpiece consisting of the bottom 3 and top 4 parts, so that the package moves in the direction A-A, which occurs during the forming of the package by the pressure of the compressible material. In order to balance the forces acting on the lowermost sheet 5, resulting from the friction of the extruded mixture and moving the sheet, the package of sheets 1 is fixed along the inner edge lying closer to the press. The fastening can be done by pressing the lower sheet 5 into the groove 6 formed in the lower part 3 of the mouthpiece body so that the profile bar 7 corresponding to the groove shape is laid between the bottom 5 and the sheets above it. .,. ,,.,.,., ..,:, ...- ...,. . The mouth profile of the mouthpiece is formed under the influence of high pressure of the extruded billet due to the fact that the package of sheets 1 is pressed against the supporting shaped rods 8 above it and through them to the installation bolts 9. The slotted mouthpiece is attached to the body of the press 10 by means of a slot-like tail and locking screws. The billet, when passing through the slit 11, presses the package of sheets 1 to the shaped: pin rods 8, due to the pressure which has reached it, due to which an outlet opening with the required cross-section following the profile of the rods 8 is formed. Rods 8 may be raised or lowered independently of each other. The bottom part .3 of the mouthpiece can be profiled, and is also equipped with heaters 12 with pipes 13, which can also be used for the cooler. The proposed mouthpiece can be equipped with an automatic pneumatic-hydraulic slit width adjustment system. The blank, the passage through the slit 11, presses the stack of sheets 1 to the push rods 14. The latter are connected via push levers 15 to pistons of 16 hydraulic cylinders 17 controlled by the working fluid. The narrowing or widening of the slit 11 is achieved by means of hydraulically controlled push stresses 14, which can be installed at different distances from each other. The hydraulic control of the push pins 14 is controlled by a sensor 18 installed behind the press 10. With the help of the signals provided by the sensor, the output of the chip is adjusted by the product, the width of the mouthpiece is adjusted. Changes in the deviations of the mass of the product from the shaped template 19 are converted by changing the pressure used in the nozzle-shaped amplifiers 20 and 21 into pneumatic command signals. These signals are transmitted through the lever system 22 of the membrane 23 and 24 to the hydraulic unit 2-5, where the hydraulic oil 26 is driven in proportion to the instantaneous rt.the weight of the product. Hydraulic, ICE, and gold actuator 26, depending on this, with hydraulic, controlled pressure rods 14, adjust the width of the mouthpiece. Uniform pressure, realizing the formation of air signals, is provided by the power supply unit 27 and the reservoir 28 with the air that enters, the passage through the throttles 29 and 30 into the double diaphragms 23 and 24. The oil reservoir 31, the feed pump 32 starting 1 laz 33, the compensator 34 and a hydraulic control valve 35 are integrated in the hydraulic unit. The command signals coming in through the scales 36 are proportionally raised or lowered due to the intermediate activation of the hydraulic slide 37 of the fusible tongue of the rim 19, while the slot 11 is enlarged or narrowed to its full length.
