专利摘要:
1532851 Ni-Cr-alloy ACIERIES DU MANOIR POMPEY 18 Feb 1976 [2 Dec 1975] 06458/76 Heading C7A A high oxidation resistant, creep resistant and carburization resistant alloy contains in wt. per cent. and has a Ni/Cr ratio of 1À20-1À40. The copper content is at least 0À5% when the alloy contains tungsten and when the Ni content is less than 40%. The alloy is said to be suitable for use at temperatures of 1100‹C and over, particularly for structural elements in high temperature plants i.e. piping in petrochemical process plants, and is said to be up to 25% more carburization resistant than standard alloys.

专利说明:

The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the search for heat-resistant iron-based alloys for the manufacture of structures of petrochemical plants operating at high temperatures in an oxidizing or combustible environment. carburizing alloys from which they are made. The closest to the described invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a heat-resistant alloy of the following chemical composition, weight,%: Carbon to Nickel Chromium Manganese to 1-3.25 Silicon, 0 Niobium Nitrogen to 2.0 Copper to Remaining Iron alloy is low resistance against oxidation of p carburizing and low yield strength at temperatures higher. The aim of the invention is to increase resistance against oxidation, carburization and yield strength at high temperatures. It is suggested that the chuo alloy containing, carbon, nickel, chromium, manganese, silicon, niobium, nitrogen, copper and iron, additionally contains one or more elements selected from the group of tungsten, molybdenum in the following ratio, weight,%: , 15-0.6 Nickel24-53 Chrom20-44. Manganese, 5 Silicon 1.3-3.0 Niobyl-2, Nitrogen. Oj.05-0.2 Copper .0.1-0.5 One or more elements selected from the group containing tungsten, molybdenum 0.2-0.5 IronOstal, and the copper content in the presence of tungsten and less than 40% nickel was 0.1-0.5% and the ratio of nickel to chromium is 1.2-1.4,
The chemical composition, resistance to oxidation of carburization and the value of the yield strength at a temperature of 1100 ° C of the proposed and known alloy are given in the table.
